Abstract

Lemmatization is a process to extracting root word from an affixed word with the aim of reducing variations of the word into the root word. Previous researches on extraction of root word in Balinese Language has been done with rule- based methods to remove affixes from words. The weakness of the rule-based method is that it must comply with the set of rules provided. However, writings in Balinese often contain typographical errors because speakers tend to write words according to how the word is spoken instead of following the correct rules. In this research, we apply the Levenshtein distance method to overcome the aforementioned shortcoming. After all the rules applied to a given word fail, the Leven- shtein distance method is used to list all words that are ”close”. Next, we select the closest word as the root word of the given input. Based on the experiments, our proposed method achieved an accuracy of 96.01 %.

Abstract

Bali is an island in Indonesia that is rich in culture, for example, is a traditional dance. The traditional dance performance is diverse from one village to another village in Bali. The traditional Balinese dance knowledge should be captured dan documented well in a digital form so that it can be shared easily to different people and generation across the world. The use of ontology as an information representation technique is the preferred solution in this matter because ontology can be used to enhance the development of semantic applications, especially when dealing with semantic webs. In this project, the ontology was built using Protege ontology development tool. We follow the methontology ontology development method where this methodology clearly describes each of its activity. In this study, we focus to describe two variants of Balinese traditional dance (Barong dance and Pendet dance). In the future, we expect that more type of dance can be documented using our proposed ontology. Keywords: Balinese Dance, Ontology,Semantic Web

Abstract

Sistem Deteksi Intrusi berdasarkan anomali adalah sistem keamanan jaringan yang berfungsiuntuk mendeteksi adanya gangguan-gangguan pada jaringan komputer dengan cara mendeteksigangguan-gangguan tersebut berdasarkan pola-pola anomali yang ditimbulkan. Serangan Denialof Services (DoS) adalah salah satu contoh jenis serangan yang dapat mengganggu infrastrukturdari jaringan komputer, serangan jenis ini memiliki suatu pola khas, dimana dalam setiapserangannya akan mengirimkan sejumlah paket data secara terus-menerus kepada targetserangannya. Dengan menggunakan metode deteksi anomali, serangan DoS dapat dideteksidengan mengidentifikasi pola-pola anomali yang ditimbulkan. Metode deteksi berdasarkananomali memiliki tingkat kesalahan deteksi yang cukup besar, namun memiliki keunggulanuntuk mendeteksi jenis-jenis pola serangan baru.Sistem Deteksi Intrusi mempunyai kemampuan untuk menganalisa trafik jaringan danmengenali adanya intrusi yang datang atau yang sedang terjadi dengan membangun baselinesebagai dasar untuk membedakan trafik normal dan abnormal. Baseline yang tepat sangatmenentukan terhadap terdeteksinya suatu serangan, maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini fokusuntuk meneliti Sistem Deteksi Intrusi berdasarkan anomali dinama informasi dari baselinedibangun berdasarkan karakteristik jaringan yang sebenarnya untuk dapat menentukan nilaibaseline yang terbaik. Kinerja dari sistem telah diuji melalui simulasi serangan, dimana SistemDeteksi Intrusi berdasarkan anomali memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 87,5 % untuk seranganDoS UDP Flood.

Abstract

Pada sebuah sistem temu kembali,salah satu cara untuk mencari kesamaan antara query dengan dokumen adalah dengan menggunakan Term Frequency – Inverse Document Frequency atau TF-IDF. TF yang umum digunakan adalah langsung menggunakan jumlah term frequency padahal banyak jenis TF lainnya yang dapat dikombinasikan dengan IDF. Penelitian ini akan mengkombinasikan 4 jenis TF, yaitu Natural TF, Normalization/max TF, Logaritma TF, dan Boolean TF dengan tujuan untuk mencari jenis TF mana yang lebih baik setelah dikombinasikan dengan IDF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa.Logaritma TF adalah yang terbaik dengan nilai F-measure sebesar 0,00662. Keywords: TF-IDF, Natural TF, Normalization TF, Logaritma TF, Boolean TF

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a variety of cultures and arts. Traditional art dance is one of Indonesia's arts which is one of the important aspects in supporting Indonesian culture and even tourism. Traditional dance has a special attraction to be enjoyed while staying in the midst of rapid development. Therefore, the writer makes a market application that connects the studios, dance groups, and dancers with traditional dancer tenants. TariPedia makes it easy for studio owners, service providers, and event organizers to market their services so that they can be more easily reached by the public and can increase sales of their services with the payment feature through the application. Therefore by developing TariPedia with Prototyping Method and Java Language in its development, TariPedia will continue facilitates the community, especially in the fields of traditional dance and at the same time modernizing regional arts.

Konsep IPTV berbedadarisiaran TV melaluikabelatausatelitkarenadidistribusikanmelalui Internet Protokol.Padapenelitianiniakan dibahas tentang bagaimana perbandingan antara protocol TCP dan UDP suatu sistem layanan Live Tv Broadcasting pada Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). Kebutuhan bandwidth dan Quality of Service (QOS) serta efisiensi transmisi. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) dengan menggunakan protocol UDP lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Internet Protokol Television (IPTV) menggunakanprotokol TCP. Hal inididasarkanpadanilai delay, packet loss dari UDP yang lebihbaik.Kualitasgambarmenggunakan protocol UDP lebihbaikdaripadamenggunakan protocol TCP karenadaripercobaanmenggunakan bandwidth 512 kbps, 768 kbps, 1024 kbps, dan 2048 kbps yang dipancarkanoleh server ke client didapatnilai RMS dariprotokol UDP lebihkecildaripadaprotokol TCP

Abstract

Part-of-Speech tagging or word class labeling is a process for labeling a word class in a word in a sentence. Previous research on POS Tagger, especially for Indonesian, has been done using various approaches and obtained high accuracy values. However, not many researchers have built POS Tagger for Balinese. In this article, we are interested in building a POS Tagger for Balinese using a probabilistic approach, specifically the Hidden Markov Model (HMM). HMM is selected to deal with ambiguity since it gives higher accuracy and fast processing time. We used k-fold cross-validation (with k = 10) and tagged corpus around 3669 tokens with 21 tags. Based on the experiments conducted, the HMM method obtained an accuracy of 68.56%.

Abstract

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Non Departemen yang mempunyai fungsi pokok sebagai penyedia data statistik dasar, baik untuk pemerintah, maupun masyarakat umum, secara nasional maupun regional. Dalam pekerjaan yang sifatnya besar, seperti sensus ataupun survei yang membutuhkan energi yang banyak, BPS selalu merekrut petugas yang berasal dari berbagai kalangan, petugas ini kemudian dikenal dengan istilah “Mitra Statistik”. Saat ini, kebutuhan adanya Mitra Statistik sangat diperlukan oleh BPS untuk menunjang keberhasilan dalam mengelola data demi kualitas kinerja yang optimal. Namun, dalam proses rekrutmen dan pengelolaan data dari Mitra Statistik, tentu akan sulit apabila dikelola secara manual menggunakan berkas-berkas, apalagi jika jumlah Mitra Statistik yang direkrut sangat banyak. Dengan pertimbangan tersebut, penelitian ini membangun sebuah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Mitra Statistik (SIM-MITRA) menggunakan tahapan dalam metode extreme programming (XP), dimana perancangan alur yang diterapkan dalam sistem berdasarkan dari observasi dan wawancara dengan staff BPS Kota Denpasar. Aplikasi SIM-MITRA ini dibangun dengan berbasis Desktop menggunakan bahasa C#, dan menggunakan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Pengembangan Back-End dari aplikasi SIM-MITRA akan meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, rancangan sistem dengan Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), dan juga implementasi dari fitur-fitur pada Admin. Dengan adanya aplikasi SIM-MITRA ini, diharapkan dapat membantu proses rekrutmen dan pengelolaan data Mitra Statistik.

Abstract

Transportation is currently a basic necessity in supporting daily life, starting from supporting economic activities and various other things. One of the most commonly used means of transportation is a motorcycle because it is very practical to use. However, the development of motorcycles is currently very fast, confusing the community in choosing a motorcycle that suits their needs. The solution used to overcome this problem can be overcome by using the concept of semantic ontology. The method of building the ontology model used is METHONTOLOGY. This method is one of the methods of building an ontology model that can reuse the built ontology for further system development. The motorcycle ontology development model generates 16 classes, 13 object properties, 11 data properties, and 69 individuals. The ontology evaluation process by performing SPARQL queries also provides appropriate results.
