Abstract

Industri batik berperan dalam kehidupan sosial budaya masyarakat sehingga usaha ini dapat terus tumbuh dan berkembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu toko yang bergerak pada industri batik yaitu Sari Amerta Batik Collection. Ditemukan permasalahan mengenai niat membeli konsumen yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya promosi, e-wom, dan citra merek. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Sari Amerta Batik Collection yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Gianyar, dengan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara promosi terhadap niat membeli kembali. Hal ini berarti semakin tingginya promosi, maka akan meningkatkan niat membeli kembali. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara e-WOM terhadap niat membeli kembali. Hal ini berarti semakin baiknya e-WOM, maka akan meningkatkan niat membeli kembali. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Brand Image terhadap Niat membeli kembali. Hal ini berarti semakin baiknya Brand Image, maka akan meningkatkan niat membeli kembali. The batik industry plays a role in the socio-cultural life of the community so that this business can continue to grow and develop. This research was conducted at one of the shops engaged in the batik industry, namely Sari Amerta Batik Collection. It was found that there were problems regarding consumer buying intentions which were allegedly influenced by several factors including promotion, e-wom, and brand image. The population of this research is the consumers of Sari Amerta Batik Collection who are domiciled in Gianyar Regency, with a specified number of samples as many as 100 respondents. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling method. Research data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly. The data that has been collected was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect between promotions on repurchase intentions. This means that the higher the promotion, the higher the intention to repurchase. There is a positive and significant effect between e- WOM on repurchase intention. This means that the better the e-WOM, the higher the intention to repurchase. There is a positive and significant influence between Brand Image on repurchase intention. This means that the better the Brand Image, the higher the intention to repurchase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji apakah kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya akan menggunakan semua karyawan di PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung yaitu sebanyak 35 karyawan yang terbagi atas karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak. Teknik Non-Probability Sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampelnya dengan metode sampling jenuh, di mana semua populasinya digunakan menjadi sampel yang jumlahnya adalah 35 karyawan. Teknik analisis datanya dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitiannya memperlihatkan jika secara positif dan signifikan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan Organizational Citizenship behaviour mempengaruhi Kinerja karyawan di PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung, Sehingga dapat disimpulkan jika variabel bebas yang digunakan mengalami peningkatan maka akan membuat meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. This study aims to examine whether transformational leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior affect employee performance at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung. In this study the population will use all employees at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung as many as 35 employees divided into permanent employees and contract employees. Non-Probability Sampling technique is used for sampling with saturated sampling method, where all the population is used as a sample with a total of 35 employees. The data analysis technique is done with multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and t test. The results of his research show that positively and significantly Transformational Leadership, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship behavior affect employee performance at PT. Global Retailindo Pratama Badung, so it can be concluded that if the independent variables used have increased, it will increase employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji peran brand awareness memediasi pengaruh social media marketing terhadap purchase intention pada produk Sensatia Botanicals. Penelitian ini dilakukan Botanicals di Kota Denpasar. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner online dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik path analysis (analisis jalur), uji sobel, dan uji VAF. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention; social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness; brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention; dan brand awareness memediasi pengaruh social media marketing terhadap purchase intention. Perusahaan Sensatia Botanicals sebaiknya memperbanyak konten interaktif di media sosial, membuat kampanye yang menarik, serta semakin fokus untuk memperkenalkan kelebihan produknya dibandingkan pesaing. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of brand awareness in mediating the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention on Sensatia Botanicals products. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. Research data was collected using an online questionnaire with a total sample of 100 respondents. A non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling, is used to determine the samples. This study used path analysis, sobel test, and VAF test. The results of the study show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness; brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; and brand awareness mediates the influence of social media marketing on purchase intention. Sensatia Botanicals should increase interactive content on social media, create attractive campaigns, and focus more on introducing the advantages of its products compared to competitors.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting keberhasilan perusahaan adalah kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel The One Legian Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 72 karyawan yang ditentukan dengan sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis jalur dan uji Sobel digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Temuan riset menunjukkan bahwa quality of work life memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan. Quality of work life memengaruhi komitmen organisasional secara positif dan signifikan, komitmen organisasional memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara positif dan signifikan, dan quality of work life mampu dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji teori pertukaran sosial dan kaitannya dengan variabel penelitian. One important factor for the success of a company is employee performance. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of quality of work life on employee performance at Hotel The One Legian Badung. This study used a sample of 72 employees which was determined by saturated sampling. The method used in this study is the method of interviews and questionnaires. Path analysis and Sobel's test were used as data analysis techniques. Research findings show that quality of work life influences employee performance positively and significantly. Quality of work life influences organizational commitment positively and significantly, organizational commitment influences employee performance positively and significantly, and quality of work life can be mediated by organizational commitment to employee performance. The implications of this study aim to examine social exchange theory and its relation to research variables.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan harus mampu terus bertahan dan bersaing harus ditunjang dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran work life balance memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan pada Hotel Discovery Kartika Plaza Kuta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sejumlah 106 karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan teknik kuesioner dan wawancara dengan alat analisis statistik inferensial Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap stres kerja. Beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif terhadap work life balance, work life balance mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif terhadap stres kerja, dan beban kerja mampu dimediasi oleh work life balance terhadap stres kerja. Implikasi penelitian ini untuk membuktikan Teori The Job Demands-Control Model serta kaitannya dengan variabel penelitian. A company must be able to survive and compete must be supported by good human resource management. This study aims to analyze the role of work life balance in mediating the effect of workload on employee work stress at the Discovery Kartika Plaza Kuta Hotel. This study used a sample of 106 employees. The method used in this study is a survey method with questionnaire techniques and interviews with the PLS-based inferential statistical analysis tool Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that workload has a positive effect on work stress. Workload has a negative effect on work life balance, work life balance has a negative effect on work stress, and workload can be mediated by work life balance on work stress. The implications of this research are to prove The Job Demands Control Model Theory and its relation to research variables.
