Abstract

Melanoma is a skin cancer that originates from melanocytes, melanin-producing cells in the skin. It requires quite a long time to detect melanoma through a biopsy. By utilizing technology, the time required to obtain biopsy results in detection of melanoma can be shortened using image pattern recognition. Segmentation is a stage that affects the results in image analysis for pattern recognition in digital images because of the accuracy of a confident segment in an image analysis. Otsu thresholding is a segmentation method aims to find the threshold point that divides the grayscale image of histogram into two different areas automatically. In this study, segmentation was carried out on 15 dermoscopy of melanoma images that were subjected to grayscaling, histogram, segmentation with Otsu Thresholding, binarization, image negation, and testing. The test carried out using the Receiver Operating Character (ROC) method exhibited a mean sensitivity level of 70.3%, a mean specificity level of 95.53%, and a mean accuracy of 94.82%.

Abstract

The development of Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) has the nature and character of a fast, costeffective. The development of Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) has the nature and character of a fast, cost-effective deployment and able to manage the topology independently. This has caused in recent years, MANET to be an interesting and popular thing to study. MANET can be applied even in difficult areas, forest fire detection, military operations and even health monitoring. Changes in the topology dynamically on MANET, limited energy consumption, and built without existing infrastructure are a problem in MANET. Problems especially dynamic topology changes make routing very important in MANET design. This article aims to analyze AODV, DSDV and DSR routing protocols based on quality of service (QoS). The test scenario is based on the number of nodes, packet size, area of simulation, simulation time, simulation speed, mobility model, and propagation model. The simulation that has been done produces 4 graphs, each of which explains the packet delivery ratio, throughput, network routing load, and delay. Simulation results are obtained using NS2 network simulators through *. Tcl files and generate *. Tr (trace) and *.nam (animator) files. Simulation results show that the DSR routing protocol has better performance than AODV and DSDV in terms of pdr, throughput, network routing load, and delay. The average value of the DSR routing protocol is 657,498 on throughput and 0.244 milliseconds on delay.

Abstract

The development of information technology has a very rapid impact on the development of human activities, one example is the application of information technology in the form of information systems at the Permata Hati Klungkung general hospital. The information system helps hospital management to record every transaction that occurs at the hospital. But one of the problems that occur at Permata Hati Klungkung General Hospital is the limited communication and transactions between the pharmacist and the cashier because the cashier is located on the second floor of the hospital while the pharmacist is on the first floor of the hospital, so that the cashier must go down to the first floor to give the prescription pharmacist, it is very draining time and energy, so the solution to the problem is to build a chat application called DChat as a medium of communication between cashiers and pharmacists. This application can be used to send text and picture messages. The DChat application is built using framework react native with the backend of php and MySql database.

Abstract

Event in Indonesia is an activity that utilizes a place or service in the implementation of these activities. Many obstacles that currently often occur when an event wants to be held either in the limited availability of information about the Event Organizer or where the event is inadequate due to limited sources. The similar information provided only display Event Organizer or Venue, but this is limited by the absence of a system that fulfills the transaction process directly. In the era of the development of science and technology as well as industry 4.0 that continues to expand, business ideas emerge that are initialized into one of the web-based marketplace application platforms that are able to promote Event Organizer and Venue also provide information and Event Organizer and Venue ordering processes for Event Users. The system, entitled Finding EO, uses the Prototyping method and its developed with PHP Programming languages.

Abstract

Optimasi penjadwalan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode salah satunya algoritmagenetika. Pada algoritma genetika dilakukan beberapa tahap dalam melakukan optimasipenjadwalan yaitu seleksi, crossover dan mutasi. Pada metode crossover kromosompenjadwalan akan diacak dan ditukarkan dengan kromosom yang lainya. Pada penelitian ini,dilakukan pengembangan terhadap metode crossover yang diambil dari metode crossover yangbiasa dilakukan di algoritma genetika. dimana pada metode crossover pada umumnyamemungkinkan terjadinya kerusakan pada kromosom.Terdapat 2 metode yang dikembangkan, pertama dengan memotong gen hanya pada genyang mengalami bentrok, dan yang kedua merandom gen yang akan dipotong. Gen dipotongsecara utuh tidak memotong ditengah gen, sehingga tidak merusak gen.Analisis terhadap hasil uji coba menunjukan bahwa pengembangan metode crossoverdapat diimplementasikan pada kasus penjadwalan dan terlihat bahwa metode yang memotonggen hanya pada gen yang bentrok lebih cepat mencapai nilai terbaik atau mendekati 1 daripadametode yang hanya merandom gen saja. Dari nilai akhir juga terlihat bahwa metode yangmemotong gen pada gen yang bentrok memiliki nilai akhir lebih baik. Selain itu kedua metodeini mampu meminimalisir kerusakan pada kromosom hasil dari crossover.

Abstract

Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia with its capital in Denpasar. Bali is well-known as a tourism destination with its unique arts and culture. For people who go to Bali to continue their education or work on work projects, they definitely need a place to stay while in Bali. Not infrequently many of them choose to rent this studio apartement because the facilities offered are adequate for them to live in Bali. However, because many of them come from outside the island of Bali, they don't know where to look for places or locations that provide these services. Lack of information about places that provide this service is one of the problems faced. Therefore, ontology can be used to provide information related to studio apartement explicitly by using the semantic ontology approach, because ontology is able to handle more complex data and is able to apply data-links, so that data can be integrated into various systems that have similar domains. built has 9 classes, 4 object properties and 14 individuals.

Abstract

CBR (Case Based Reasoning) method is a reasoning method that uses old knowledge to overcome new problems. CBR will provide solutions to new cases by looking at old cases that are closest to new cases. One case that can use the CBR method is a case of cesarean section because there are several factors that affect cesarean section as well as features in the system, including: age, number of pregnancies, time of delivery, blood pressure, and heart status so that not everyone can do surgery cesar. In this study a system was used to determine whether a patient could have a cesarean section or not by using the CBR method and calculate similarity using Naive Bayes. The percentage correlation value of each feature is sought using SPSS because each feature has a different effect on the results. The number of cesarean section data was 80 data, in this study were divided into 70% training data (56) and 30% testing data (24). Where the new case data will be compared with the old case data in the database, and then the similarity criteria are calculated based on the existing formula. The results of testing of 24 data testing there are 5 data whose results are incompatible and 19 data whose results are in accordance with the data before it is shared. So that the accuracy of the cesarean section with the CBR method using Nayve Bayes is 79%.

Abstract

Metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP) merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan dalam proses mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan lokasi cabang baru bagi perusahaan. Pihak pengambil keputusan perusahaan akan memberikan kriteria atau aturan-aturan dalam penambahan cabang baru serta memberikan nilai bobot untuk masing-masing kriteria. Dari perhitungan AHP berdasarkan bobot kriteria akan diperoleh nilai AHP untuk masing-masing kandidat cabang baru. Nilai-nilai AHP tersebutlah yang digunakan oleh sistem untuk menentukan lokasi kandidat cabang baru yang paling optimal. Dengan diintegrasikannya metode AHP tersebut ke dalam sistem informasi geografis (SIG), maka akan didapatkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi secara detail serta visualisasi ke dalam peta digital Google Maps yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk para pengambil keputusan terutama dalam pencarian lokasi cabang baru optimal

Abstract

Ringkasan merupakan suatu cara yang efektif untuk meyajikan suatu karangan yang panjang dalam bentuk yang singkat. Walaupun bentuknya ringkas, namun ringkasan itu tetap memepertahankan pikiran pengarang dan pendekatannya yang asli. Namun dalam membuat ringkasan kita harus membaca berita atau artikel terlebih dahulu, sedangkan ringkasan dibuat dengan tujuan untuk meminimalkan waktu pembaca dan memberikan teks yang isinya langsung mengarah pada tujuan utama atau ide pokoknya. Pada penelitian ini memaparkan peringkasan teks otomatis berita online dari sebuah website menggunakan CLSA (Cross Latent Semantic Analysis) dan Cosine Similarity. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji seberapa baik hasil dan akurasi ringkasan yang dilakukan oleh CLSA dan cosine similarity. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari berita dari media online yaitu web balipost.com dengan wilayah khusus Denpasar. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara crawling. Data berita yang digunakan ialah sebanyak 161 berita, berita hasil ringkasan sistem nantinya akan dibandingkan dengan hasil ringkasan manual untuk mendapatkan akurasinya. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan oleh sistem didapatkan nilai rata – rata akurasi F-Measure sebesar 58%, rata – rata Precision 62% dan rata – rata Recall 57%. Hasil dari penelitian peringkasan teks otomatis dari berita online dengan menggunakan metode CLSA dan cosine similarity memberikan hasil dan akurasi ringkasan yang cukup. Abstract

Breast cancer is still one of the leading causes of death in the world. Prevention can be done if the cancer can be recognized early on whether the cancer is malignant or benign. In this study, a comparison of malignant and benign cancer classifications was performed using two artificial neural network methods, which are the Feed-Forward Backpropagation method and the Elman Recurrent Neural Network method, before and after the feature selection of the data. The result of the study produced that Feed-Forward Backpropagation method using 2 hidden layers is better after the feature selection was performed on the data with an accuracy value of 99,26%.
