Abstract

PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura I conducts management (exploitation, development, and utilization) of airports and surrounding areas in a good and innovative manner, so that optimal utilization is achieved and results can be used to grow the company which ultimately contributes to the benefits of the State and Development National. Making a CHEPI application based on Mobile because it does not have its own application to Scan QR Code and still use the Scan QR Code feature from the Line application when checking items that make technicians trouble in checking because it uses a web-based CHEPI that does not have a QR Scan feature Code. The CHEPI application uses the Android Studio JAVA and PHP programming languages ??to build mobile-based applications and utilize MySQL databases. The development of Back-End from the CHEPI application will include analysis of system requirements, system design with Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and also the implementation of features. With this CHEPU application, it is expected to be able to assist in the process of checking goods at each department.

Abstract

Currency exchange rates, or often referred to as the exchange rate, are the price of one unit of a foreign currency in a domestic currency or can also be called the price of a domestic currency against a foreign currency. The value of a country's currency is strongly influenced by the flow of capital between countries. The high exchange rate of other countries' currencies against a country will result in the deterioration of the economic situation of a country. The weakening of the currency exchange rate will cause Indonesia's foreign debt to increase and the balance sheets of companies and banks will decline. The phenomenon of volatile rupiah exchange rate fluctuations often occurs in Indonesia which will cause economic conditions, especially trade will be disrupted because trade is valued in US dollars (USD). Therefore, serious handling is needed in the face of erratic exchange rate fluctuations because it will affect the economic performance of a country so that a decision can be made after knowing the exchange rate of the next period. In helping to make decisions, the authors make a forecasting model of the rupiah exchange rate against USD using the radial basis function of the neural network. In this research used factors that influence the fluctuation of the rupiah exchange rate against IDR, namely the value of exports, imports, GDP, BI interest rates, inflation rates, and the money supply. In this research optimization of learning rate and hidden neuron parameters was done to get the lowest error value or error rate. The results of the research using the radial basis of neural network functions produce accuracy values ranging from 89 - 95% in the training process while the testing process ranges from 67 - 98% and with an error rate of 4 - 11% in the training process while 2 - 32% for testing process. Abstract

Stress is an inevitable part of life in a college environment. The variety of factors that cause stress in students, it is necessary to cluster the factors that cause stress in students to see the description of the characteristics of each cluster of students. The clustering process is carried out to identify the causes of stress in student groups and their relationship to these internal and external factors. Cluster analysis can be used as a reference to decide on efforts to handle and prevent increased stress in students. The clustering process is carried out using the Python programming language. The algorithm used is the k-modes clustering algorithm. This algorithm is suitable for clustering categorical data. The optimal number of clusters obtained from the implementation of the elbow method is three clusters. Cluster 1 is a cluster with a mild stress level, the main cause of stress is academic issues. Cluster 1 is the only group where the majority of the cause of stress is not financial. Cluster 2 is a cluster with a high stress level which causes various stressors. However, cluster 2 is the only cluster where the cause of stress is on careers and on involvement in hostels, clubs, and society. Cluster 3 is a cluster with a medium stress level. This cluster is the only cluster dominated by male gender. The main cause of stress in this cluster is academic and financial.

Abstract

Tourism is the mainstay of the economy of the region of Bali and is an important sector in supporting the level of community welfare. The world of tourism is essentially an important symbol for Bali. Of the many tourists who come to Bali, of course not all tourists know all information about Bali, such as in terms of tourist locations, and tourist attractions closest to other tourist attractions. Therefore, the authors aim to create a recommendation system that can provide planning for the selection of tourist attractions according to the closest distance and the user's budget. This system is designed using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution) method and the Greedy Algorithm. The TOPSIS method is a SPK (Decision Making System) that will be used for the selection of tourist attractions that will help tourists to arrange vacation planning before going on a tour. While the Greedy Algorithm is used to find the closest or shortest distance between a tourist site and other tourist attractions, this algorithm will be able to determine which path will be taken first or called the local optimal path, so that all the paths are taken at the end of the trip and create a travel route shortest or called the global optimum so that it can also be the expected solution. From this it can be determined the value of the shortest travel route that starts from the location of the user's residence to the tourist attractions and to other nearby tourist attractions. The data used is data obtained from DISPARDA, namely tourist data. Research related to the selection of tourism object decisions based on the type of tourism, prices and facilities, and the results are able to provide recommendations for tourist attractions that meet these criteria. Abstract

Living in an information era, the presence of data is super important. With the data exponentially grows from decades to decades, it reflect the old saying that people today are so rich with data yet so poor on information. To dissect the information that contained within the large amount of data, a method is introduced called “Data Mining.” Data mining is a process of retriving a unique, unseen, and valuable information/insight from the data. Data mining comes with a lot of methods branches, one of those is pattern analysis, or also known as “Association Rules”. With the help of Association Rules, people can discover the relational pattern within the data, so people can make the best decision on the period of time. In this study, the writer is implementing Apriori Algorithm (one of the Association Rules algorithm) to see the pattern of a polyclinic visitor.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang menyediakan layanan telekomunikasi dan jaringan yang terbesar di Indonesia. PT Telkom Indonesia berawal dari sebuah perusahaan swasta yang menyediakan layanan pos dan telegram. Data Akses Management(DAMAN) Merupakan salah satu bagian divisi yang bertugas purifikasi data jaringan, Updating data SISKA, Updating gambar skematik, memunculkan ODP (Iranian Optical Distribution Purpose). ODP yang tidak muncul bisa terjadi karena kesalahan komunikasi antara tim di lapangan dengan divisi daman, sehingga data di ODP terkadang belum sesuai dengan data yang ada di pusat. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis ingin membuat sebuah aplikasi mobile yang bertugas memberikan notifikasi dan pelaporan hasil kerja.Kata kunci: ODP, aplikasi mobile

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi sangatlah pesat. Sebagian besar kehidupan manusia telah dibantu dengan adanya teknologi seperti saat ini. Dengan adanya teknologi dalam kehidupan manusia dapat membantu kita dalam mengakses, mengelola dan menyebarluaskan informasi. Dalam penerapannya bisa diterapkan di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Bali. Kendala yang dialami adalah kurangnya informasi detail mengenai usulan kerja oleh guru-guru, pegawai dan TU diberbagai sekolah. Contoh dari usulan kerja yaitu seorang guru yang ingin pensiun, guru tersebut kurang mengetahui informasi mengenai berkas, bidang yang menangani proses pensiun dan alur dari proses pensiun tersebut dimana guru tersebut kebingungan dan bertanya-tanya sehingga menghambat proses pensiun dari guru tersebut. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatkanlah suatu program papan informasi eletkrik yang bisa memberikan informasi lengkap mengenai proses pensiun tersebut dimana program yang dibuat oleh penulis berupa informasi detail dari checklist berkas dari usulan kerja yang akan dilakukan, alur dari proses usulan kerja dan denah agar lebih memudahkan mencari bidang-bidang yang tepat dalam menangani usulan kerja maupun kegiatan lain yang dilakukan guru dari sekolah-sekolah.

Abstract

Assesments are required in order to evaluate the performance of students. A typical method of learning assesments in class is by examination. An essay type exam is a form of assesment where there are no answer choices provided and generally applied to measure the students’ level of understanding of the knowledge. To asses the quality of the essay answers manually is a subjective task as well as time consuming. In this reasearch, we propose an automatic method of assessing essay answers by applying the cosine similarity method. In this research, the students’ answer document and the correct answer document are used as input. Both documents are then preprocessed and represented in vector form using word2vec. We then measure the similarity between the documents by calculating the cosine similarity of the two vectors. The cosine similarity values are converted back again and used as the final grades. The results of the final grade are then compared to the values given by the instructor to show accuracy of the proposed approach.
