Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to produce a guide product that can be used by counselors in order to overcome the problem of low self-efficacy. This research and development product refers to Borg & Gall model (1983). The subjects of this research are 2 guidance and counseling experts, two bibliocounseling material expert, two learning media expert, two prospective user, and 6 students wiht low self-efficacy. The results of the assessment by experts analyzed by using the inter-rater agreement model. The developed product also be tested for effectiveness in the form of small group test. Product assesment by guidance and counseling expert obtain high validity results while assesments by bibliocounselling material experts, learning media experts, and potential users get very high validity results. The product effectiveness test conductted showed that the self-efficacy scores of the students improved.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yaitu berupa panduan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh konselor dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan efikasi diri siswa yang rendah. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengacu pada model penelitian dan pengembangan Borg & Gall (1983). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah dua ahli bimbingan dan konseling, dua ahli materi bibliokonseling, dua ahli media pembelajaran, dua calon pengguna, dan enam orang siswa dengan efikasi diri rendah. Hasil penilaian oleh para ahli dianalisis menggunakan inter-rater agreement model. Produk yang dikembangkan juga akan diuji keefektifannya dalam bentuk uji kelompok kecil. Penilaian produk oleh ahli bimbingan dan konseling memperoleh hasil validitas tinggi sedangkan penilaian oleh ahli materi bibliokonseling, media pembelajaran serta calon pengguna mendapatkan hasil validitas sangat tinggi. Uji keefektifan produk yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa skor efikasi diri siswa yang dijadikan subjek mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

This research investigates the integration of spiritual values into human resource management (HRM) practices within the RSCJ Congregation for Nuns. The study aims to explore how these values influence the well-being and professional development of nuns. Employing a qualitative approach, the research utilizes a systematic literature review method to analyze secondary data from reputable national and international academic articles. Data collection involved a systematic process, including defining the research question, establishing inclusion and exclusion criteria, searching relevant databases, screening articles, and extracting data. The literature included in the review was selected based on relevance to the research objectives and its ability to address the identified research problem. Data analysis followed interactive model, encompassing data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and verification. The findings indicate that integrating spiritual values into HRM practices promotes a supportive and ethically driven environment, enhancing job satisfaction, organizational engagement, and overall well-being of the nuns. Spiritual leadership emerged as a critical factor in fostering a sense of purpose and belonging, contributing to personal and communal growth. The study's implications extend beyond religious organizations, suggesting that incorporating spiritual values into HRM practices can benefit secular organizations by promoting ethical behavior, enhancing employee well-being, and creating a meaningful work environment. The research highlights the importance of aligning HRM practices with organizational values to support holistic development.

Abstract

TVET merupakan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk pekerjaan dibidang industri sedangkan Pendidikan Sistem Ganda bentuk penyelenggaraan pendidikan keahlian professional yang memadukan secara sistematik dan singkron program pendidikan di sekolah. . Tujuan penelitian untuk mencaritahu TVET sistem ganda pendidikan vokasi diberbagai negara, tantangan dan hambatan TVET sistem ganda pendidikan vokasi dan mendukung belajar dan mengajar pada TVET Sistem ganda pendidikan vokasi.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Systematic Literature Review dengan pendekatan PICOC. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mendokumentasikan seluruh artikel penelitian relevan dari tahun 2017-2022. Jumlah keseluruhan artikel yaitu 25 jurnal internasional yang diperoleh dari google scholar. Temuan dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari TVET sistem ganda, tantangan, hambatan dan proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Sifat koligatif larutan adalah konsep penting dalam kimia yang dipelajari di sekolah menengah dan universitas. Penelitian ini menganalisis kemampuan berpikir ilmiah dan pemahaman konsep sifat koligatif di antara 28 siswa kelas dua belas dan 28 mahasiswa semester pertama di Universitas Negeri Malang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes CTSR untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir ilmiah dan tes HOTS untuk menilai pemahaman konsep. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa berada pada tahap concrete dan low formal, sementara mayoritas mahasiswa berada pada tahap upper formal, dengan mahasiswa menunjukkan pemahaman konsep yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a minimum competency assessment instrument for high school physics. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of the minimum high school physics competency assessment instrument (AKMPhys). This research is research and development research. Selection of test subjects using purposive sampling. This research and development resulted in the quality of the AKMPhys instrument in terms of content validity, the Aiken's V score was in the valid category. The empirical validity based on item compatibility with the IRT Rasch model and PCM approach proved that 80 items fit the model. Reliability estimation based on Cronbach's Alpha reliability is obtained with very reliable criteria. The item difficulty level is in the range of -3.5 to 2.9.
