<![CDATA[Kota Denpasar merupakan ibu kota Provinsi Bali. Kota Denpasar menjadi pusatpemerintahan dari provinsi Bali. Kota Denpasar memiliki 4 kecamatan yaitu kecamatanDenpasar Utara, Kecamatan Denpasar Timur, Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan, danKecamatan Denpasar Barat. Di karenakan Kota Denpasar menjadi pusat pemerintahanProvinsi dan Kota maka menjadi penyebab terjadi nya kepadatan penduduk. Efek darikepadatan penduduk ini adalah lahan kosong yang mulai hilang, kemcetan.Kepadatan penduduk merupakan permasalahan yang sangat di perhitungkanoleh pemerintahan Indonesia pada umumnya. <![CDATA[In gamelan, one of the most important instruments is trompong. Trompong is an idiphones instrument that has 10 rows of round shaped metal called pencon. Every pencon has its own sound. As a traditional music instrument, of course gamelan especialy trompong must be preserved continuously. But unfortunately, playing Balinese gamelan with real instrument is hard to do because the difficulty to finding gamelan in the real world. By using technolgy such as Augmented Reality, playing trompong possible to do even without having the real instrument. Augmented Reality will be develop using Unity 3D software along with Vuforia SDK, and also this application using Android smartphone as a base of Augmented Reality application. This Augmented Reality application called TrompongAR and will be marker based Augmented Reality, by using a target marker will help Augmented Reality to place where the 3-dimensional trompong will placed. The 3-dimensional trompong will have 10 pencon that can played by tapping the pencon, the touched pencon will produce sound like the real instrument.]]>

<![CDATA[Dikembangkannya Rekomender Sistem Layanan Kesehatan bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam menentukan tempat pelayanan kesehatan terbaik untuk dikunjungi. Pemilihan tempat layanan kesehatan didasarkan pada kriteria kualitas pelayanan, jarak tempuh pengguna dari tempat pelayanan dan rating dari tempat pelayanan. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana menentukan tempat layanan kesehatan terbaik dengan kriteria yang bersifat subjektif atau tidak pasti dengan cepat. Sistem rekomendasi layanan kesehatan dibangun menggunakan metode F-AHP (Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process) yakni pengembangan dari metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) yang dapat mengatasi kriteria bersifat subjektif atau tidak pasti dengan cepat. Sistem rekomendasi layanan kesehatan yang diterapkan pada perangkat mobile, memudahkan pengguna untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan kriteria kualitas pelayanan, jarak tempuh dan rating tempat pelayanan, serta mencari informasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan sampai dengan menangani masalah pemesanan nomor antrian dan pembayaran. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem rekomendasi layanan kesehatan berbasis mobile menggunakan metode Fuzzy AHP. Maksud dari sistem rekomendasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan berbasis mobile yaitu untuk memudahkan pengguna aplikasi dalam mencari informasi tempat pelayanan kesehatan serta menentukan tempat pelayanan kesehatan terbaik yang direkomendasikan oleh sistem.]]>

<![CDATA[Pulau Bali merupakan salah satu daerah yang rawan terjadi gempa bumi. Besarnya jumlah korban jiwa akibat terjadinya gempa dikarenakan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah kurangnya fasilitas dari pemerintah untuk memprediksi potensi atau kerentanan terjadinya gempa dalam suatu daerah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dirasa perlu untuk membuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang daerah-daerah yang berpotensi terhadap bahaya gempa bumi di Provinsi Bali menggunakan metode least square. Metode least square digunakan untuk memperkirakan parameter sebagai koefisien dari suatu hubungan linier, dapat juga digunakan untuk yang bukan linier. Dalam kasus ini parameter yang digunakan adalah perameter dari hubungan magnitudo dan frekuensi gempa bumi. Data-data frekuensi dan magnitude gempa bumi di seluruh Bali diperoleh dari Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika.]]>

<![CDATA[The significant increase in the amount of text data makes the reasons for applying the classification to the text very clear. The manual classification process carried out by humans is very inefficient and ineffective. This limitation opens up great opportunities for the development of automatic text classifications. In the case of article classification, it is more relevant to use multi-label classification, because an article can be categorized into multiple labels. Many approaches can be used to implement a multi-label classification of text. The supervised-learning method in the field of machine learning is a popular method for this problem. In the review conducted, there were journals that carried out a comparative analysis of the supervised method in the multi-label classification. Based on the review conducted, the AdaBoost Algorithm gives better results than other algorithms. Many approaches can be used to implement a multi-label classification of text. The supervised-learning method in the field of machine learning is a popular method for this problem. In the review conducted, some journals carried out a comparative analysis of the supervised method in the multi-label classification. Based on the review conducted, the AdaBoost Algorithm gives better results than other algorithms. Based on research conducted by the AdaBoost algorithm, it gives more optimal results on the dataset with TF-IDF weighting than TF. The results of accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measure given are higher when compared with the comparison algorithm used. The computing time used by the AdaBoost algorithm is faster than the comparison algorithm used.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract This research discusses the syllabification of Balinese words. The syllabification of Balinese words is necessary in determining padalingsa in pupuh. In order to be able to develop the application of technology in the field of pupuh literary, a system that can automatically find the correct division of a Balinese word into syllabels is required. Several studies have been conducted on the syllabification Spanish and Sinhala language using rule-based approach. Both of the studies achieved good accuracy score. Thus, in this research we apply the rule-based syllabification approach on Balinese words. The data used in this study were 257 Balinese words in which the system managed to correctly divide the word as many as 244 and obtained an accuracy score of 94.94%. <![CDATA[Journals are articles about research that are very useful among academics and students alike. Every time we learn a new knowledge, we certainly need a guide that is verified and also credible. Students and academics were greatly helped by this journal. With journals help students and academics get references from previous research and get more insights so that they are able to make a related research and can even be improved from previous research. However, there are still many students and academics who find it difficult to find the right journal for their needs. So here the authors make a research system of information retrieval about journal searches by querying words using the vector space model method. In the suffix tree clustering method and the Vector Space Model, each document and keyword that has been carried out by the Text Mining process is then given the weight of each word contained in each existing document with the Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weighting algorithm.]]>

<![CDATA[Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah III adalah salah satu kedinasan yang bertugas untuk menyediakan data dan informasi di bidang meteorologi, klimatologi dan geofisika. Balai ini terletak di Jalan Raya Tuban, Kuta, Kabupaten Badung, Bali. Balai ini memiliki 3 bidang salah satunya adalan Bidang data dan informasi. Pada bidang data dan informasi terdapat sub bidang pelayanan jasa. Pada bidang pelayanan jasa terdapat pembuatan laporan harian berupa pengecekan alat, penyajian informasi melalui website dan lain – lain. Pada pembuatan laporan ini masih menggunakan Microsoft word sehingga sangat sering arsip yang disimpan terhapus dengan tidak sengaja. Untuk itu maka dibuatlah aplikasi Laporan Elektronik Sub Bidang Pelayanan Jasa Balai Besar Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah III. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu meminimalisir hilangnya laporan yang sudah diarsipkan.]]>

DoS attacks attack the most websites, thus making the website inaccessible. An anomaly based intrusion detection system (IDS) is a method used to detect suspicious activity in a system or network on the basis of anomaly pattern arising from such interference. Wireshark is software used to analyze network traffic packets that have various kinds of tools for network professionals.]]>

<![CDATA[PDAM Tirta Amertha Jati atau PDAM Jembrana merupakan Badan Usaha milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Jembrana, yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pokok masyarakat akan air. Sistem yang tersedia di PDAM Jembrana sudah berupa manual dan juga online, namun yang menggunakan sistem online baru pada bagian pembayarannya saja. Ada beberapa keluhan yang masih di tangani dengan sistem manual sehingga agak susah untuk menangani keluhan yang di keluhkan oleh pelanggan. Dengan permasalahan ini penulis membangun sebuah website dengan menggunakan metode Extreme Programming(XP) yang terfokus pada bagian back end pada website keluhan yang nantinya diharapkan bisa membantu pada bagian keluhan pelanggan, lalu di akhir tahapan website akan di uji dengan black box untuk mengetahui kelayakannya.
