Abstract

This research Aimed to know the effect of store atmosphere and hedonic shopping motives towards impulse buying directly and indirectly through lifestyle shopping. The population were 116 respondents from Trio Plaza Magelang’s consument. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method, the which were 116 respondents. Methods of collecting the data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using classic assumption test and hypotesys test (t test and path analysis) with SPSS Statistics 22. The research result has stated that store atmosphere positive and significant toward impulse buying, hedonic shopping motives has positive and significant toward impulse buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of leader-member exchange, job insecurity on innovative work behavior through work engagement CV. Laksana employee. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling with incidental technique and sample 109 employees. The data analysis in this research used a descriptive statistical test method, derivative tests including validity and reliability, and hypothesis testing. The tool used to test in this research used SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this research show leader-member exchange positively relates to innovative work behavior. However, job insecurity does not have a relationship with innovative work behavior. Leader-member exchange and job insecurity relate to work engagement. Work engagement can mediate leader-member exchange and job insecurity to innovative work behavior. The conclusion of this research is the higher level of leader-member exchange in the work environment can maximalized employee innovative work behavior. The higher level of job insecurity can minimize employee work engagement. Suggestion for future research is to try another variable that can be used to enhance employee innovative work behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior through work engagement. The sample of this study were 105 employees of the Central Java TVRI Public Broadcasting Institution. Sampling using the Probability Sampling technique that is proportionate random sampling. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this research is regression analysis and path analysis using IBM SPSS version 21 analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant direct effect between learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior. The results of this study also show the effect of a positive and significant indirect relationship between learning organizations and leader-member exchange on innovative work behavior with work engagement as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to explain the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment OCB through commitment and trust in the leader. The population in this study were employees of the Office of the Regional Secretariat of Semarang City with a sample of 126 respondents. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data collection in this study using a questionnaire that measured using a scale linkert. Methods of data analysis used in this study using SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the results of the research, it was found that there was no influence of transformational leadership on OCB, there is influence between organizational commitment on OCB, there is no influence of trust on the leader of the OCB, organizational commitment mediates the relationship between transformational leadership on OCB, confidence in leaders did not mediate the relationship between transformational leadership on OCB. The conclusion by improving organizational commitment of employees, it can grow OCB employee. Suggestions for the organization to further improve the organizational commitment of every employee and pay more attention to the factors of transformational leadership.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Workplace spirituality and Perceived Organizational Support on Employee Performance Through Work Engagement Study on the production employees of PT. Busana UtamaTextile Buaran Pekalongan. The type and design of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 237 employees. The samples in studies using probability sampling techniques, obtained the sample size should be used 149 employees. Collecting data using a questionnaire that measured with the Likert scale. Data analysis using partial test and path analysis using SPSS version 23. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Results from the study showed that workplace spirituality has a positive effect on employee performance. Results also showed perceived organizational support positive effect on employee performance. As for the influence of workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support on work engagement has a positive effect. In addition, the work engagement proved to mediate the relationship between workplace spirituality on employee performance and relationships perceived organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the auxiliary raw material inventory control by Serabine and compare the method using Economic Order Quantity . The type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The object this study is the amount of inventory raw materials, the number of purchases and the usage of raw materials. This study calculates the optimal inventory raw of coconut, rice flour and sugar using the EOQ method with calculation quantity of raw material purchase, frequency of purchase, safety stock, reorder point, and total inventory cost (TIC).This study shows that the use of the EOQ method is more optimal than using conventional methods. The use EOQ method can minimize the cost to ordering of raw materials and optimize carring costs. Total inventory cost of raw materials using EOQ method more efficient than using conventional methods it is shown by the company can save of the TIC for raw material Rp. 2,356,546.56, for coconut, Rp. 1,729,516.03 for rice flour, and Rp. 766,376.84. for sugar.
