Muslim consumers especially in this millennial generation must ensure that the all supply chains food product they consume must meet halal requirements under Islamic law. Now days millennial generation more aware and concern about the integrity of halal status and also always curious about the processes and activities involved along the supply chain whether the products that they purchased were very truly Halal until end of consumption. This study seeks and examines questionnaire data from which 14 ? 35 years old of millennial generations with convenience sampling where 150 consumers of halal food products with the aims to determine the extent which millennial generations? are aware of halal principles. In addition to that, this research will also seek to determine the determinant that may affects their behavior and conducts towards halal supply chain. A survey was conducted towards halal supply chain in Malaysia. The results of this study suggested that millennial generations are increasingly aware of the halal supply chains and the advantage of halal supply chains. This study has provided exposure new insights for business owners/consumers or practitioners and policy makers whose decisions might give impact not only in halal supply chains industry but also to economic advantages.

The aims of this study were to describe and analyze the effect of good corporate governance on company financial performance. The population in this study was companies listed as participant of corporate governance perception index during the period 2010-2016. The sample in this research was 105 observations which consisted of 15 companies and observation through purposive sampling method which was based on certain criteria. Analysis technique which was used in this research was simple linear regression analysis with eviews 9 program. The results of this research indicated that good corporate governance had insignificant positive effect on company financial performance. The adjusted R Square value was 0.252689 showed the ability of good corporate governance variable to explain company financial performance that was 25.27% while the rest was 74.73% could be explained by other variables. 74.73% (100% -25.27%). The conclusion of this research is GCG variable has no significant effect on company financial performance. Suggestion for company management should maintain its rate on CGPI. For the investors before investing, investors should choose companies that have good CGPI ratings. For the next researcher should replace or add other research variables, such as capital structure and financial statements quality.

Performance is an important thing that can support organizational life. With good performance it will certainly make it easier for the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, work stress, and organizational culture on job performance with partially and simultaneously test. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City and total of the employess are 482. The samples used in this study were 83 employees using proportional random sampling technique. The methods of data collection are using interviews and questionnaires. The methods of data analysis are instrument feasibility test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, multiple regression test, partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (f test), and coefficient of determination test using SPSS program. The results of this study showed that there was positif and significant effect of perceived organizational support and organizational culture on performance. As well as there was negatif and significant effect of job stress on performance. And the results also showed that there is a simultaneous effect independent variables on dependent variable. The conclusion of this study is to increasing employee performance are employees must have a high level of perceived organizational support, good organizational culture, and low job stress levels

This study aims to determine the direct indirect influence of utilitarian value, hedonic value and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on customer loyalty. The population of this research is customer of D?Bill Coffee & Resto. The number of sample is 107 respondents with purpose sampling technique through likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive percentage and path analysis. The results show that utilitarian value affect customer loyalty, hedonic value affect customer loyalty and customer satisfaction influence customer loyalty and mediate the influence of utilitarian value and hedonic value on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and competitive strategy to market capability and market performance in kapok mattress industry. So, this results can be used as a consideration for kapok mattress industry and the future research. Populations of this research are 157 owner of kapok mattress industry. The samples of this research are about 130 respondents and this research use questionnaries and documentations for collecting the research data. Data analysis in this research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method through IBM SPSS AMOS 22 program. The finding of this research show that entrepreneurial orientation affect marketing performance, competitive strategy affect marketing capability, entrepreneurial orientation affect marketing performance through competitive strategy, and entrepreneurial orientation affect marketing performance through marketing capability. In this research, we can conclude that the kapok mattress industry in Pati can increase the marketing performance by increasing entrepreneurial orientation, competitive strategy, and marketing capability. Moreover, this entrepreneurial orientation and competitive strategy in this research can be used in kapok mattress industry properly. For the future research, the other variables can be reviewed for the future research so the kapok mattress industry can find the other marketing strategy for increasing their marketing performance.

This study aims to examine the influences of hedonic shopping motivation toward online impulse buying on online customers online shop at Harbolnas event which time availability as moderating variable. Hedonic shopping motivation in this research are categorized into five categories whice are adventure shopping, social shopping, relaxation shopping, idea shopping and value shopping. The object of this study is customer online shop who were followed and bought product on Harbolnas event. This method of this study is quantitative research by using survey, with the sample size of one hundred and ten people who often make online purchase on Harbolnas event. The technique for sample selection is using non probability sampling with the type of purposive sampling. The data were collected by using questionnare with Likert scale. The method for data analysis is SEM ( Structual Equation Modeling) with PLS ( Partial Least Square). The results showed that hedonic shopping motivation has positive and significant influence toward impulse buying. However adventure shopping, social shopping and idea shopping has negative and not significant influence toward impulse buying. Time availability has not moderated relation between hedonic shopping motivation toward impulse buying.

Impulse buying behavior encourages consumers to shop unplanned without thinking of the benefit of the product purchased. Without dorongaan hedonic behavior or hedonic motives and lifestyle are high on the consumer, then the consumer will not do impulse buying. The purpose of this study to determine the direct and indirect effects of hedonic motives to impulse buying using variables shopping lifestyle as an intervening variable. The population in this study are all consumers Giant Tidar Magelang. Sampling using purposive sample with 115 the number of respondents. Data collection method used is the method of questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of data using path analysis path (path analysis) with the variables include hedonic motives, lifestyle shopping, impulse buying. The results showed that hedonic motives direct influence positively and significantly related to impulse buying. The result of path analysis showed that the lifestyle shopping able to mediate the association between hedonic motives to impulse buying. The conclusions of this study proved that hedonic motives direct influence positively and significantly related to impulse buying. Shopping lifestyle has a role as an intervening variable between hedonic motives to impulse buying. Suggestion for the company to further improve the facilities as well as the novelty of the atmosphere in the store. For further research to examine other retail types and can add new variables and or indicator to enrich the model and answer the problems and limitations of this research is going on.

The purpose of this study to examine the influence of leader member exchange (LMX) on innovative work behavior is mediated by work engagement. The population in this study were employees of the plywood manufacturing division and the manufacture of plywood waste crafts PT. Karya Jaya Kendal as many as 200 people. The sample used was 133 people using proportional random sampling sampling technique. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. Data analysis method uses hypothesis testing and path analysis test using SPSS for Windows version 21 analysis. The results of this study are leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Work engagement mediates member exchange leaders on innovative work behavior. Work engagement mediates on innovative work behavior.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence or not intellectual capital on the financial performance of sharia companies JII Indonesia and BMHSI Malaysia. The research samples is 28 JII companies and 6 BMHSI companies in 2012-2016. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the VACA variable regression coefficient was 12,232 with a sig value of 0,000 on JII and 2,112 with a sig value of 0,045 on BMHSI; VAHU variable regression coefficient of 2.841 with a sig value of 0.005 on JII and 5.591 with a sig value of 0.000 on BMHSI; and STVA variable regression coefficient of 1.874 with a sig value of 0.063 on JII and -0.505 with a sig value of 0.618 on BMHSI. The conclusion of this study is that VACA and VAHU have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of sharia JII companies as well as BMHSI and STVA which have a negative and not significant effect on the financial performance of sharia companies JII and BMHSI.

This study aims to examine the influence of financial and nonfinancial factors affecting the firm performance with capital structure as intervening in manufaturing companies that are listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample used in this study is manufacturing companies that consist in Indonesian Stock Exchange through 2013-2017.. The method of data collection uses the documentation method from secondary data in the form of annual reports that have been published on the IDX. The data analysis method used is using multiple regression method and sobel test. Financial and non financial factors like sales growth, firm size, board gender diversity, and capital structure influencing firm performance are 92%. This research found that sales growth gives positif effect on firm performance. While, firm size and board of gender diversity have negative effect on firm performance.
