The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, communication and work environment on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. BPR We Centradana Kuta, Badung. The number of samples taken 90 people with sampling methods saturated. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis (1) of transformational leadership is partially significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees, (2) communication in partial significant positive effect on job satisfaction of employees, (3) the work environment is partially significant positive effect on employee satisfaction. Limitations of this study where researchers only use three variables to measure job satisfaction. Further research should further refine this research by adding other variables related to job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect on the Company's profitability and the size of the company's value, determine the role of CSR in moderating influence on the company's profitability and the size of the participating companies the value of Indonesian Sustainability Reporting Award (ISRA). This study sampled 21 companies during the study period is 2011-2013 by using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the Absolute Difference Test Value. The test results show that the hypothesis of profitability, company size, and CSR partially affect the value of the company, in which the size of the company's profitability and positive influence whereas CSR negative effect. Additionally result that profitability is significantly positive effect on the value of the Company, Company Size significantly positive effect on Company Values, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is significantly negative effect on the value of the Company and CSR is able to moderate the effect of profitability on the value of the company, but not able to moderate the effect of company size on the value of the company

Pemasar berlomba-lomba untuk mempertahankan konsumenya dengan menggunakan bauran promosi sebagai solusi. Salah satunya yang masih dianggap paling efektif adalah iklan, karena dapat meraih konsumen dalam jumlah besar yang tersebar secara geografis serta memiliki pesan jangka panjang yang dapat memicu penjualan yang cepat. Iklan yang memiliki daya tarik yang kuat akan menciptakan iklan yang efektif untuk membuat sikap positif didalam benak konsumen Populasi yang digunakan adalah pelanggan dari produk air mineral dalam kemasan Aqua. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 140 responden dengan metode non probability sampling, khususnya metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel daya tarik iklan dan efektivitas iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand attitude serta adanya peran mediasi dari variabel efektivitas iklan yang dapat memperkuat hubungan daya tarik iklan terhadap brand attitude. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan meningkatkan daya tarik dalam iklan Aqua akan dapat mempertahankan konsumennya dengan menumbuhkan sikap positif melalui efektivitas iklannya.

Indonesia face economic growth problem to embrace 2015 ASEAN economic people, therefore, the government starts to empower entrepreneurial intention by taking entrepreneurial education into the lecture. The purpose of this stud was to find the effect significances of entrepreneurial motivation, needs of achievement and entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention. This research was conducted in faculty of economics of udayana university and took 119 samples of their student using purposive sampling method. Muti linear regression analysis was used to measure this study. The hypothesis test showed that entrepreneurial motivation, needs of achievement and entrepreneurial education has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. According to the study result, individual who about to be an entrepreneur should concentrate on the effect of entrepreneurial motivation, needs of achievement and entrepreneurial education as a consideration on implying entrepreneurial intention because these variables has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention.

This study tested financial distress hypothesis which states that financial distress can be minimized if the company conducts hedging activities with derivatives instruments. This study aimed to test the financial distress hypothesis in manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 until 2013. Sampling using purposive sampling techniques, according to the criteria established company obtained 125 samples and 500 firm-year observation. Logistic regression was used to test the financial distress hypothesis. The results show that the variable debt to equity ratio as a proxy for leverage has a negative effect, but not statistically significant for hedging activity, while the variable return on assets as a proxy for profitability have a positive influence and significant for hedging activity.

The stock price is indicator of the success of the management of the company, if a company's stock price increases, the investor considers that peruasahaan succeed in managing its business, on the contrary, if the stock price has decreased continuously means may reduce the company's value in the eyes of investors. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of EVA, MVA as well as the liquidity of the stock price on the manufacturing sub-sector of food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. Data collection methods used in this study is a non-participant observation method and using the technique of determining the saturation sampling ( census ) . Total population of this experiment is the entire manufacturing sub sekto food and beverages that are still active are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014 period with a total population of 13 companies . The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis . Based on the analysis found EVA significant negative effect on stock prices , MVA and liquidity in this study significant positive effect on stock prices.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) dengan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT. BPR Pasarraya Kuta periode 2010-2014. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 60 sampel. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi non partisipan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa NPL dan LDR berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap ROA serta CAR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA. NPL berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap CAR dan LDR berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap CAR serta CAR hanya memediasi hubungan antara NPL terhadap ROA

The aim of this study is to test the reaction of the capital market in the property sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the acquisition announcement of PT Agung Podomoro Land, Tbk. This study used 10 sample of property companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used t test and paired sample t-test as data analysis technique.The market's reaction occurs in H-5, H-2, H+4, H+5 evidenced by an average abnormal return statistically significant. It shows that the acquisition announcement of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk contains information. While on H-4, H-3, H-1, H0, H+2 H+2 and H+3 was not statistically significant. The results of paired sample t-test shows that there was no significant difference before and after the acquisition announcement of PT Agung Podomoro Land, Tbk.

Intention to quit merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku karyawan yang mengacu pada keputusan karyawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya. Agar karyawan memiliki tingkat turnover/quit yang tinggi akan mempengaruhi perusahaan dan memberikan dampak negatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Restoran Kudeta Seminyak Kuta. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 80 orang karyawan, dengan metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan survey. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan konflik kerja keluarga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to quit. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar komitmen organisasi dan semakin kecil konflik kerja keluarga yang terjadi di resatoran maka semakin kecil intention to quit. Dan semakin kecil komitmen organisasi dan semakin besar konflik kerja keluarga yang terjadi di restoran maka semakin besar intention to quit.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty veteran independent bank branch Denpasar Bali. The research location is on the bank on the road Veteran Denpasar¬-Bali. The site selection was based on several considerations, namely independent bank branch Veteran Denpasar is the central office of the bank in Denpasar, samples taken as many as 150 people with purposive sampling method. Data collected by questionnaires by using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 24 indicators. The analysis technique used is path analysis. These results indicate that the service quality variable positive and significant impact on the trust of customers, service quality variable positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, variable customer confidence positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, and service quality variables affect posiitif on customer loyalty through customer trust Bank Mandiri Branch Veteran, Denpasar-Bali. That is, the better the quality of service the customer confidence is growing, so the trust of customers, the better.
