Abstract

Penggunaan bandwidth di sebuah jaringan seringkali kurang dimanfaatkan secara optimal.Sering juga kita menemukan pengguna yang tidak di ketahui karena tidak adanya sistem yangmengatur itu sehingga membuat sembarang orang dapat masuk dan menggunakan bandwidth padasuatu tempat dengan seenaknya dan merugikan pihak tertentu. Quality of Service (QoS) bukanmembatasi tetapi lebih kepada menjaga kualitas bandwidth, tanpa adanya Quality of Service dalamsebuah Jaringan Intranet mengakibatkan ketidaksinambungan bandwidth yang diterima client.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, Setiap paket memperoleh bandwidthminimal pada CIR (Committed Information Rates) dan lebih dari CIR tetapi tidak melebihi MIR(Maximum Information Rates), Selama traffic pada parentnya tidak penuh, serta pemerataanbandwidth sesuai prioritasnya saat kondisi traffic seluruh paket penuh. Hierarchical Token Bucket(HTB) mampu memaksimalkan bandwidth yang tidak terpakai, sehingga kualitas pelayanan menjadilebih meningkat.

Abstract

At the time of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA), Indonesia was selected by several companies from other countries to sell its products, including overseas paint companies. Therefore, the increasingly fierce market competition business is unlikely to focus solely on products sold, but it is also important to pay attention to the process of managing customer relationships with retailers. Segmentation is an early process that knows which customers can be sustained. In segmentation, customers who have certain similarities will be grouped into one. Customer segmentation is a model built in grouping customers according to certain standards to be used as a variable grouping. Customers will be the same group if they have certain similarities, while different groups or segments are customers who have different characteristics.

Abstract

The development of information technology has a very rapid impact on the development of human activities, one example is the application of information technology in the form of information systems at the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Agency (BKPSDM) of Badung Regency. This information system helps employees in BKPSDM especially in the data field to help their work. But one of the problems that occurs in BKPSDM in the data field is that employees are still searching for employee map numbers still manually by asking the employee NIP and looking for employee map numbers by looking at the hardcopy that is already in the closet. So that the time needed to find the employee map number is long enough so that the time to do the other tasks is quite drained. From these problems the author makes a solution that is by making an information system that can dance the staff map number by simply entering the NIP on the system named E-Staffing archive. This information system can also import personnel data with the .xlsx file format and export personnel data to file.xls format. This system is built using the CodeIgniter (CI) framework with a PHP backend and MySql database.

Abstract

Stemming is the process of extracting the root word of an affixed word. The process is intended to reduce the variations in the word. In this research, we are interested in applying stemming on Balinese language. Previous works on stemming of the Balinese language applied rule-based method but only prefix and suffix were considered. Moreover, the rules were constructed without providing much attention to the morphology of the Balinese language. Rule-based method can be verified and validated with ease on simple problem but fail to do so on problems with high complexity such as Balinese language. To overcome the weaknesses of rule-based stemming on Balinese language, we propose a method that reduce all variations of affix on Balinese language by combining the rule- based approach and the Balinese language morphology. Based on experiments carried out, our proposed method obtained an average stemming accuracy of 99% which is better than 96.67% achieved by the previous method. Abstract

Rekrutmen merupakan proses mencari, menemukan dan menarik para pelamar yang kapabel untuk dipekerjakan dalam dan oleh suatu organisasi. Salah satu organisasi yang membutuhkan proses rekrutmen yaitu Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Saat ini, kebutuhan adanya petugas sensus sangat diperlukan oleh BPS untuk menunjang keberhasilan dalam mengelola data demi kualitas yang baik. Selain itu, sebagai organisasi yang juga mengikuti perkembangan teknologi komunikasi, BPS juga diharapkan menjawab kebutuhan akan perolehan informasi yang cepat dan mudah. Dengan pertimbangan tersebut, penelitian ini membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen dengan menggunakan metode extreme programming (XP). Perancangan alur yang digunakan berdasarkan dari observasi dan wawancara dengan staff BPS Kota Denpasar. Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Mitra Statistik (SIM-MITRA) ini menggambarkan interaksi antara pengguna dan sistem dari aplikasi, yang setiap pengguna mengakses fitur yang berbeda sesuai yang hak akses yang diperolehnya. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem aplikasi ini adalah diagram alur data, C#, dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) diharapkan dapat membantu memudahkan input data calon mitra sehingga staff BPS akan lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mengelola manajemen mitra statistik. Aplikasi SIM-MITRA dapat menampilkan form data mitra, form penilaian dan rekap hasil mitra yang diterima.

Abstract

In the pattern recognition field, features or object’s characteristics are one of the key points to recognizing them. The feature extraction process will see that objects have different features, where the features are obtained through the analysis process from the extractor, such as for data statistics, energy, power spectral, and so on. This study aims to enrich the point of view of EEG signal features by quantifying the signal. It will be analyzed whether the features obtained by quantization represent the EEG signal object from different viewpoints. This research uses the DEAP dataset, with the result being a feature vector that will be included in the artificial neural network classifier using the Keras library. The experiment carried out is to try to enter quantized and Non-quantized feature vectors into the classifier. As a result, the accuracy of the classification process with the quantization vector was 75%, and the accuracy in the Non-quantized vector classification process was only 58%. These results indicate the EEG signal quantization feature can represent the EEG signal object. Keywords: EEG signal, quantization, DEAP, feature extraction, pattern recognition

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Provinsi Bali merupakan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang memiliki tugas untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dilingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Bali maupun semua daerah yang ada di Provinsi Bali. Setiap instansi dalam melaksanakan tugas atau pekerjaan yang telah direncanakan harus mengeluarkan surat perintah tugas atau SPT dari pihak yang berwenang agar dapat menugaskan pegawai/staff untuk melakukan suatu pekerjaan. Selain SPT terdapat surat tambahan yaitu SPPD, namun dalam pembuatannya dan pengarsipannya masih menggunakan cara manual. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu pembuatan aplikasi E-Surat Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan Statistik Provinsi Bali yang dibuat dengan metode SDLC dengan menggunakan hosting baliprov.go.id dan database MySQL. Aplikasi diharapkan dapat dapat membantu melakukan pembuatan surat secara mudah, cepat, dan meminimalisir kesalahan yang ada dan pengarsipan surat yang lebih baik. Sehingga dengan adanya aplikasi ini kinerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Dan Statistik Provinsi Bali dapat lebih optimal.

Abstract

Technological developments have greatly encouraged various researchers to develop several studies in the IT field. One branch of research in the IT field is sound synthesis. Some text-to-speech applications, are usually quite difficult to form and are less flexible in replacing existing types of sound. In addition, sometimes accent or how someone speaks is not well represented, so it is quite difficult to form a text-to-speech application by using the desired sound like user voice or other sounds. From the above problems, this research propose an application that can change text into sound or text-to-speech which is more flexible and in accordance with the wishes of the user. From the results of testing that has been done, this system has an accuracy of 70%.
