Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims (1) to analyze the effect of gross regional domestic product, unemployment rate, investment and inflation simultaneously on poverty in Nusa Tenggara and Papua, (2) to analyze the effect of gross regional domestic product, unemployment rate, investment, and inflation simultaneously. partial to poverty in Nusa Tenggara and Papua. (3) to determine the role of inflation in moderating the effect of investment on poverty in Nusa Tenggara and Papua. This research was conducted in Nusa Tenggara and Papua using three provinces as observation points with a time span from 2007 to 2018 with a large sample size of 36 observations with the analytical technique method used in this study is moderation regression analysis. The results of partial data analysis show ( 1) Gross Regional Domestic Product has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level, unemployment partially has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level. (2) Partial investment has a positive and significant effect on the poverty level (3) Inflation partially has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level. (4) Inflation moderates the effect of investment on poverty levels in Eastern Indonesia. Keywords: gross regional domestic product, unemployment, investment, inflation, poverty level

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the condition of the competitiveness level of Indonesian fisheries, as well as the simultaneous and partial influence between the non tariff measure, price and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to the competitiveness of Indonesian fisheries processed product to the European Union market during 2005-2018. The data used is secondary data period 2005-2018. The analysis technique used is Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) analysis and multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result showed that with the RCA method export of Indonesian fisheries processed product to the European Union market have competitiveness above the average level of competitiveness of the world’s fisheries processed products to the European Union market., but still lower than Vietnam and Thailand. Meanwhile, simultaneous non tariff measures, price and FDI no significant effect influence the competitiveness of fisheries to the European Union market and partially non tariff measures and FDI has a positive and significant effect, while price has a negative and significant effect to competitiveness of Indonesian fisheries processed products in the European Union market. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut, 1) menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, infrastruktur dan dana desa berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kemiskinan di Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Bali, 2) Menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, infrastruktur dan dana desa berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kemiskinan di Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Bali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan data panel time series dari tahun 2017-2019. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang didapatkan di BPS Provinsi Bali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, 1) Tingkat pendidikan, Belanja Modal dan Dana Desa berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Bali. 2) Tingkat pendidikan, Infrastruktur dan Dana Desa berpengaruh negatif signifikan secara parsial terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Bali. Abstract

Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) mendapat prioritas guna mempersiapkan masyarakat bersaing di pasar kerja internasional. Pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting untuk menciptakan SDM berkualitas. Pendidikan yang berbasis informasi dan teknologi merupakan cara menyiapkan SDM untuk bersaing di pasar kerja internasional. Permasalahan tersebut juga menjadi prioritas pembangunan Kabupaten Badung, menyikapinya Pemerintah Badung membuat program penyediaan laptop untuk siswa sekolah dasar guna memperkenalkan teknologi sejak dini. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk mengingkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pendidikan di Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekan kuantitatif berbentuk komparatif, serta dilakukan di seluruh sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari observasi wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengukuran tingkat efektivitas menggunakan variabel input,proses dan output serta uji beda dengan metode Wilcoxon. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Tingkat efektivitas pelaksanaan program penyediaan laptop di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan dikategorikan sangat efektif berdasarkan perhitungan komulatif efektivitas yaitu sebesar 97,3 persen. 2) Program penyediaan laptop berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. 3) Program penyediaan laptop berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pendidikan di Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. Perlunya komitmen dan pengawasan dari semua pihak dalam pemanfaatan laptop dalam proses belajar mengajar

Abstract

Tourists visiting Bali makes economic grow in Indonesia. All assets owned by Bali archipelago must be optimized best as possible for advancement of tourism. The research objectives (1) analyze dollar exchange rate, security and visa-free policy simultaneously on the number of foreign tourist visits to Bali and (2) analyze dollar exchange rate, security and visa-free visit policies partially on the number of foreign tourists to Bali. Data used are secondary data as 36 data with projections for the year 2011-2019 on a quarterly basis with the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that simultaneously dollar exchange rate against the rupiah, security and visa-free policies affect number of foreign tourist visits to Bali. Partially it shows dollar exchange rate variable has significant positive effect on number of foreign tourist visits to Bali, visa-free visit policy variable has significant positive effect on number of foreign tourist visits to Bali, while security variable partially has no significant effect on number of foreign tourist visits to Bali. Together, these variables have an impact on changes in the quantity of foreign tourist visits to Bali. Keywords: Number of visits, dollar exchange rate, security, visa-free policy.

Abstract

The tourism sector is industry always experiencing development, so that it can increase employment. The research objective (1) analyze influence of tourism sector and local fees on PAD districts / cities Bali Province. (2) analyze influence of tourism sector, regional levies and PAD on absorption of labor districts / cities Bali Province. (3) analyze PAD mediates influence of tourism sector, regional levies and local revenue in districts / cities Bali Province. The method used non-participant, with path analysis and secondary data. The results this study indicate the tourism sector has positive and insignificant effect on PAD in the Regency / City Bali Province, while the local levies don’t have significant positive effect on local income in Regency / City of Bali Province. The tourism sector and PAD have significant positive effect on employment in Regency / City of Bali Province, while the local levy no significant positive effect on labor absorption in the Regency / City Bali Province. PAD partially mediates the effect of local user fees on labor absorption, while PAD doesn’t partially mediate the influence of tourism sector on labor absorption in Regency / City Bali Province. Abstract

Family welfare is the ability of a family to meet their needs. In order to achieve prosperity, a family member must abroad as an Indonesian Worker (TKI) to fulfill his daily needs. The purpose of this study to analyze effect of remittance delivery frequency, number of remittances, and the number of dependents of families in the area of ??origin simultaneously and partially on the welfare of Indonesian Workers' families, analyze the use of remittances by families of Indonesian workers in Jembrana Regency. Samples 72 families, with purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results is frequency of sending remittances, the number of remittances, and the number of family dependents simultaneously had a significant effect on the welfare of the families of Indonesian Workers in Jembrana Regency. The frequency of remittance partially positive significant impact on the welfare of Indonesian Workers' families. The number of remittances partially positive significant effect on the welfare of the families of Indonesian Workers. The number of dependents partially negatively affects the welfare of Indonesian Workers' families. Abstract

Community welfare one of goals epected each region, including districts / cities in Bali Province. One of the efforts made by the government to improve people's welfare is development efforts. Success of economic development is strongly supported by regional revenues and infrastructure. The purpose this study; (1) analyze the effect of regional spending and infrastructure development on economic growth in the Regency / City Bali Province; (2) analyze the effect of regional spending and infrastructure development on the welfare of the community in the Regency / City Bali Province; (3) analyze economic growth as a mediating variable effect of regional spending and infrastructure development on people's welfare. Data used are secondary data, total 81 observations. Analysis technique used path analysis. The results showed 1) regional spending and infrastructure directly have positive effect on economic growth in regencies / cities of Bali Province; 2) regional spending and economic growth have significant positive effect on people's welfare, while infrastructure haven’t positive effect on people's welfare, 3) economic growth not a mediating variable for the effect of regional spending on the welfare of the people in the regencies / cities of Bali Province. Abstract

Ketergantungan masyarakat Desa Bebandem terhadap hasil produksi padi ternyata memiliki banyak kendala. Seringkali nilai tukar petani (NTP) yang diperoleh oleh masyarakat Desa Bebandem ini masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah:1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, biaya produksi dan hasil produksi terhadap pendapatan petani padi di Desa Bebandem, Kecamatan Bebandem, Kabupaten Karangasem; 2) untuk menganalisis pengalaman kerja memoderasi pengaruh hasil produksi padi terhadap pendapatan petani padi di Desa Bebandem, Kecamatan Bebandem, Kabupaten Karangasem; 3) untuk mengetahui faktor dominan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani padi di Desa Bebandem, Kecamatan Bebandem, Kabupaten Karangasem. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Moderasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu luas lahan, biaya produksi dan hasil produksi berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan petani padi di Desa Bebandem. Pengalaman kerja memperkuat pengaruh hasil produksi pada pendapatan petani padi di Desa Bebandem. Variabel pengalaman kerja yang paling dominan mempengaruhi pendapatan petani padi.

Abstract

The Government of Province Bali to expand employment opportunities and create community welfare is carried out by increasing development in the field of education and human resources to prosper and improve people's lives in various aspects towards a better life now and in the future. The purpose of this study is; 1) to analyze the effect of minimum wages and education levels on employment in regencies / cities in Bali Province; 2) to analyze the effect of the minimum wage, education level and labor absorption on the welfare of the community in Bali's regencies / cities; 3) to analyze labor absorption mediating the effect of minimum wages and education levels on the welfare of the community in the districts / cities of the Province of Bali. Data collection techniques with direct recording in the form of minimum wage data, education level, employment and public welfare in the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results showed the minimum wage and education level had a positive and significant effect on employment in regencies / cities in Bali Province in 2014-2018. Minimum wages, education levels and employment have a positive and significant effect on community welfare in districts / cities in Bali Province in 2014-2018. Absorption of labor mediates the effect of minimum wages and education levels on community welfare in districts / cities in Bali Province in 2014-2018.
