Abstract

Pengembangan model supervisi klinis berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi adalah suatu model supervisi klinis dengan menggunakan alat bantu media komunikasi menggunakan whatapp dan rekaman video mengajar guru. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan supervisi klinis saat ini,mengembangkan model,dan menganalis efektifitas model. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development. Studi pendahuluan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, angket dan observasi. Tahap pengembangan melibatkan ahli dan praktisi dengan menggunakan lembar peniliaan. Tahap evaluasi menggunakan one grup pretest-posttest design untuk mengetahui efektifitas model. Supervisi klinis yang dilakukan pengawas sekolah saat ini ditemukan beberapa tantangan: (1) guru merasa tidak nyaman bila di observasi kelas; (2) jumlah pengawas produktif tidak sebanding dengan jumlah guru binaan; (3) komunikasi guru dan pengawas hanya terbatas pada saat kunjungan pengawas. Berdasarkan penelitian pendahuluan dikembangkan sebuah model supervisi klinis berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Model hipotetik tersebut divalidasi oleh ahli dan menjadi model yang valid dan selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba terbatas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) model supervisi klinis saat ini masih kurang efektif; (2) model yang supervisi klinis yang dibutuhkan saat ini adalah berbasis TIK; (3) model yang dikembangkan efektif meningkatkan kinerja guru. Saran model ini tidak hanya diujicoba pada skala terbatas dan tidak hanya guru produktif saja tetapi bisa di uji coba skala luas pada kelompok guru mata pelajaran yang lainnya. Development of clinical supervision model based on information and communication technology is a clinical supervision model by using whatapp and video recording as a communication media in teaching learning process. This research purpose to analyze the current implementation of clinical supervision, the developing of models, and analyze the effectiveness of the model. This research have to use Research and Development method. Introduction studies using by qualitative and quantitative approach. Collection data are interview, questionnaire and observation. The experts and practitioners were involved to validatea asessmen sheet in development step. One group pretest-posttest was conducted in evaluation step to determine the model effectiveness. The introduction studies shows that: (1) the teacher feels uncomfortable on academic supervision conducted by school supervisor; (2) the supervisors amount less the teacher amount (3)communication between teacher and supervisors happened only during supervisor visits. Based on these facts, the researcher tends to develop the clinical supervision model based on information and communication technology. The hypothetical model is validated by an expert and becomes a valid model and then performed a limited trial. The conclusions of this study are: (1) the current model of clinical supervision is still less effective; (2) the model of clinical supervision required today is ICT-based; (3) the model developed effectively improves teacher performance. The suggestion of this model is not only tested on limited scales and not only productive teachers but can be tested on a large scale in other subject teachers groups

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik, partisipasi guru pada MGMP, dan motivasi kerja terhadap profesionalisme guru. Populasi penelitian adalah guru-guru SMA/MA. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional cluster random sampling dari tiap sekolah di SMA/MA di kota Bima. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner yang diberikan kepada responden secara langsung, dengan melalui uji validitas dan reliabiltas. Analisis data menggunakan, path analysis dan Sobel test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0, 203 atau 20, 3%, partisipasi guru pada MGMP berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0, 225 atau 22, 5%, supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0, 196 atau 19, 6%, partisipasi guru pada MGMP berpengaruh terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 0, 250 atau 25% dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap profesinalisme guru sebesar 0, 404 atau 40, 4% supervisi akademik berpengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru. Secara tidak langsung supervisi berpengaruh terhadap profesionalime guru melalui motivasi sebagai mediasinya dengan kontribusi sebesar 2, 18308. Partisipasi guru pada MGMP langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap profesionalisme guru melalui motivasi kerja sebagai mediasinya dengan kontribusi sebesar 2, 2343.Disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dan partisipasi guru pada MGMP berpengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap profesinalisme guru melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada kepala sekolah agar terus meningkatkan supervisi akademik dan memotivasi para guru, dan kepada guru agar terus berpartisipasi secara aktif pada kegiatan MGMP. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of academic supervision, teacher participation in teacher forum, and work motivation toward teacher professionalism. Population of this research are teacher in SMA/MA, sample is taken by proportional cluster random sampling technique from each school in SMA/MA. Technique of collecting data is done through questionnaires given to respondents directly, by through the validity and reliability test. Data analysis by using path analysis and Sobel test.The results showed that the academic supervision affect the work motivation of 0, 203 or 20, 3%. Teacher participation in teacher forum directly or indirectly affect the teacher profesionalism through work motivation as mediation with a contribution of 2, 2343.It was concluded that the better implementation of academic supervision and teacher participation in teacher forum directy or indirecty effect to the the teacher's professionalism through motivation as the mediation variable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi faktual pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang dilaksanakan selama ini, menganalisis model peningkatan kinerja guru yang sesuai kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, dan menganalisis keefektifan model peningkatan kinerja guru berbasis demonstrasi mengajar untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Research and Development, meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model, dan evaluasi model. Pada studi pendahuluan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara (guru, pengawas dan kepala sekolah) dan studi dokumentasi, tahap pengembangan melibatkan ahli dan praktis untuk menguji validitas model, dan tahap evaluasi dengan uji coba terbatas menggunakan one group pretest-postest design, kemudian data diuji dengan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik selama ini belum belum berjalan secara optimal. Model peningkatan kinerja guru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru adalah model peningkatan kinerja guru berbasis demonstrasi mengajar. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan keefektifan model peningkatan kinerja guru berbasis demonstrasi mengajar. Melalui uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai Asymp.Sig. (2-Tailed) 0,018 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 (p= 0,018<0,05) artinya Ha diterima (ada perbedaan antara rata-rata skor pretest dengan rata-rata posttest). Direkomendasikan agar model peningkatan kinerja guru berbasis demonstrasi mengajar ini dapat dilaksanakan oleh supervisor, sehingga akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran. ___________________________________________________________________The purposes of this research were to describe the factual condition of the implementation of the academic supervision carried out so far, to analyze the model of teacher performance improvement as needed to improve teacher performance, and to analyze the effectiveness of teacher performance improvement model based on teaching demonstration to improve teacher performance in learning. The method used in this research was Research and Development. The study was conducted in three stages namely preliminary study, model development, and model evaluation. Preliminary study was data collection by interview and documentation study. The development stage involves experts and practitioners to validate models with document assessment. Evaluation stage by trial using one group pretest-posttest design, statistical test using Wilcoxon test was used to know the effectivenes of the model. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision had not been run optimally. The performance improvement model that suit the needs of the vocational school teachers was teachers performance improvement model based on teaching demonstration. The results of model trials conducted by Wilcoxon test analysis showed that teachers performance improvement model based on teaching demonstrationeffective to improve the performance of vocational teachers in learning. It is suggested that this teacher performance improvement model based on teaching demonstration can be implemented by supervisors consistently by following the stages of the process from the beginning to the end, so that it will improve teacher performance in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menndeskripsikan dan menganalisis (1) pengambilan keputusan manajemen sekolah dalam mendukung kinerja guru kinerja guru SMK Pancasila di kota Purwodadi, (2) peran kepemimpinan yang diterapkan manajemen sekolah dalam mendukung kinerja guru SMK Pancasila di kota Purwodadi. (3) pendelegasian kewenangan yang diterapkan manajemen sekolah dalam mendukung kinerja guru SMK Pancasila di kota Purwodadi.(4) kontribusi signifikan gaya kepemimpinan manajemen sekolah dalam mendukung kinerja guru SMK Pancasila di kota Purwodadi. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Perolehan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian meliputi: (1) Pengambilan keputusan manajemen kepala sekolah mempunyai peran sangat tinggi pengambilan kebijakan dan bersifat terpusat pada kepala sekolah yang mempunyai kewenangan (2) Peran kepala sekolah, kebijakan dan aturan baku merupakan motivasi dalam pembinaan terhadap guru, untuk mengukur kelemahan dan kelebihan kinerja (3) Karakteristik pendelegasian wewenang dan kontrol delegasi mempunyai kewenangan mutlak pada atasan dengan komunikasi langsung satu arah dari pimpinan kepada bawahan baik itu pengawasan terhadap tingkah laku, perbuatan, atau kegiatan para bawahannya dilakukan secara ketat, (4) Peran dan Kontribusi Gaya Kepemimpinan Otokratif manajemen sekolaah mempunyai power dalam membuat dan memutuskan suatu kebijakan selama itu demi kebaikan sekolah dan kemajuan prestasi. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze (1) decision making of school management in supporting teacher performance of SMK Pancasila teacher performance in Purwodadi city, (2) leadership role applied by school management in support of teacher performance of SMK Pancasila in Purwodadi city. (3) delegation of authority applied by school management in support of teacher performance of SMK Pancasila in Purwodadi city (4) significant contribution of leadership style of school management in supporting teacher performance of SMK Pancasila in Purwodadi city. The approach of this research is descriptive qualitative in the form of case study. Data acquisition is done by in-depth interview, participatory observation, and document study. The results of the study include: (1) Principal management decision making has a very high role of policy making and is centralized on the principal who has authority (2) The role of principals, policies and rules is a motivation in the guidance of teachers, to measure the weaknesses and advantages Performance (3) Characteristics of delegation of authority and control of delegation have absolute authority on the boss with direct one-way communication from the leadership to subordinates whether the supervision of the behavior, deeds or activities of subordinates is done strictly, (4) Roles and Contribution of Autocratic Leadership Style Management sekolaah have the power in making and deciding a policy during that for the good of school and progress achievement.

Abstract

Mutu suatu lembaga pendidikan dapat diukur dari tiga aspek, yaitu kompetensi, akreditasi dan akuntabilitas. Akuntabel tidaknya suatu lembaga pendidikan tinggi bergantung pada mutu lulusannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan peran, fungsi dan akuntabilitas penjaminan mutu terhadap akreditasi program studi, (2) menganalisis mekanisme pengajuan akreditasi program studi ke BAN-PT, dan (3) menganalisis korelasi akuntabilitas penjaminan mutu terhadap akreditasi program studi di Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis korelasional Pearson. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berkaitan dengan akuntabilitas penjaminan mutu, sedangkan data sekunder perolehan akreditasi program studi. Hasil peneitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) peran dan fungsi penjaminan mutu terhadap akreditasi program studi di Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang sangat strategis dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan dan akreditasi program studi. Deskripsi dari dimensi perbaikan berkelanjutan, informasi dan target mutu, pelayanan prima pada pelanggan, serta pembuatan laporan-laporan menunjukkan sangat baik. (2) Mekanisme diatur melalui enam tahap dari melalukan pemantauan akreditasi program studi, proses penyusunan borang, pendampingan dengan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan sampai pada pengiriman dokumen akreditasi kepada BAN-PT. (3) Akuntabilitas penjaminan mutu terhadap akreditasi program studi berkorelasi sangat kuat yang menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas penjaminan mutu yang sangat baik akan meningkatkan akreditasi program studi di Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang yang sangat baik pula/ Disarankan, badan penjaminan mutu harus mampu mempertanggung-jawabkan kinerja akademiknya kepada pihak internal dan eksternal, yang merupakan salah satu ukuran adalah akreditasi program studi dan akreditasi institusi. Program studi yang akan mengajukan akreditasi baik yang baru maupun akreditasi ulang hendaknya selalu berkoordinasi dengan penjaminan mutu agar badan penjaminan mutu dapat kontribusi optimal sesuai dengan haparan program studi dan kepuasan stakeholder. The quality of an institution can be measured from three aspects, namely the accreditation, competence and accountability. An accountable of education institution rely on the quality of the graduates. This research aim to (1) describe the role, function and quality assurance of accountability towards accreditation of study programs, (2) analyze the mechanism of filing accreditation courses to BAN-PT, and (3) analyze the correlation of accountability quality assurance against the accreditation of postgraduate course at Universitas Negeri Semarang. The methods used by quantitative descriptive approach, analysis of correlation of Pearson. The type of the data was being used the primary data and secondary data. Primary data relating to accountability for quality assurance, while secondary data acquisition of accreditation of study programs. The results showed that (1) the role and function of quality assurance against the accreditation of postgraduate courses at Universitas Negeri Semarang was located in the quest educational enhancement and accreditation of study programs. The description of the dimensions of sustainable improvement, an information and target quality, an excellent service to customers, as well as the making of reports shows very well, (2) The mechanism was setting through six stages from the route the course accreditation, monitoring the process of the preparation of forms, mentoring with sustainable improvements to the delivery of documents to the accreditation BAN-PT, (3) Accountability assurance the quality of study programs accreditation against correlated very strongly which shows that accountability assurance of excellent quality will improve the accreditation of postgraduate courses at Universitas Negeri Semarang is excellent as well. The quality assurance agency was recommended, it should be able to responsible academic performance to internal and external parties, which was one of measure in the accreditation of institutions and programs of study. Course accreditation will submit both new and re-accreditation should always coordinate with the quality assurance agency in order to guarantee optimal quality can contribute in accordance with the expectations of the program of studies and stakeholder satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti konkrit tentang pengaruh pola asuh orang tua, lingkungan masyarakat dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian studi hipotesis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas tinggi Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Bandungan tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 1.829. Dengan rentang toleransi kekeliruan 5%, diperoleh ukuran sampel 328. Teknik sampling menggunakan single stage cluster random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner dan dokumenter. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pola asuh orang tua memberikan pengaruh langsung secara signifikan sebesar 51% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Lingkungan masyarakat memberikan pengaruh langsung sebesar 14% terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan kedisiplinan belajar memberikan pengaruh langsung secara signifikan sebesar 47,7% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. The purpose of this study is to obtain concrete evidence about the influence of parenting parenting, the community environment and the discipline of learning on learning outcomes. This research uses quantitative approach with hypotesis study research design. The population of this research is high school student of Bandungan sub-district of year 2016/2017 which amounted to 1,829. With a fault tolerance range of 5%, obtained sample size 328. Sampling technique using single stage cluster random sampling. Techniques of data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires and documentaries. Data analysis techniques used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that parenting patterns give a direct influence significantly by 51% of student learning outcomes. Community environment gives a direct effect of 14% on student learning outcomes and discipline of learning gives a direct influence significantly as much as 47.7% of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) mendapatkan gambaran tentang model supervisi akademik pengawas bagi guru SMK yang saat ini dilaksanakan; 2) mengembangkan desain model supervisi akademik secara online bagi guru SMK yang tepat untuk diterapkan; dan 3) menghasilkan model supervisi akademik secara online bagi pengawas yang praktis dan efektif. Supervisi akademik pengawas adalah pembinaan guru dengan cara memberikan bantuan atau layanan profesional supaya guru memiliki kompetensi dibidang tugasnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengawas dan guru SMK di Kabupaten Demak. Data penelitian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Model final supervisi akademik pengawas secara online pada guru SMK diperoleh dengan mendeskripsikan model faktual supervisi akademik yang selama ini dilakukan, menyusun desain model supervisi, melakukan validasi desain model supervisi, melakukan uji coba model supervisi, dan merumuskan model final supervisi akademik pengawas secara online.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik pengawas selama ini belum dapat dijadikan dasar pembinaan guru karena belum dapat dilaksanakan secara optimal oleh pengawas sekolah. Model supervisi akademik pengawas secara online praktis dan efektif sebagai sarana bantu pengawas sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi pembelajaran. The purpose of this study is 1) to get an overview of supervisory supervision supervisor model for vocational teachers currently being implemented; 2) develop an online model of supervision model design for appropriate SMK teachers to apply; and 3) produce an online academic supervision model for practical and effective supervisors. Supervision of supervisor academic is guidance of teacher by giving assistance or professional service so that teacher have competence in their field of duty.This research uses research and development approach (R & D). The subject of this research is the supervisor and teacher of SMK in Demak Regency. Research data is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The final model of online supervision supervision supervision of SMK teachers is obtained by describing the factual model of the academic supervision that has been done, preparing the supervision model design, validating the supervision model design, conducting the supervision model test, and formulating the final model of the supervisor supervision supervision online.The results showed that supervisor academic supervision has not been able to be used as the basis for teacher development because it can not be implemented optimally by school supervisors. The supervisory academic supervisory model is practical and effective as a school supervisor's tool in supervising learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis bentuk-bentuk pelibatan orang tua di sekolah; (2) menganalisis usaha sekolah dalam memberikan ruang bagi orang tua untuk terlibat di sekolah ; (3) menganalisis tingkat pelibatan orang tua di sekolah; (4) dampak pelibatan orang tua di sekolah pada prestasi akademik dan non akademik siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon. Sumber data diperoleh dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil kepala sekolah, Wali Kelas, Orang tua siswa, Siswa dan dokumen terkait pelibatan orang tua di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pelibatan orang tua terdapat berbagai macam, usaha yang dilakukan sekolah untuk melibatkan orang tua sangat baik, tingkat pelibatannya mencapai empowerment, dan dampaknya pada prestasi akademik serta non akademik siswa sangat baik dan mampu meningkatkan prestasi siswa secara efektif. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon (1) Sekolah dapat menciptakan kondisi yang mendukung terlibatnya orang tua secara efektif. (2) Orang tua dapat memahami pentingnya terlibat dalam pendidikan anak di sekolah bagi prestasi siswa baik akademik dan non akademik serta dapat meningkat lebih baik lagi. This study aimed to (1) analyze the form of parents involvement in children education at school; (2) to analyze the effort of the school in giving space for parents to involve; (3) to analyze the level of parents involvement in children education at school; (4) The impact of parents involvement in children education at school.This research was conducted at SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon. Source of data obtained from :Principal, Vice Principal, Homeroom Teachers, Parents, Students and documents related parents involvement at school. The results showed that the form of parent involvement is various, the effort done by the school to involve the parents is very good, the level of involvement reaches the empowerment level, and the impact on the academic achievement and non-academic students is very good and able to improve student achievement effectively. From the results of this study are expected SD Sains Islam Al Farabi Sumber Cirebon (1) Schools can create conditions that effectively support parent involvement. (2) Parents can understand the importance of engaging in children's education in schools for both academic and non-academic student achievement and can improve better.

Abstract

Citra merupakan salah satu harta yang bernilai tinggi bagi suatu lembaga, sehingga penting untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi citra lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan peserta terhadap citra Balai Diklat Keagamaan Semarang baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) secara langsung kepuasan peserta tidak dipengaruhi oleh keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan peserta, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan terhadap citra, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung kualitas layanan terhadap citra, (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung kepuasan peserta terhadap citra, (6) tidak terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan terhadap citra melalui kepuasan peserta dikarenakan hasil direct effect lebih besar daripada indirect effect, dan (7) tidak terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung kualitas layanan terhadap citra melalui kepuasan peserta dikarenakan hasil direct effect lebih besar daripada indirect effect. Semakin tinggi keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan dan kualitas layanan yang diberikan maka kepuasan yang dirasakan juga akan tinggi dan membentuk citra yang tinggi. Image is one of the high value treasures for an institution, so it is important to know the factors that affect the image of the institution. This study aims to determine the effect of learning effectiveness during training, service quality, and participants' satisfaction on the image of Balai Diklat Keagamaan Semarang either directly or indirectly. This research uses a quantitative approach with causal design. The result of the research shows that (1) the participant's satisfaction is not directly influenced by the effectiveness of the learning during the training, (2) there is direct influence of the service quality to the participant's satisfaction, (3) there is a direct effect of learning effectiveness during the training on image, (6) there is no indirect influence of learning effectiveness during training on image through participant's satisfaction because result direct effect is greater than indirect effect, and (7) there is no indirect influence of service quality to image through participant's satisfaction because result of direct effect is bigger than indirect effect. The higher the effectiveness of learning during the training and the quality of service provided, the higher the perceived satisfaction and image form a high.

Slamet.2015. Manajemen Pembelajaran Berbasis Kurikulum 2013 di SMP Islam Kota Semarang (Studi Empiris di SMP Sub Rayon 02 Kota Semarang). Tesis, Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan, Pascasarjana Unnes. Pembimbing I Dr.Ir. I Made Sudana,M.Pd,IPM, pembimbing II Dr. Tri Suminar,M.Pd.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengorganisaian belajar, dan evaluasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pendeskripsian ini akan dapat diketahui antara harapan dan kenyataan dalam pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum 2013 yang telah dilakukan oleh guru. Harapan dan kenyataan akan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan program sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogis guru.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, metode penelitian adalah studi deskriptif. Fokus penelitian adalah rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), proses pembelajaran dan penilaian dalam pembelajaran, subyek penelitian adalah guru 6 (enam) mata pelajaran di dua sekolah dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah telaah RPP, observasi pembelajaran dan wawancara dengan subyek penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) setiap guru di dua sekolah masih belum optimal dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran, 2) belum optimal dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran khususnya dalam memilih dan menerapkan model pembelajaran, 3) belum optimal dalam melakukan penilaianatau evaluasi pembelajaran khususnya penilaian sikap peserta didik. Secara umum penelitian ini mendukung dari penelitian sebelumnya.Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) secara kuantitas RPP telah dibuat oleh semua guru, tetapi secara kualitas RPP belum optimal, 2) proses pembelajaran telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, meskipun belum optimal. 3) penilaian belum optimal dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran, dan 4) masih lemahnya pengawasan oleh pengawas maupun kepala sekolah. Solusi mengatasi kekurangan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, maupun evaluasi dalam pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum perlu adanya evaluasi dari berbagai pihak, mulai dari kepala sekolah, guru, pengawas sekolah dan dinas pendidikan. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation and learning organizing, and evaluation in the learning process. This description will be known between the expectations and reality in the 2013 curriculum-based learning that has been done by teachers. Hope and reality will be used as the basis for the preparation of school programs in improving professional competence and teacher pedagogical competence. This research uses qualitative approach, research method is descriptive study. The focus of the research is the lesson plan (RPP), the learning process and the assessment in the learning, the subject of the research is the teacher of 6 (six) subjects in two schools with data collection technique is RPP study, learning observation and interview with research subjects. The results showed that: 1) every teacher in two schools is still not optimal in making learning plan 2) not yet optimal in learning implementation especially in choosing and applying learning model 3) not yet optimal in doing assessment or evaluation of learning especially student attitude evaluation. In general, this study supports from previous research.The conclusions of this research are: 1) the quantity of RPP has been made by all teachers, but the quality of RPP is not optimal yet, 2) the learning process has been well implemented, although not yet optimal. 3) the assessment has not been optimally done in the learning process, and 4) still lack of supervision by supervisors and principals.Solutions to overcome the shortcomings in planning, implementation, and evaluation in curriculum-based learning need to be evaluated from various parties, ranging from principals, teachers, school supervisors and education offices.
