Abstract

Analiysis Of The Added Value Of Turning Arabika Coffee Into Clear Coffee (Case Study 210 Roastery South Jakarta) Arabica coffee in Indonesia have a distinctive aroma and taste. Clear coffee management is focused on increasing the added value of processed Arabica coffee products into clear coffee. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of added value obtained by 210 Roastery from clear coffee driks and to know the amount of profit or profit generated from processing Arabica coffee into clear coffee at 210 Roastery, as well as quantitative data using the Hayami method.Research result the input is in from of 20 kg Arabica coffee powder per process and an output of 10.000 botteles per process. In calculating the added valaue per process using the Hayami method, the clear coffee production kilogram gets an added value of Rp 700.140,00/ kg with a level medium value added rasio of 36. 87%. The profit from the production process using the Hayami method is Rp 665.140,00/kg with a profit rate of 40.96% per kg, and an enterpreneur’s profit of 40.96% per kg. The profit of clear coffee productions for one process is Rp 462.022.798,00 per process. The gross profit from the clear coffee production process for one month is Rp 965.990.000,00 and the net profit obtained from the clear coffee production process for one mounth is Rp 537.223.677,00.

Abstract

Analysis of Business Competitiveness of Guppy Fish Cultivation (Poecilia reticulata) in East Jakarta City Indonesian fishery products that are quite popular are ornamental fish. Ornamental fish such as guppy fish are quite popular in Indonesia, especially in the city of East Jakarta. Although guppy fish cultivators in the city of East Jakarta to be able to apply land use in limited land issues, cultivators must continue to apply an efficient system so that still have competitiveness with other regions. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze comparative and competitive advantages in guppy fish farming based on business scale in East Jakarta City, and to analyze the effect of output prices and input prices on comparative and competitive advantages of guppy fish farming in East Jakarta City. Based on the research results obtained using themethod Policy Analysis Matrix, every large scale business gets a bigger profit compared to the potential scale. Based on the value of Private Cost Ratio and Domestic Resource Cost Ratio which is less than one, it proves that there is competitiveness in the guppy fish farming business in East Jakarta City. The calculation of the value of other indicators analysis shows that the efficiency of the input is not determined by the size of the business scale. In the influence of government policies on input and output, it was found that a decrease in input prices was 17.65% and a combination of decreases in input output could increase the value of comparative and competitive advantage. There is a need for a joint development program that is open to all guppy fish farmers in East Jakarta City, it is necessary to have supporting policies and sustainable research at the national level.

Abstract

Customer Perception of Service Quality and Participation in the Savings and Loan Program at Koperasi Kuta Mimba Kuta Mimba Cooperative is a lending cooperative that has been established since 1983. Lack of customer participation causes cooperatives to conduct evaluations related to service quality and customer participation in the savings and loan program at Koperasi Kuta Mimba. The purpose of this study was to determine customer assessment of the Kuta Mimba Cooperative’s service quality, to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the service quality of Kuta Mimba Cooperative’s employees and to determine customer participation in the savings and loan Kuta Mimba Cooperative’s program. The sample in this study were Kuta Mimba Cooperative’s customers Kuta, Legian and Denpasar branches who were taken using the clutser sampling method with a total of 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis with the Likert scale method. From the research results, it can be seen that the quality of employee service and the level of customer satisfaction of the Kuta Mimba Cooperative are good category and customer participation in the savings and loan programs is medium category. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested that customer participation needs to be increased, especially in the Koperasi Kuta Mimba savings program.

Abstract

The Role of Counseling in the Development of Hybrid Rice Farming in Subak Tegenungan, Kemenuh Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency Rice plant is the main commodity for Indonesia. The development below is still experiencing several obstacles and problems at the level of field farmers. For this reason, more innovative and creative solutions are needed to increase yield productivity.This research took place in Tegenungan Subak, Kemenuh Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The location selection was chosen purposively. The population is 43 people and the research sample is taken by simple random sampling as much as 40% of the total population, namely 18 hybrid rice farmers. Research data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The objektives of this study were (1) to analyze the role of Field Agricultural Extension in the development of hybrid rice farming in Subak Tegenungan, Kemenuh Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency; (2) analyzing the role of the farming subsystem in the development of hybrid rice in Subak Tegenungan, Kemenuh Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency; (3) analyzing the productivity of farming results in the development of hybrid rice in Subak Tegenungan, Kemenuh Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency.The results showed that (1) the role of extension services in the development of hybrid rice farming in Subak Tegenungan, Kemenuh Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency obtained an average score of 3.39 (67.91%) in the moderate category; (2) the hybrid rice development farming subsystem gets an average score of 3.07 or 61.48% in the medium category; (3) Grain yield productivity of hybrid rice reached 9.590 kg/ha which is classified as moderate.Suggestions that can be given are (1) Field Agricultural Extension which includes the use of visual aids, growing farmer enthusiasm, being able to provide and invite farmers to develop hybrid rice farming needs to be improved again; (2) the farming subsystem in the development of hybrid rice, the things that need to be improved are rotating varieties, plowing the soil twice, draining the seeds and incubating them for 2 X 24 hours. This needs to be improved by hybrid rice farmers.

Abstract

Analysis Customer Satisfaction in Buying Ornamental Plants at Ornamental Plant Business Center in Bogor City Nowadays, needs are not only limited to primary needs (clothing, food, and shelter) but also secondary needs, such as entertainment. Everyone's entertainment needs are different, one of which is by buying ornamental plants. Buying, caring for and cultivating ornamental plants can make someone feel happy. This study aims to determine the characteristics of consumers, the level of customer satisfaction as well as the level of performance and importance of the ornamental plant business centers in the city of Bogor, one of which is the ornamental plant business center on Jl. Dadali. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who are consumers of ornamental plant business centers. The data taken are qualitative and quantitative using primary and secondary data. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Important Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study indicate that the level of consumer satisfaction in purchasing ornamental plants at the ornamental plant business center on Jl. Dadali is in the satisfied category with a percentage of 64.69%. And based on the performance and importance gumesius diagram, quadrant I needs to be improved again, namely marketing communication, comfort of the place as well as cleanliness and tidiness of the place.

Abstract

Competitiveness of the Agricultural Sector in the Development of Tebing Tinggi City North Sumatra Province The rapid land conversion in the agricultural sector in Tebing Tinggi City indicates that the agricultural sector requires more efforts to support the development of Tebing Tinggi City. This study aims to determine the role of the agricultural sector, the leading sector, and the competitiveness of the agricultural sector and other sectors in Tebing Tinggi City for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses a descriptive method, the location quetient (LQ) method, and the shift share method. The results showed that the agricultural sector in Tebing Tinggi City was not the largest contributor and food crops played a major role in the growth of the agricultural sector. Tebing Tinggi City has 12 leading sectors and 5 non-sectors. In the future, there are 5 leading sectors, 7 prospective sectors, 5 lagging sectors, and no mainstay sector. Good competitive sectors, namely, wholesale and retail trade; repair of cars and motorcycles, and the health services sector and social activities. Research suggestions to maintain food security are important to use yards as community gardens, mikan ponds, and livestock, immediately implement the Culinary Tourism City concept, increase incentives or facilities that can support underdeveloped sectors, continue to pay attention to the development of leading sectors, and further research related to sector development strategies left behind.

Abstract

Analysis of Rice Supplies in Perusahaan Umum BULOG Kantor Wilayah Bali Perum BULOG Kanwil Bali is a logistics company that has job manage supply, distribution and price oversee of rice commodity in Bali Province. The research objectives are rice procurement flow, analyse the rice supply system focused on economic orders, safety stock, maximum inventory, reorder point determination, and analyse the cost efficiency of rice supplies in Perum BULOG Kanwil Bali focused data in 2020. This research uses a purposive method with primary data through interviews with key informants and secondary data in the form of library research and documentation. Types of data are rice procurement flow data, rice demand data, rice prices, ordering costs, carrying costs, and lead times. The economic order quantity method is used to analyse rice management by the company. The results of the study indicate 1) Rice procurement flow begins with an order from head office to procure in kanwil, contract negotiation with partners, publishing document ordered, next to rice distribution and document-quality survey checking at the destination warehouse; 2) An economic orders is 614,436 tons or about 31 times a year, the amount of safety stock should be 4,815,370 tons with 5.429,806 tons of maximum inventory and the reorder point of inventory level ought to 5,184,768 tons; 3) Cost efficiency obtained by Perum Bulog Kanwil Bali by using the EOQ method is about Rp. 81.200.288,793.

Abstract

The Comparative Analysis of Broiler Farmer Income between Breeders Parthership with PT MSJ and PT PKP Poultry is one of the most livestock business which most of efficiently developed to support the community's economy. However, a lot of risks encountered in poultry. In reducing the risks of loss and to stabilizing income through a partnership between breeder and partner companies likes PT Mitra Sinar Jaya and PT Primatama Karya Persada. This research refers to breeder who partnership with PT Mitra Sinar Jaya and PT Primatama Karya Persada which aims to analyze the comparative of poultry’s income through grouping broilers population based on business scale. Population which grouped into a business scale are 2.000 – 5.000 chickens, 6.000 – 9.000 chickens and 10.000 – 13.000 chickens. For location determination was carried out using the census method on four breeders who partnership with PT Mitra Sinar Jaya and using the accidental sampling method on six breeders who partnership with PT Primatama Karya Persada. The result of this research indicate that income of business scale from 2.000 – 5.000 chickens in PT MSJ were Rp22.292.388/period and breeder from PT PKP were Rp20.885.480/period. On a bussines scale from 6.000 – 9.000 chickens income earned by breeder form PT MSJ were Rp38.232.413/period and breeder from PT PKP were Rp25.887.416/period. And then, income of business scale from 10.000 – 13.000 chicken from PT MSJ were Rp51.014.233/period and breeder from PT PKP were Rp71.309.400/period. The result of the Mann-Whitney statistically is insignificant.

Abstract

The Product Marketing Strategy for Laying Chicken Livestock in Senganan Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency The laying chicken breeders in Senganan Village face problems that are still not resolved, including marketing has not met the desired target, farmers have not maximized existing technology, and business capital is still limited, and lack of manpower. The purpose of this research was to determine the internal and external factors faced by laying hens in marketing their products and to formulate strategies to promote their production. The data collection technique used in this research is the survey method with the method of determining the sample with saturated sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis method and the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis method. The results showed that (1) Internal factors were divided into two, namely strength factors, namely egg quality and customer relations, while the main weakness was that marketing had not met the target. External factors are divided into two, namely the opportunity factor which describes that the demand for eggs is very high but all of it can’t be fulfilled, while the main threat is price fluctuations, especially the price of feed and vaccine. (2) The marketing strategy for laying hens for a small scale is to good plan marketing and build good relationships with buyers. For medium scale by planning the chicken coop layout in accordance with regulations but still optimizing maintenance of the cage to get good eggs quality and determine sales strategy. For large scale, by offering an attractive work and salary system for prospective workers, including the provision of performance bonuses when using workers.

Abstract

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Growth Rate of the Agricultural Sector in the GRDP of Klungkung Regency The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the growth rate of the agricultural sector in the GRDP of Klungkung Regency. The variables used in this study were dry milled unhulled rice production, rice field area, and labor. The research data used is data contained in related agencies from 2011-2019 for 9 years and is taken from agencies such as the Central Statistics Agency, the Klungkung Regency Agriculture Service, and others. This research was conducted by means of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the growth rate of the agricultural sector in the GDRP of Klungkung Regency was influenced by various factors consisting of the production of milled dry unhulled rice, rice field area, and agricultural labor. The results of this study mean that the more production of milled dry unhulled rice, the more paddy fields owned by the farmers and the more agricultural labor, the higher the growth rate of the agricultural sector in the GDRP of Klungkung Regency. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended for local governments to increase agricultural sector revenues starting with protecting and increasing the area of ??rice fields, developing labor productivity to increase dry milled grain production so that the GRDP growth rate of the agricultural sector in Klungkung Regency can increase.
