Job performance is one of the measurement of a person to gain career development. Without a satisfactory job performance it is difficult for the employee to develop his career. Education and training and work experience are some of the factors that affect the job performance. This research aims to know the influence of education and training and work experience on the job performance as well as their impact on employee career development. This research was carried out at the Balai Karantina Pertanian Kelas 1 Denpasar. The data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The hypotheseswas tested by using path analysis techniques, the results showed that education and training and work experience partially has positive and significant influence on job performance. Education and training, work experience and job performance partially has positive and significant influence on career development. This study aims to determine how much influence the placement and experience the satisfaction and performance of employees. Respondents in this study focused on food and beverage service employees, amounting to 43 people at Hotel Melia Benoa. Anaylisis lane or path analysis is used as a data analysis technique in this study. Results of the study show the placement and experience a positive and significant impact on satisfaction and employee performance and job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on employee performance. The aim of this study was to determine the differences in stock liquidity and abnormal returns before and after the go public company's rights issue in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2011-2012. This research was conducted at publicly traded company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the years 2011-2012. This study used a sample of the entire population as 25 companies who conduct a rights issue during the year 2011-2012. Data was collected through non-participant observation method in which researchers collected data captured on topic. The data analysis technique used was paired sample t-test. Based on the analysis it was found that there was no significant difference in stock liquidity and abnormal returns before and after the rights issue. This shows that the information contained on the issuance of rights issue is not very attractive for investors. Investors assume that the announcement of the rights issue are not only the usual announcement greatly affect the performance of the company's shares and therefore investors are reluctant to invest in the company. Information leakage is likely to occur to make the rights issue announcement is assumed to not be an important information or announcements for investors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction in the Veranda Cafe. This study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 120 respondents. This study uses data analysis techniques of multiple linear regression. It was found that the variables of service quality and customer value and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction simultaneously at the Veranda Cafe. Furthermore, variable service quality and customer value and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction partially on the Veranda Café.

Perkembangan bisnis saat ini dipengaruhi pola pikir pelanggan yang dinamis. Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri atas lima dimensi yaitu bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati dan kepuasan pelanggan pada Hotel Bintang Pesona di Denpasar. Berdasarkan metode penentuan sampel maka sampel yang digunakan 105 responden. Dari hasil analisis ang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri atas lima dimensi yaitu bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Bintang Pesona di Denpasar Timur dan kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri atas lima dimensi tersebut secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan Hotel Bintang Pesona di Denpasar Timur.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the placement, motivation and work stress either simultaneously or partially on employee satisfaction Department of Industry and Trade of Denpasar, and variables dominant influence on job satisfaction. The study population is employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Denpasar as many as 47 people. Data was collected by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The study states the variable placement, motivation, a positive contribution to job satisfaction and job stress contributes negatively to job satisfaction. Partial assay results indicate that the placement and work motivation partially influence on job satisfaction. Work stress contributes negatively to job satisfaction. Farsial test showed that placement, motivation and stress simultaneously affect the job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect on the Company's profitability and the size of the company's value, determine the role of CSR in moderating influence on the company's profitability and the size of the participating companies the value of Indonesian Sustainability Reporting Award (ISRA). This study sampled 21 companies during the study period is 2011-2013 by using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the Absolute Difference Test Value. The test results show that the hypothesis of profitability, company size, and CSR partially affect the value of the company, in which the size of the company's profitability and positive influence whereas CSR negative effect. Additionally result that profitability is significantly positive effect on the value of the Company, Company Size significantly positive effect on Company Values, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is significantly negative effect on the value of the Company and CSR is able to moderate the effect of profitability on the value of the company, but not able to moderate the effect of company size on the value of the company

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikansi perputaran kas, kecukupan modal dan risiko operasi terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Tahunan perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2014. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang diperoleh melalui metode purposive random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi non-participant. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik dengan metode regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis, dimana telah dilakukan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu seperti uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokolerasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel perputaran kas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Variabel kecukupan modal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.Variabel risiko operasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan, jaminan aset, dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial terhadap kebijakan dividen pada sektor industri barang konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari sumber data sekunder yaitu dari ICMD dan situs resmi www.idx.co.id dengan menggunakan teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampling diperoleh 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi non partisipan. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah teknis analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan SPSS 22.0 for windows. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Jaminan aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.

Aparatur pemerintah merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang ada dalam suatu organisasi pemerintahan disamping sumber daya yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai inspektorat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Inspektorat Kabupaten Badung di Pusat Pemerintahan Kabupaten Badung Mangupraja Mandala Jalan Raya Sempidi Mengwi Badung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa motivasi, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai inspektorat. Inspektorat Kabupaten Badung disarankan untuk selalu memberikan dorongan kepada pegawai berupa peningkatan gaji, memberikan informasi yang lengkap tentang pelaksanaan kerja yang benar, dan memperhatikan lingkungan kerja berupa peningkatan kualitas lingkungan kerja, serta meningkatkan kinerja terutama dalam hal peningkatan keterampilan serta kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan kelompok maupun individu dengan baik untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi
