Abstract

Glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy (DR) are the two most common retinal related diseases occurred in the world. Glaucoma can be diagnosed by measuring optic cup to disc ratio (CDR) defined as optic cup to optic disc vertical diameter ratio of retinal fundus image. A computer based optic disc is expected to assist the ophthalmologist to find their location which are necessary for glaucoma and DR diagnosis. However, many optic disc detection algorithms available now are commonly non-automatic and only work in healthy retinal image. Therefore, there is not information on how optic disc in retinal image of unhealthy patient can be extracted computationally. In this research work, the method for automated detection of optic disc on retinal colour fundus images has been developed to facilitate and assist ophthalmologists in the diagnosis of retinal related diseases. The results indicated that the proposed method can be implemented in computer aided diagnosis of glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy system development.

Abstract

PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tarjun, Tbk Plant 12, is the largest cement company in Kalimantan. The growing industrial world in the field of cement that is very rapidly will significantly affect the speed of the economy. Thus the increase in the field of electricity will be more felt. PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Plant 12, located in South Kalimantan, requires a reliable electrical system, both in terms of its power supply, in terms of backup of installed electrical systems, as well as safeguards that meet the electricity standards. In the short-circuit settlement is not desired, then the protection of the current relays more with proper coordination protection and reliable required. The coordination of the protection of the current relay is more necessary than the others in order to occur short circuit occurs in the field. No widespread damage occurred in its electricity and existing industrial equipment. To maintain the condition of the electric power system in optimum absence, a re-study of the coordination of current relational protection in PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk Plant 12. This final project will discuss coordination analysis of overcurrent relay protection at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. In analyzing the coordination of overcurrent protection, then using several methods in a more coordinated way with coordination protection resetting using ETAP software. They are also resetting coordination protection overcurrent relays using manual calculations. After making the comparison, it can be seen as more current relay protection installed in the field. Some do not work well. It is pronounced in the work of existence, which does not match the standard ie, 0.2 - 0.35 seconds from the IEEE.

Abstract

This paper describes the prototype and implementation of the unmanned surface ship to detect illegal fishing using solar power generation technology. Indonesia, one of the Southeast Asian countries, has some of the world’s most productive fishing grounds. Under the leadership of President Joko Widodo, Indonesia has launched a severe crackdown on illegal fishing in its waters. The color tracking technique is the capability to take a picture, segregate a specific color, and extricate data regarding the location of that picture containing merely that color. Whilst processing the pixels in a vision, the CMUcam5 controls a counter that keeps tracking the number of consecutive pixels in the current row before being within the tracked color bounds. The current pixel is marked as a tracked pixel only when the value is higher than the noise filter value. The team has developed innovative features to complete the program. The features are double hull and propulsion design, automatic cooling system, automatic camera scanning using pixy CMUcam5 for image processing, Webcam video camera, voice command with system recognition intelligent software, fuel engine speed maximum 50 km/h, double fin, solar panel for supply battery, and computerized control. In the screen base station, we can see the situation of PTS Siluman Ship from serial communication microcontroller, serial communication image processing CMUCam 5, video webcam, GPS, and compass. All of the data from PTS Siluman Ship are sent online.

Abstract

No doubt, the functionality of smartphones and the internet is now very diverse. Various features and applications in it are present to simplify human life, including the voice assistant feature. This study raises the theme of utilizing voice assistant for the purposes of controlling smart household devices based on the IoT module. The IoT NodeMCU module has an integrated WiFi chip, works with low power settings and supports flexible programming languages using the Arduino IDE. Testing using Android OS 5.0.2 version and 7.1.2 version generate four different results, which are 100% 83.33% accuracy for male voices and 83.33% 58.33% when tested using female voices. The accuracy is determined by several reasons i.e. system version, the quality of the microphone, noise, and voice articulation when giving commands to the Google Assistant.

Abstract

The development of communication technology in Indonesia is currently growing, one of which is cellular telecommunications technology. Cellular communication technology developed from the first generation to the present time has entered the 4th generation known as 4G LTE. The writing of this final project discusses the analysis and optimization of the 4G LTE network of Telkomsel seluer operators in Jombang, East Java. Measurements were made using the drive test method to test the 4G LTE network in the inner area of Jombang district. This testing is done to check the network in the inner area whether it is optimal in providing network to customers. This drive test uses a nemo handy device and to analyze drive test results using a nemo analyzer. The results measured when doing a drive test are RSRP, SNR, and throughput parameters. The results of the RSRP parameter get 95% of the total sample RSRP values -100 dBm to 0 dBm. The SNR parameter gets 94% of the total sample which has a value of 0 dB to 25 dB. The throughput parameter gets 95% of the total sample value above 1Mbps. After a drive test and analysis there are 4 areas that need to be optimized because in terms of quality or SNR and the data speed or throughput is below the standards applied by the operator.
