Abstract

Abstract Analysis of Marketing System Strawberry on Koptan Bali Buyan Berry in the Village of Pancasari District Buleleng The study aims to determine of the function, structure, conduct and the performance of the market. Data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, the data obtained and analyzed. The results showed on the functioning of the market there are three functions, namely market exchange, physical and facilities. Total of marketing agencies that are in the market structure as much as 1 merchant wholesalers, traders inter-city, inter-island trader and 4 retailers. Pricing in the study  by bargaining and how to pay the monthly farmers with cash, the inter-city merchant cash once a month, on the inter-island trader bimonthly cash and at retailers with cash paid on the spot. The performance of the market and the marketing margin is calculated with the farmer's share. At first marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 12,000 to the farmer's share of 53.84%, the second marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 14,000 to the farmer's share of 50% and the third marketing channel marketing margin of IDR 17,250 to the farmer's share of 44.48%. Farmers should sell strawberries not only to the marketing agencies that already have the attachment of cooperation in order to obtain a higher sales price. Abstract

Abstract Women, as a component of society has a role and strategic function as an integral part in development process. Coaching women farmers in rural areas through a group called Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), which has the objective to assist agricultural activities, in improving the incomes and welfare of the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and application of KWT Mekar Sari members of industrial rempeyek. The scope of this research is the study of knowledge (cognitive) and application (psychomotor) KWT Mekar Sari members of rempeyek industrial Bukian Village, Payangan District, Gianyar. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis.Based on the survey results revealed that the level of application and level of knowledge KWT Mekar Sari members of rempeyek industrial in the Bukian village classified in good category, with the achievement of knowledge score 79% and 78,38% for application. In effort to improve the knowledge and application KWT Mekar Sari members of rempeyek industrial, it can be suggested to pay attention to the quality of rempeyek packaging by using plastic sealer and handling the waste from rempeyek is very needed as fuel cooking stove and sold in the form of a kilogram. Abstract

Abstract Analysis of Financial Ratios Cooperatin Village Unit (KUD) Panca Satya at Dawan Subdistrict, Klungkung Regency As integral part of national economic arrangement, the cooperation have strategic position and role in order to grow public economic potency. Since relased Inpres number 18 in 1998, The KUD do not as single cooperation at subdistrict level. Government program to develop villager like distribution of fertilizer, seed and suply of paddy at this time conducted via KUD. This study aims to find out the financial ratio of KUD Panca Satya Dawan in 2009 until 2013 viewed from financial aspect and financial situation by using financial ratio like: liquidity ratio, solvability ratio and profitability ratio affecting the financial performance of this KUD were also determined. The kind of data collected data qualitative and quantitative. Data collection method used observation, interview, documentation, and the literature study. Based on financial analysis, liquidity ratio and profitability was moderate, solvability ratios was bad. Horizontal analysis viewed from sheet balance and calculation of SHU show was good. Vertical analysis measured by using balance sheet and calculation of SHU tend improvement and fluctuation. Based on this research it can be suggested is KUD of Panca Satya Dawan should improve its performance to reach maximal profit and more improve their service. Decrease of solvability can be overcome by decrease its debt. Keywords: financial ratio, analysis of horizontal vertical

Abstract

Abstract Marketing Strategy of Lumbung Mas Coffee Powder Beng Village Gianyar District Gianyar Regency                This research is purpose to identify the key internal and external factors that influence the marketing of Lumbung Mas coffee powder and simultaneously formulating alternative strategies that can be selected by the company. This study uses IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT matrix to formulate alternative strategies. The results showed that internal environmental factors that influence is a good quality of coffee powder, product prices cheaper than competitor's product, the company is still conducting independently with simple equipment, as well as a limited amount of capital company. While external environmental factors that affect the availability of sufficient raw materials, demand for the consumption of beverages like coffee, competition with similar companies, as well as the increasing number of product substitution. Alternative strategies that need to be done by the company is developing a marketing network, improve customer service quality, strengthen cooperation with government agencies, improving the quality of human resources through training, improving the promotion and advertising, set prices to face the competition, improve the use of technology, as well as suppress any the possibility of leakage of operating costs.  Keywords: coffee, marketing strategy, Lumbung Mas

Abstract

Abstract Employees are the main wealth for the company, because the human resources are the driving force of all available resources so that it can function properly in order to achieve corporate objectives that have been set. The purpose of this study to know employee’s job satisfaction rate effort Werdi Guna Food. The method of data analysis is descriptive method by using questionnaires, measured by using Likert’s Scale, namely to find out the rate of employee’s job satisfaction. The result of the research shows that the percentage rate of employee’s job satisfaction Werdi Guna Food reaches the score of 64.51%. Thus, the accomplishment of satisfaction rate for employees at the category of satisfied enough shows that most respondents feel satisfied enough as long as they work at Werdi Guna Food. Things which must have more attention to improve employee’s job satisfaction at Werdi Guna Food is satisfaction with salary and compensation received by employees, satisfaction to the attitude of their superior, satisfaction to award distribution, satisfaction to safety in working. Abstract

Abstract Performance Koperasi Kredit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Dalung Village, Kuta Utara Sub-district Badung Regency (Approach Balanced Scorecard) Cooperative is the only entity which compatible with national economic system. Cooperative has position as “soko guru” of national economic and as a part which cannot be separated from national economic system. The purpose of research is to know how the performance of Kredit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Cooperative based on balance scorecard that observed with financial perspective, consumen perspective, internal business process perspective, research and development perspective during 2009 until 2013. The type of data collected is quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis method used is the balanced scorecard method and descriptive qualitative. According to financial perspective analysis of liquidity ratio represents a the worst performance, solvability ratio represents bad performance, and profitability ratio represents worse performance. Whereas, according to consumen perspective shows the increasing amount of member is good, and the satisfication of member shows a satisfied attitude. According to internal business process perspective represent an efficient process. From research and development ratio shows that productivity and retention of employee is good, and based on the satisfication of employee shows a satisfied attitude. The conclusion based on four perspectives of balance scorecard represent that the performance is good enough. The suggestion for Kredit Kubu Gunung Tegaljaya Cooperative is should be able to increase the capital. Keywords : cooperative, balance scorecard, performance, credit
