Abstract

Nilai kewirausahaan merupakan karakter yang sangat penting untuk dikembangkan di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya guru menanamkan nilai kewirausahaan berani mengambil resiko dengan pembelajaran berbasis business plan pada siswa SMK dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Guru menugaskan peserta didik untuk memperoleh informasi melalui observasi pada suatu perusahaan dan kemudian menyusun idenya menjadi business plan. Penekanan masih pada sikap mau menerima, merespon dan menghargai nilai berani mengambil resiko, sedangkan sikap mau menghayati dan mengamalkan belum dilakukan. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Guru telah menyusun perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan penilaian secara baik dan peserta didik secara antusias memperoleh pendidikan yang bermakna.

Abstract

Siswa SMA memiliki gaya hidup yang cenderung konsumtif dalam penggunaan smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor psikologi, faktor situasional dan faktor sosial terhadap perilaku konsumen smartphone pada siswa SMAN di kota Salatiga. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan populasi 2902 siswa dan sampel 97 siswa. Variabel yang digunakan perilaku konsumen sebagai variabel terikat dan faktor psikologi, faktor situasional dan faktor sosial sebagai variabel bebas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan alat analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor psikologi, faktor sosial berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen, sedangkan faktor situasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen. The  adolescents, especially high school students have a lifestyle that tends to behave consumptive and consumption activities that are not rational. Mostly they do not only owning one just smartphone but most themses have more than one smartphone. It is of course this matter of this matter will become interesting study to be checked furthermore. This research aims to determine the influence of psychological factors, situational factors and social factors to the smartphone consumer behavior in high school students of Salatiga. The population in this study were 2902 students with a sample of 97 students. The independent variable in this study consisted of psychological factors, situational factors and social factors and the dependent variable in the form of consumer behavior. Technique data collecting in this research use kuesioner while technique analyse data use quantitative descriptive technique, and technique analyse doubled linear regresi. The results showed that psychological positive and significant effect on consumer behavior. Situasioanal factors had no effect on consumer behavior, it is certainly contrary to the research Ashraf (2014) explains that the situational factors that most influence on consumer behavior. Social factors positive and significant impact on consumer behavior

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui apakah ada oengaruh pengetahuan kewirau-sahaan, kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalah terhadap minat kewirausahaan siswa.Popuulasi terdiri dari 270 siswa Bisnis dan Manajemen SMK dan sampel 100 siswa. Variabel independen adalah pengetahuan kewirausahaan, kemampuan memecahkan masalah dan variabel dependen minat kewirausahaan siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis dengan mengguna-kan analisis regresi berganda. Temuan1) Secara simultan ada pengaruh pengeta-huan kewirausahaan, kemampuan untuk memecahkan masalah terhadap minat kewirausahaan siswa. 2). tidak ada pengaruh secara parsial pengetahuan kewirau-sahaan terhadap minat kewirausahaan siswa: 3) terdapat pengaruh parsial kemam-puan untuk memecahkan masalah kewirausahaan terhadap minat kewirausahaan siswa.Disarankan agar (1) untuk meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan mahasiswa, guru harus memberikan bahan ajar sesuai dengan kondisi nyata., (2) Institusi pen-didikan i berorientasi kurikulum. The objective of the research is to find out whether there’s impact from entrepreneurship, to solve students’ problems to students’ interest in entrepreneur. The population consists of 270 students of business and management SMK with 100 students as samples. The independent variable is enterpreneur knowledge, ability to solve the problems and the dependent variable is students’ interest in entrepreneur. The data are collected by using questionnaire and the analysis uses double regression analysis. The results are 1) Simultaneously the impact of en-trepreneur exists to solve the problem of students’ interest in entrepreneur, 2). Partially, there’s no impact of entrepreneur knowledge in entrepreneur’s impact of students 3) there’s partial impact to solve entrepreneur problem to the interest of entrepreneur in students. It is suggested to (1) the entrepreneur interest of the students, teachers should give the material based on real-ity, (2) educational institution which curriculum oriented.

Abstract

Research objectives to find out and analyze the factors that hinder student's learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK on economic subjects. This research is descriptive research approach to mix method. The subject in this study is the whole student scholarship recipients Papua LPMAK totaled 52 students. Data collection is done with the now, interview and documentation. Data analysis was done with the analysis of factors and descriptive data analysis. The results showed there is a dominant factor that inhibits student learning difficulties Papua grantee LPMAK in Semarang City: Factors of mass media and the social environment, the use of mass media overload causing trouble Learning (learning difficulty) students. The head of Papua's Dormitory (teachers) will need to limit the activity of the child his protégé in the use of mass media and association with students of Papua and the media in the dorm.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to overcome the problem of education is by organizing PPG-SM3T program. This study aims to determine whether motivation factors, parents’ support, emotional intelligence and career planning affect the interest to follow PPG-SM3T on UNNES Economic Education students either jointly or partially. The population of this study are all students of Economic Education UNNES year 2013 which amounted to 440 students, with a total sample of 82 students. The sampling technique used is Cluster Proportional Random Sampling. Before the instrument was used for data retrieval, an instrument test was performed on 30 students. Data collection method used is questionnaire. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that there is influence of motivation, parent support, emotional intelligence and career planning interested to follow PPG-SM3T of 97.60%. While the motivation to be a teacher influence on the interest to follow the PPG-SM3T of 49.42%. Parents’ support affects interest in following the PPG-SM3T by 41.09%. Emotional Intelligence affects interest to follow PPG-SM3T as much as 5.80% and career planning has an effect on interest in following PPG-SM3T of 8.94%.

Abstract

___________________________________________________________________ Sukses mengelola rumah makan tidaklah mudah terbukti banyak usaha rumah makan yang tidak mampu bertahan lama, untuk itu diperlukan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi pemilik rumah makan. Sikap dan perilaku yang mengandung nilai-nilai kewirausahaan (percaya diri dan optimis, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, berani mengambil resiko kepemimpinan, keorisinalitasan, dan orientasi pada masa depan) perlu dimiliki oleh pengusaha yang ingin sukses. Salah satu contoh pengusaha sukses adalah pemilik rumah makan Pringsewu Group dengan 16 cabang rumah makan yang tersebar di Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Barat. Selain omset penjualan yang mencapai ratusan juta rupiah setiap bulan, usaha ini juga telah banyak meraih penghargaan berkat kreativitas pemilik rumah makan. Untuk mengetahui berapa besar nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dalam mempengaruhi jiwa kewirausahaan pemilik rumah makan merupakan tujuan penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 71 karyawan Pringsewu di wilayah Tegal. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sikap yang dominan mempengaruhi jiwa kewirausahaan pemilik rumah makan Pringsewu Group adalah sikap percaya diri dan optimis yaitu sebesar 34,1%. Urutan selanjutnya adalah 31,7% untuk kepemimpinan, 27,3% keorisinalitasan, 23,8% berani mengambil resiko, 23,1% sikap orientasi ke masa depan, dan terakhir 20,1% adalah sikap borientasi pada tugas dan hasil. Untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan melalui sikap beroreintasi pada tugas dan hasil pemilik rumah makan dituntut lebih semangat lagi dalam bekerja, berinisiatif untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan prestasi. Successfully managing a restaurant is not easy because many restaurant businesses are not able to last long, therefore It takes entrepreneurial spirit for the owner of the restaurant. Attitudes and behaviors that contain entrepreneurial values ​​(confident and optimistic, task-oriented and result oriented, risk-taking leadership, keorisinalitasan, and orientation in the future) needs to be owned by entrepreneurs who want to succeed. One example of successful entrepreneurs is the owner of Pringsewu Group restaurant has 16 branch restaurants spread in Central Java and West Java. In addition to the successful sales reaches hundreds of millions of rupiah every month, this business has also been awarded many thanks to the creativity of restaurant owners. To find out how much entrepreneurial value in influencing entrepreneurial spirit of restaurant owner is the purpose of this research. The study was conducted with questionnaires distributed to 71 Pringsewu employees in the Tegal area. The result of research stated that dominant attitude influence entrepreneur spirit of Pringsewu Group restaurant owner is confident and optimistic attitude that is equal to 34,1%. The next sequence is 31.7% for leadership, 27.3% onorisinalitasan, 23.8% dare to take risks, 23.1% orientation to the future, and last 20.1% is the attitude of borientasi on task and result. Task-oriented attitude can be enchanced with more enthusiasm in work, take the initiative to improve creativity and initiative to improve creativity and achievement.

Abstract

Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) bertujuan untuk mewujudkan sebuah kawasan pasar bebas yang berdaya saing tinggi yang akan terintegrasi dengan perekonomian global. Salah satu kesepakatan yang disetujui dalam pasar bebas ini adalah kesepakatan dalam bidang jasa akuntansi yang tertuang dalam Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA). Untuk itu, peningkatan kompetensi bagi lulusan akuntansi harus dilaksanakan lebih intensif agar para akuntan dapat bersaing di tingkat regional dan internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kontribusi motivasi berprestasi, IPK, keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam PKL dan mata kuliah praktek dalam membangun kompetensi mahasiswa akuntansi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisa pengaruh kausalitas antar variabel menggunakan alat analisis jalur (path analysis). Variabel motivasi berprestasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap IPK. Secara keseluruhan variabel motivasi berprestasi, IPK, keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam PKL dan mata kuliah praktek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi mahasiswa akuntansi UNNES. ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is aimed at establishing a free trade area with high competitiveness that will be integrated eith the global economy. One of the deal that is approved in the free market is an agreement in the field of accounting services that is contained in the Mutual Reconition Agreement (MRA). Therefore, improving the competence for accounting graduates should be implemented more intensively so that the accountants can compete at the regional and intenational levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of achievement motivation, grade point average (GPA), student engagement in job training and courses in the practice of developing competence of accounting students. The research approach used in this study is a quatitative approach that analyze the influence of causality between variabels using a path analysis. Achievement motivation variabel did not affect the GPA. Overall the achievement motivation, GPA, student engagement in job training and courses in the practice have a significant effect on the competence of the state university of semarang accounting students.

Abstract

Kinerja Pemasaran adalah merupakan ukuran prestasi yang diperoleh dari aktifitas proses pemasaran secara menyeluruh dari sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi. Selain itu, kinerja pemasaran juga dapat dipandang sebagai sebuah konsep yang digunakan untuk mengukur sampai sejauh mana prestasi pasar yang telah dicapai oleh suatu produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan yang dipengaruhi oleh orientasi pasar, inovasi ,orientansi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh orientasi pasar, inovasi, orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Metode penelitian meggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Subjek penelitian ini adalah UKM Sentral batik Trusmi di Kabupaten Cirebon dengan sampel sebanyak 147 responden. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) orientansi pasar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 14,92%,(2) inovasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 8,23%,(3) orientansi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 18,00 % dan (4) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran sebesar 10,89 %. Marketing Performance is an achievement measure gained from the overall marketing process activities of a company or organization. In addition, marketing performance can also be viewed as a concept used to measure the extent to which market achievements have been achieved by a product which is produced by the company influenced by market orientation, innovation, entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the influences of market orientation, innovation, entrepreneurship orientation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage, as well as to analyze and describe the influence of competitive advantage to marketing performance.The research method uses quantitative method and analyzed by using SPSS. The subject of this research is the UKM of Batik Trusmi Central in Cirebon district. The sample is 147 respondents and the method of data collection is questionnaires which is examined by using validity and reliability test.The result of research shows there are significant influences of (1) market orientation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage 14,92%, (2) innovation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage 8,23 %, (3) entrepreneurship orientation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage 18,00% and (4) competitive advantage to marketing performance 10,89%.

Abstract

Business performance can be viewed as a concept used to measure the success extent of business management influenced by entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation, business innovation, and competitive advantage. The objective of the research is to analyze and describe the influences among the tested variables directly and indirectly. The research methods used quantitative methods with path analysis. The subjects of the study are SMEs Convection in Kudus Regency.The results of the study (1) There is positive significant influence of entrepreneurship orientation to business performance directly and indirectly through competitive advantage (2) There is positive significant influence of market orientation to business performance directly and indirectly through competitive advantage (3) There is positive significant influence of business innovation on business performance directly and indirectly through competitive advantage (4) There is positive significant influence of competitive advantage on business performance. It is suggested for future research generalize the performance of SMEs more broadly, can be done cross-district. Also that SMEs should keep control of organizational behavior with the theory of planned behavior, more attention to innovation business aspects, utilize information technology for knowledge exchange with other SMEs. It is recommended to use the questionnaire with interviews and observation of business activities.
