Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, komitmen organisasional, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan berjumlah 137 orang. Pendekatan Slovin digunakan untuk menghitung sampel yang berjumlah 58 responden dan menggunakan probability sampling sebagai metode pengumpulan sampel. Data di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperhatikan dan stres kerja, komitmen organisasional serta gaya kepemimpinan dalam organisasi. Organisasi diharapkan agar memperbaiki tigkat stres kerja, meningkatkan komitmen organisasional dan gaya kepemimpinan yang telah diterapkan di dalam organisasi. Kata Kunci: stres kerja, komitmen oranisasional, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kualitas dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas merek dalam membangun ekuitas merek sepatu Reebok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang sudah pernah menggunakan sepatu Reebok, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode non probability sampling khususnya purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS (Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, persepsi kualitas berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, citra merek berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, dan loyalitas merek berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap ekuitas merek. Untuk membangun ekuitas merek, Reebok sebaiknya fokus pada loyalitas pelanggan dengan memperhatikan persepsi kualitas dan citra merek yang ada di dalam benak pelanggannya. Abstract

Rural Bank or in Indonesia called Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is one type of banking institutions that provide services to clients related to their activities. This study explains what factors are taken into consideration in the decision of consumers to clients in the PT. BPR Pusaka Denpasar. In this study using the 20 (twenty) variables and population in this study are all costumer of PT. BPR Pusaka Denpasar by respondents are taken as an example of as mani 100 people. The analysis technique used based on the method of factor analysis technique principal component (PCA) produced 5 (five) factor s that consumers. Consider in making the dicision to PT. Abstract

The stock price is the price of a stock at a certain time that happened in the stock market . The stock price can reflect the value of a company . Purpose of study was to determine the influence of fundamental factors proxied by return on equity (ROE) , debt to equity ratio (DER) and price-to -book value (PBV) , as well as factors macroeconomic proxied by inflation and gross domestic product (GDP) in the property and real estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange , the period 2008-2012 . The research data is secondary data from the annual financial statements of the company. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 for windows . The results of this study is return on equity (ROE) and price-to -book value (PBV) have a significant positive effect on stock prices , while the debt-to- equity ratio (DER) , inflation and gross domestic product (GDP) had no effect on stock prices . Simultaneously, five variables have a significant effect on stock prices. Keywords : stock price , ROE , DER , PBV , Inflation , GDP

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the significant influence of variables simultaneously and partial communication, leadership and work environment on employee stress in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar. The research was conducted in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar located at Jalan Recent Diponegoro. Sampel used as many as 45 people. Multiple regression is used to solve the problem of this research. Communication, leadership and work environment simultaneously significant effect on employee stress in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar with calculated F value = 118.594 sig = 0.00. Communication, leadership and work environment partially significant effect on employee stress in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar with t value respectively communication variables = 4.712, = 7.753 variable leadership, work environment variables = 7.359. Abstract

This purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job embeddedness and job satisfaction on turnover intention sales staff  at PT. Bali Petshop & Grooming. Turnover intention is influenced by several factor , such as job embeddedness and job satisfaction. Data from 34 respondents obtained by census method and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Data was collected by questionarre, observation and interview. The results of this research shows that job embeddedness and job satisfaction negatively and significantly simultaneously or partially effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Bali yang dulunya merupakan pariwisata budaya, kini mulai dilirik sebagai tempat untuk berbagai pertemuan Internasional maupun lokal yang dikenal dengan istilah MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Exhibition). Dengan perubahan tersebut, sumber daya manusia dituntut untuk terus menerus mampu mengembangkan diri secara proaktif, dan perusahaan juga harus memiliki sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai tingkat kepuasan kerja yang memadai sehingga pada akhirnya mampu menampilkan kinerja yang baik. Kinerja seseorang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal antara lain emotional intelligence yang  terbagi dalam dua dimensi yaitu emotional recognition dan emotional regulation. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh emotional intelligence terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Adhi Jaya Sunset Hotel, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 75 orang dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 19 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel emotional intelligence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

In the era of modernization to globalization today, the existence of radio as marginalized. Some of the innovations made by entrepreneurs radio services have been able to restore the existence of the radio so that it remains biased greets faithful listeners. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of listener satisfaction in mediating the relationship between service quality and loyalty of listeners of Radio Cassanova Bali. The variables studied were the quality of the service, satisfaction and loyalty listener listener. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents selected radio listeners by purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the Sobel test analysis techniques using SPSS. The research results show that the better the quality of services provided by Radio Cassanova Bali, the higher the level of satisfaction and loyalty Cassanova Bali Radio listeners, and listeners who have a high level of satisfaction will lead to higher loyalty on Radio Cassanova Bali. The company should further improve the quality of service for the listener the listener to feel satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance. To achieve these objectives done gathering data by means of questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaires were administered to respondents (employees), to further analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). The employee population as many as 74 employees. With the population of more than 74 employees will use the entire population as the sample (sample saturated). Based on the analysis that the obtained results transformational leadership influence on employee job satisfaction. Organizational commitment influence on employee satisfaction. Job satisfaction influence on employee performance. Transformational leadership influence on employee performance. Organizational commitment influence on employee performance. For further research is expected to add another variable that is thought to affect satisfaction and employee performance so that the scope of the research results could be wider.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the influence of product innovation, price, brand image and service quality on customer loyalty in the city of Denpasar. Samples are 102 respondents using purposive sampling. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis found that product innovation has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar. Price has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar. Brand image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar. It proves that innovation of product, price, brand image and quality of service can increase customer loyalty Vespa motorcycle in the city of Denpasar.
