Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of competencies, compensation, and work environment on performance of employees simultaneously or partially. This research takes the location of PT. Pande Agung Segara Dewata by using all employees as respondents research. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis of the results obtained showed a simultaneous competencies, compensation, and work environment influence significantly to the performance of employees. In partial compensation, and competence, the work environment is also known a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the significant influence of variables simultaneously and partial communication, leadership and work environment on employee stress in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar. The research was conducted in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar located at Jalan Recent Diponegoro. Sampel used as many as 45 people. Multiple regression is used to solve the problem of this research. Communication, leadership and work environment simultaneously significant effect on employee stress in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar with calculated F value = 118.594 sig = 0.00. Communication, leadership and work environment partially significant effect on employee stress in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar with t value respectively communication variables = 4.712, = 7.753 variable leadership, work environment variables = 7.359. Abstract

ABSTRACTActivities related to the supply and demand in the securities of public companies that are associated with the securities issued by the company is called the capital market. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of micro and macro factors on stock prices as Price Earning Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio, Return on Assets, SBI interest rate, and the U.S. dollar exchange rate. The research sample was taken 7 companies on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. using purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by analyzing the annual financial statements. Through multiple linear regression analysis, the analysis showed that simultaneous variables Price Earning Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio, Return on Assets, Rate Interest Rates and the U.S. Dollar exchange rate together simultaneously affect stock price. As well as partial Price Earning Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio and significant negative effect on stock prices. SBI Interest Rates menunujukkan that the positive and significant effect on stock prices. As well as no effect on stock prices is Return On Assets and U.S. Dollar exchange rate. These results may indicate that the investor in making an investment decision must consider the variables that affect the stock price. Abstract

Improving performance quality becomes a main goal of every developing company. The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of labor discipline, motivation and leadership style on employee performance either simultaneously or partially, and to determine the most influential variables of the employee’s performance at Sadha Jaya printing in Denpasar. The technique of collecting data applied in this study was observation, interviews and questionnaires. The respondents were 48 employees at Sadha Jaya printing in Denpasar. The data were tested by applying validity and reliability testing that aims to determine how far the variables studied have a degree of accuracy and consistency. Later, the data found were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, F test and T test. Keywords : work discipline, motivation, leadership styles and performance.

Abstract

This study was aimed to investigate the effect of partially simultaneously and leadership styles, communication and physical work environment for employee morale at PT. BPR Tish Sukawati Gianyar and to determine which variables are dominant influence on employee morale. Sampling technique used is the census method with a sample size of 46 people. Observation, interviews and questionnaires were used in data collection methods. Analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. The result showed that the style of leadership, communication and physical work environment has the effect of simultaneously or partially on the morale of employees at PT. BPR Tish Sukawati Gianyar. While the variables that have a dominant influence on employee morale at PT. BPR Tish Sukawati Gianyar is variable leadership style. Related to research findings that leadership style became dominant variables that have an influence, it may be advisable for the company to pay attention to his leadership style, to be able to provide the motivation to move forward and satisfaction in the work, so that the spirit and excitement of the work can be improved. Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in brand equity as well as as its elements (brand awarenss, brand associations, brand perceived quality, and brand loyalty) between repellent product with brand Autan and Soffel. The data analysis technique used is different analysis technique t-test with paired samples. Based on this research, the research  that there is a difference between brand equity Autan with Soffel. Soffel brand equity is higher than Soffel. As a suggestion for the  Autan producer it is suggested to increase its product brand equity, especially in the value of brand associations, while suggestion for Soffel producer it is suggested pursuing a strategy to maintain and enchance its product brand equity value in order to give a significant difference with the brand equity of Autan repellent.   Keywords  : brand equity, brand awareness, brand association, brand perceived quality, and brand loyalty.

Abstract

Earning power a company's ability to obtain profits, which is measured by operating profit. There are several variables that affect the economic profitability of cash turnover, DER, and profit margin. This study aimed at determine the influence of cash turnover, DER, and the profit margin on earning power in PT Indonesia Power UBP Bali 2010-2012. Methods of determining population and sample used is a case study. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test this study, in order to obtain cash turnover, DER, and the profit margin significantly influence the earning power. Partially, there are significant positive effect among cash turnover and profit margin to earning power, while there is no significant negative effect between DER and earning power. Abstract

Rights issue is one of corporate actions such as the issuance of new shares that are sold to existing shareholders through a rights issue in order to increase the capital of the company. Abnormal returns obtained from the difference between the actual return with the expected return. The method for calculating the expected return is the market model. This study uses event study to test the information content of the rights issue in the event window 11 days, 5 days before the announcement, 1 day and 5 days after the announcement of the announcement. The data used in this study to examine the results of the hypothesis using data from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory, a company that does the right issue around the period 2009-2012 with a sample size of 60 events right issue. The test results showed that there was no significant abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the rights issue. During the period estimates are the average abnormal return is less consistent.

Abstract

Stock portfolio is an opportunity to invest funds in the capital market. Minimize risk and get a high return is the main goal. Single index model to help investors determine which stocks go in as a member of the optimal portfolio. Performance measurement of optimal stock portfolio using the Sharpe index, Treynor index and Jensen index makes it easy for investors to pick stocks which will be purchased and used as an investment. Based on the results obtained that the shares are included in the determination of the optimal portfolio is stock Champion Pacific Indonesia Tbk (IGAR) and Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk (MASA) of the 75 sample stocks in the manufacturing sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This shows that both the stock is selected stocks that go into stock investment portfolio, while for resulting performance of the two stocks, stock Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk (MASA) who obtained the highest positive value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is acknowledging the impact signification of cash turnover, LDR,and CAR as they go with profitability on penitentiary village of Bondalem. The research itself was based on case study. The amount of period which is used are 60 month. Multiple linear regression is used as the analytical technique. Based on the analyzing result it is discovered that cash turnover, LDR, and CAR are simultaneously effecting the profitability on a significant level, meanwhile partially cash turnover’s having positive impact on the profitability, LDR impacting negatively, whilst CAR some positive impact on smaller standards which is not significantly effecting the profitability.
