Abstract

Perancangan sistem objek wisata berbasis website berperan penting dalam pemilihan destinasi wisata serta menyediakan akses informasi yang komprehensif dan efektif bagi para pengunjung. Ada dua metode yang diaplikasikan dalam proses perancangan ini yaitu Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). sistem website objek wisata dapat mengatasi beberapa permasalahan salah satunya kurangnya informasi destinasi wisata yang tersedia bagi wisatawan yang ingin berlibur. Website ini memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan bagi manajemen dalam mengelola dan memproses data, dengan demikian wisatawan dapat secara mudah mengakses informasi objek-objek wisata alam, kuliner, budaya, dan kota di daerah Kabupaten bandung barat. Kabupaten Bandung Barat merupakan salah satu daerah di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang memiliki topografi yang beragam, dengan dataran rendah hingga dataran tinggi serta pegunungan yang menjulang tinggi di bagian utara. Mayoritas wilayahnya terdiri dari daerah pegunungan, seperti Dataran Tinggi Bandung yang terkenal.

Abstract

Komik Jepang atau Manga adalah karya seni asal Jepang yang sudah menyebar hampir ke seluruh dunia. Manga ini umumnya digemari oleh anak-anak dan remaja karena gambar dan cerita yang menarik. Karena kemajuan IPTEK menyebabkan Manga sudah dapat diakses di platform digital dalam bentuk softcopy. Hal ini tentu memudahkan untuk mempromosikan manga serta membaca manga. Oleh karena itu, sistem rekomendasi manga berdasarkan genre dirancang untuk membantu pembaca mendapatkan rekomendasi manga lain yang sesuai preferensi manga mereka menggunakan genre dan metode content-based filtering dengan sumber dataset dari website MyAnimeList yang berjumlah 983 manga. Nilai precision yang diperoleh adalah 0,6 atau sebesar 60%.

Abstract

Dalam era digital saat ini, keamanan hak cipta citra menjadi penting mengingat mudahnya distribusi dan reproduksi konten digital. Penyisipan tanda digital telah dikenal sebagai metode yang efektif untuk melindungi integritas dan keaslian citra digital. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan inovatif yang menggabungkan metode Data Encryption Standard (DES) dan Bit-Plane Complexity Segmentation (BPCS) untuk menyisipkan tanda digital ke dalam citra digital guna meningkatkan keamanan hak cipta. Pada tahap pertama, tanda digital dienkripsi menggunakan algoritma DES untuk memastikan kerahasiaan data sebelum penyisipan. Tahap berikutnya melibatkan penerapan metode BPCS, di mana tanda digital yang telah dienkripsi disisipkan ke dalam bit-bit rendah signifikan citra digital. Keunggulan metode BPCS terletak pada kemampuannya menyisipkan data tanpa mengorbankan kualitas visual citra secara signifikan.

Abstract

Current technological developments are able to change the way the younger generation enjoys music, where music can now be packaged in digital form, which is a new innovation in the music industry in Indonesia. Given the large amount of music data available on the internet, a system that provides services for users to search for their favorite music is really needed. The recommendation system will provide relevant information based on the preferences that the user wants to search for. Content Based Filtering recommends that users utilize the information contained in the data to use as parameters. The K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm is a method of classifying objects based on the closest training data to the object under test. In this study, accuracy testing techniques were used to measure the performance of the classification that has been carried out. The classification process that was created succeeded in obtaining the highest accuracy value at 90,49% with a value of k=9 which shows that the classification and recommendation process can run quite well. Abstract

Movie is one of the easiest and cheapest entertainment human can experience. Nevertheless, there is an abundant amount of movies to watch. In the US and Canada alone, there are 403 movies produced in 2021. That is a huge amount of movies one person can watch. Most of people usually confused in determining which movies to watch, especially after watching a movie that truly suits their taste. Determining a decision in choosing a movie to watch requires a recommendation system. The recommendation system will provide decisions with good accuracy if it is collaborated with the Semantic Web using ontologies. In this study, researchers aims to build a movie ontology design which will later be used as a processing database in a movie selection recommendation system. In building the ontology, researcher requires the Methontology method. The methontology stages are performing the stages of specification, knowledge acquisition, conseptualizationo, integration, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.

Abstract

A wealth of information on the 2024 Indonesian Election floods Twitter, from campaign schedules to candidate profiles and the latest survey results indicating candidate popularity. This information overload poses challenges in discerning comments' sentiment. Manual classification is feasible but time-consuming. Hence, this study aims to streamline data analysis for the 2024 Election. It employs a dataset of 1000 entries categorized as positive or negative. Support Vector Machine (SVM) with Mutual Information feature selection is utilized for classification. Results reveal that Mutual Information feature selection enhances SVM performance. Without it, SVM achieves 88% accuracy and 87.9% f-measure using the rbf kernel (C=1, ?=2), computed in about 0.07 seconds. With feature selection, SVM's accuracy improves to 90%, and f-measure to 89.9% with 60% features, using rbf kernel (C=10, ?=0.5), reducing computation time to 0.02 seconds, optimizing both performance and efficiency. The website system scored 88.63 in usability, higher than the global average of 68, based on a SUS questionnaire with 10 questions and 20 respondents. This indicates excellent performance and user satisfaction, as evaluated from the web system.

Abstract

The number of existing anime is increasingly varied and more in line with the increasing number of enthusiasts. The surge in anime series among anime enthusiasts has become an obstacle to finding anime that matches their taste. This underlies the writer to create an anime recommendation system using User-Based Collaborative Filtering method. The research process consisted of several stages, namely data collection from the Kaggle website with 3 pieces of data uploaded, namely in the .csv format. Determination of users who have a correlation, using the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient method. Calculation of predictions using a weighted sum algorithm. The final stage is the implementation of the recommendations and evaluation of the recommendation system used to calculate the level of collaborative filtering using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE).. This research has output in the form of a website which has several components, namely Home Page, Login-Register, Search, Recommend, Result Page, Single View and Rating. Testing on the system uses MAE calculations which are carried out on 50 users with the most rating history. The results from the test show that the percentage of error obtained is 15.8% and the prediction accuracy results obtained are 84.12%. The smallest MAE value of the 50 profiles is 0.894933222 by Archaeon and the highest MAE value is 3.572438553 by Krunchyman.

Abstract

This research investigates the factors influencing the acceptance and use of the Village Financial Monitoring System (Siswaskeudes) application by village financial supervisors. Utilizing an interpretive approach and hermeneutic phenomenology, the study aims to understand supervisors' experiences and perceptions regarding the usefulness and ease of use of Siswaskeudes. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with five informants from the Denpasar City Inspectorate. The findings indicate that perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control are crucial in determining application usage. Most informants found Siswaskeudes to facilitate easier data access and enhance work efficiency, despite identifying initial use challenges and the need for further development. Compliance with legal regulations, reflected in subjective norms, is a primary driver of the application's use. This research recommends ongoing development, training, regular monitoring, team support, and security enhancements to boost Siswaskeudes' acceptance and usage. Future research should explore user satisfaction using quantitative approaches with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and consider additional variables such as security and cost savings.

Abstract

PT Sadhana Adiwidya Bhuana is a company engaged in business and management consulting services which still applies manual methods in giving employee salary bonuses. To develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight criteria. There are eight criteria used in employee assessment, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Data Analysis, Critical Thinking, Creative and Innovative, Communication, Cooperation, Attitude, and Attendance. Then the award is given in four forms, namely less, sufficient, good, and very good, with scores of 1, 2, 3, and 4. The results of the weighting of the criteria with the AHP method obtained key performance indicators (KPI) scores 0.330, data analysis score 0.183, critical thinking score 0.125, creative and innovative score 0.119, communication score 0.111, cooperation score 0.063, attitude score 0.034, and attendance score 0.031. The weight will be a reference in calculating the performance score of the employee who will determine the bonus salary. This system has been tested using blackbox testing, with the test results being appropriate.
