KEEFEKTIFAN MODEL COOPERATIVE SCRIPT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keefektifan model cooperative script terhadap hasil belajar materi Perkembangan Teknologi pada peserta didik kelas IV. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experimental dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Tinggarjaya Kabupaten Banyumas tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Sampel pada penelitian ini mengambil semua anggota populasi dalam suatu kelas (intact group), dengan anggota sampel 28 peserta didik pada kelas IV B sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 23 peserta didik pada kelas IV A sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dan analisis akhir. Analisis akhir menggunakan uji dua pihak dan uji satu pihak. Hasil uji hipotesis hasil belajar peserta didik dengan perhitungan menggunakan rumus independent samples t-test melalui program SPSS versi 17 menunjukkan bahwa, thitung sebesar 2,062 dan ttabel sebesar 2,010, Ho ditolak.yang menunjukkan ada perbedaan. Hasil uji pihak kanan dengan penghitungan menggunakan one sample t-test diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,365 dan ttabel sebesar 1,706, sehingga Ho ditolak.. Dengan demikian, hasil belajar peserta didik yang menggunakan model cooperative script lebih baik daripada yang menggunakan model konvensionalThe purpose of this research to know the effectiveness of a model of cooperative script on learning outcomes of the material of technological development on the fourth grade students. The research design is quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design form. The population in this research that the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Tinggarjaya Banyumas academic year 2013/2014. The sample in this study takes all members of the population in a class (intact group), with 28 members of the sample of students in class IV B as the experimental group and 23 students in the class IV A as a control group. Data collection techniques included interviews, tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using prerequisite test analysis and the final analysis. The final analysis using the two side test and one side test. The results of hypothesis test of student learning outcomes with calculations using formulas of independent samples t-test through SPSS version 17 shows that, 2.062 tcount and 2.010 ttable, then Ho is rejected that indicate a difference. The test results with calculations using the right side one ample t-test was obtained 3.365 tcount and 1.706 ttable, then Ho is rejected. So, learning outcomes of students who used the  model of cooperative script is better than the conventional model.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V antara yang mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan model mind mapping dan yang menggunakan model konvensional serta keefektifannya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri  Sidapurna 01 Kabupaten Tegal, yang terdiri dari 22 siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan 18 siswa pada kelas kontrol. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu quasi experimental dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis pertama dengan menggunakan independent samples t test, diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,557 > 2,024), sehingga H0 ditolak. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis kedua dengan menggunakan one sample t test, diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,952 > 2,080), sehingga H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian dapar disimpulkan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model mind mapping lebih tinggi dan efektif daripada yang menggunakan model konvensionalThe purpose of the research is to find out whether there are differences in learning outcomes social studies grade V between learning using a model that gets the mind mapping and the use of conventional models as well as their effectiveness. The samples in this research are fifth grade student at SD Negeri Sidapurna Tegal Regency 01, which consisted of 22 students in experiment group and 18 students in control group.This study uses a quasi experimental design with nonequivalent control group design form. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test using independent samples t test, the results of tcount>ttable (2,557 > 2,024), so that H0 is rejected. Furthermore, based on the results of the second hypothesis test using one sample t test, retrieved tcount> ttable (3,952 >2.080), so that H0 is rejected. So that, it can be concluded that student’s learning outcomes at social studies who were taught using mind mapping model are higher and more effective than those who were taught using conventional model.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Agus Santoso, S.Pd, diperoleh informasi bahwa soal UAS gasal mata pelajaran IPS  kelas III SD Negeri se-Gugus Pangeran Diponegoro tahun ajaran 2014/2015 diujikan tanpa melalui tahapan analisis butir soal. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal dan pelaksanaan tes pada soal UAS tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode expost facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 202. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, soal yang dianalisis ditinjau dari aspek materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa berkategori sangat tinggi. Jenjang ranah kognitifnya yaitu terdapat 7 (28%) soal berkategori C1, 17 (68%) soal berkategori C2, dan 1 (4%) soal berkategori C3. Aspek validitasnya yaitu terdapat 2 (8%) soal berkategori sangat signifikan, 8 (32%) soal berkategori signifikan, dan 15 (60%) soal berkategori tidak signifikan. Aspek reliabilitasnya memiliki kriteria rendah. Aspek  tingkat  kesukarannya  yaitu terdapat 17 (68%) soal  berkategori mudah, 7 (28%) soal berkategori sedang, dan 1 (4%) soal berkategori sukar. Aspek daya pembedanya yaitu terdapat 7 (28%) soal berkategori baik, 7 (28%) soal berkategori cukup, 10 (40%) soal berkategori jelek, dan 1 (4%) soal berkategori jelek sekali. Aspek efektivitas pengecohnya yaitu terdapat 11 (44%) soal berkategori efektif dan 14 (56%) soal berkategori tidak efektif. Pelaksanaan tes tergolong cukup baik. Based on the interview with Agus Santoso, S.Pd, obtained information that final exam social studies class III Elemantary School in the District Pangeran Diponegoro 2014/2015 academic year without going through the stages of analysis item. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the items and the implementation of tests on about the final exam. This study uses ex post facto. The sample in the study as many as 202. The results show that, in a matter which analyzed in terms of the aspect of material, construction, and the language is very high category. Levels of cognitive domains there are 7 (28%) categorized as C1, 17(68%) categorized as C2, and 1 (4%) categorized as C3. The aspects of validity there are 2 (8%) categorized as very significant, 8 (32%) categorized as significant, and 15 (60%) categorized as not significant. Aspects reliability is low criteria. The aspects of difficulty index there are 17 (68%) categorized as easy, 7 (28%) categorized as medium, and 1 (4%) categorized as difficult. The aspects of discrimination power there are 7 (28%) the good category, 7 (28%) the enough category, 10 (40%) the ugly category, and 1 (4%) the very ugly category. The aspects of effectiveness swizlling there are 11 (44%) categorized as effective and 14 (56%) categized as ineffective. Implementation of the test is good enaugh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap mutu layanan SDIT BIAS Assalam. Penelitian ini meneliti proses penerapan, pengaruhnya terhadap mutu layanan SDIT BIAS Assalam dan faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008. Dilaksanakan dengan metode kualitatif tipe pengamatan terbuka pemeran serta, keberadaan peneliti diketahui oleh umum dan subyek penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 (1) dilakukan dalam  yayasan, bukan hanya dalam SDIT BIAS Assalam, (2) yayasan telah memenuhi persyaratan dokumen atau alat mutu sistem manajemen mutu,  (3) dari kedelapan prinsip sistem manajemen mutu, prinsip  fokus pada pelanggan dan perbaikan berkesinambungan lebih terlihat kemajuannya, (4) penerapan SMM ISO BIAS Assalam unggul dalam klausul 5, tanggung jawab manajemen, (5) penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 masih pada taraf cukup baik. Pengaruh SMM ISO terhadap mutu layanan (1) tidak ada perubahan dalam bentuk layanan, (2) terjadi peningkatan mutu layanan tetapi tidak signifikan, (3) SMM ISO 9001:2008 sesuai dengan PP No. 19 tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasinal Pendidikan, (4) setelah menerapkan SMM ISO 9001:2008, SDIT BIAS Assalam mendapatkan akreditasi A. Faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan SMM ISO (1) SDM yang tidak loyal dan konsisten, (2) yayasan memiliki cara untuk menjaga komitmen manajemen, (3) pendanaan kuat dari yayasan. The aims of this research is to know the effect of the application of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 for the quality of service in SDIT BIAS Assalam. This research examines the application process, its impact on service quality SDIT Assalam BIAS and the factors that influence the process of implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008. The methode of this research is qualitative methods by the observer as participant, where researchers are known by the public and the subject of this research.The result of analysis shows that the application of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 (1) conducted in the foundation, not only in SDIT BIAS Assalam, (2) the foundation has fulfilled the requirements document or the quality of the tools of quality management system, (3) from the eight principles of quality management system, the principles of customer focus and continuous improvement is more visible progress, (4) the implementation of QMS ISO BIAS Assalam excel in clause 5, the responsibility of management, (5) the application of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 is still in fairly good level. ISO QMS influence on the quality of service (1) nothing change in the form of services, (2) an increase in the quality of services but not significantly, (3) QMS ISO 9001: 2008 in accordance with Regulation No. 19 of 2005 on Standards Nasional Education, (4) after applying the QMS ISO 9001: 2008, SDIT BIAS Assalam obtain accreditation A. Factors affecting the implementation of QMS ISO (1) HR are not loyal and consistent, (2) The foundation has a way to maintain management commitment, (3) strong funding from foundations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan: apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar materi Mengenal Sejarah Uang peserta didik kelas III antara yang menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif metode make a match dan yang menggunakan pembelajaran model konvensional? Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen, dengan nonequivalent control group design. Populasinya yaitu 64 peserta didik kelas III di SD Negeri Debong Tengah 01 dan 03 Kota Tegal. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Sampel untuk kelas eksperimen sebanyak 23 dan kontrol sebanyak 32 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan tes. Rata-rata nilai tes awal kelas eksperimen dan kontrol yaitu 38,04 dan 40,31. Rata-rata nilai tes akhir kelas ekperimen dan kontrol sebesar 80,13 dan 72,59. Pengaruh metode make a match terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu 9,81. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai thitung = 3,126 (ttabel = 2,006). Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003. Hal ini berarti thitung > ttabel (3,126 > 2,006) dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,003 < 0,05). Berdasarkan kriteria uji analisis akhir/pengujian hipotesis, sehingga Ho ditolak dan simpulannya yaitu terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS materi Mengenal Sejarah Uang pada peserta didik kelas III SD yang menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif metode make a match dan yang menggunakan pembelajaran model konvensional. This study was conducted to answer the problem: is there a difference in learning outcomes material Know History of Money between the third grade students who received methods make a match cooperative learning and the use conventional models of learning? This type of research is experimental, with a research design that is nonequivalent control group design. Its population is 64 elementary school students in the third grade Debong Tengah 01 and 03 Tegal. The sampling is using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The sum of samples for experimental class is 32 students and 23 students for control class. The technique of collecting data using interviews, documentation, observation, and test. The average value of pretest from experimental and control classes are 38.04 and 40.31. The average value of the final test experimental and control classes are 80.13 and 72.59. The effect of make a match method on students learning outcomes is 9.81. T-test results show the value of t = 3.126 (ttable = 2,006). Significance value of 0.003. It means, count t > ttable (3.126 > 2.006) and significance value < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05). Based on the test criteria of the final analysis/testing hypotheses, so that Ho is rejected and it is concluded that there are a significant differences in learning outcomes IPS material Know History of Money of third grade elementary school students who got cooperative learning methods make a match and  who received conventional models of learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji keefektifan strategi card sort dalam pembelajaran Materi Kegiatan Jual Beli pada siswa kelas III di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pekauman 2 Kota Tegal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas III SD Negeri Pekauman 2 dan 5 Kota Tegal tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 54 siswa yang terdiri dari 26 di kelas eksperimen dan 28 di kelas kontrol. Desain eksperimen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Quasi Experimental dengan bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group. Metode analisis data penelitian meliputi uji prasyarat analisis terdiri atas uji normalitas dan homogenitas serta analisis akhir berupa pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel (5,029 > 1,679) dan signifikansinya 0,00 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara yang menggunakan strategi card sort dan yang menggunakan model konvensional. Hasil pengujian keefektifan model menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (5,441 > 2,0739) dan signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi card sort efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of strategy card sort on learning outcomes of Material Buy Sell Activity in 3th grade of Pekauman 2 State Elementary Schools Tegal City. The population of this research is the 3th grade Students of Pekauman 2 and 5 State Elementary School Tegal City amount of 54 students divided into two classes, 26 from experiment class  and 28 from control class. The experiment design used in this research is quasi experimental with form of nonequivalent control group design. Data analysis methods include testing requirements analysis consists of normality and homogeneity test and a final analysis of hypothesis testing using t-test. The result of hypothesis test show that tcount > t table (5,029 >1,679) with the significant 0,00 < 0,05. So it can be concluded the difference on the student’s activity and achievement in Civics between the Grade Students of Pekauman 2 State Elementary School Tegal City which is applied with card sort strategy and grade which is applied with convensional model. The result of strategy’s effective show that tcount > ttabel (5,441 > 2,0739) and significant is 0,000 < 0,05. So, it can be concluded that card sort effective influence on student’s learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan: apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa kelas III antara yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model think pair share dan yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan model stratified konvensional pada materi Uang dan Pengelolaan Uang dalam tema Permainan?. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan desain penelitiannya yaitu nonequivalent control group design. Populasinya yaitu 77 siswa kelas III di SD Negeri Kaligiri 1 dan 2 Kabupaten Brebes. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Sampel untuk kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 32 siswa dan untuk kelompok kontrol sebanyak 33 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Rata-rata nilai tes awal kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol yaitu 53,88 dan 55,19. Rata-rata nilai tes akhir kelompok ekperimen dan kontrol sebesar 85,72 dan 79,83. Pengaruh model think pair share terhadap hasil belajar siswa yaitu 7,2. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai thitung = 3,343. Nilai ttabel sebesar 1669. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Hal ini berarti thitung > ttabel (3,343 > 1669) dan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05). Berdasarkan kriteria uji analisis akhir/pengujian hipotesis, maka Ho diterima dan simpulannya yaitu terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS materi Uang dan Pengelolaan Uang dalam Tema Permainan pada  siswa kelas III SD yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model think pair share dan yang mendapat pembelajaran konvensional. This study was conducted to answer the problem: is there a difference in learning outcomes among three grade students who received learning by using models and think pair share who gets the conventional learning material Money and Money Management in Theme of The Game? This type of research is experimental research designs is nonequivalent control group design. Its population is 77 three grade students in elementary school Kaligiri 1 and 2 of Brebes. Sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Samples for the experimental group of 32 students and for the control group were 33 students. Using data collection techniques use test, documentation, and interview. The average value of the initial test experimental and control groups were 85,72 and 79,83. The average value of the final test experimental and control groups were 53,88 dan 55,19. Influence think pair share models on learning outcomes of students is 7,2. T-test results show the value of t = 3,343. T table value by 1669. Significance value of 0,001. This count table > T table (3,343 > 1669)  and a significance < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05). By the end of the test criteria analysis/hypothesis testing, then Ho is accepted and the conclusion that there was significant difference in learning outcomes between three grade elementary school students who obtain teaching materials Money and Money Management in Games Themes by using think pair share and who received conventional learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model Scramble dibandingkan model konvensional dalam pembelajaran IPS. Desain penelitian ini yaitu Quasi Experimental Design dengan bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 66 siswa, terdiri dari 34 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Penundan sebagai kelas eskperimen dan 32 siswa IV SD Negeri Banyuputih 02 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Porporsionate Stratified Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar aspek kognitif dan afektif siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol (84,85 > 79,06 dan 3,47 > 3,40). Hasil uji hipotesis perbedaan menggunakan uji U Mann Whitney, diperoleh Asymp.Sig (2 tailed) sebesar 0,018 (< 0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV antara yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Scramble dan yang menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil uji hipotesis keefektifan secara empiris diperoleh nilai positif  sebesar 8,06 dan secara statistik melalui One Sample T-Test diperoleh nilai t­hitung > ttabel (3,040 > 2,03452), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Scramble lebih efektif daripada model pembelajaran konvensional. The purpose of this research is to determine the effevtiveness of Scramble model compared to conventional model in social studies learning. Design of this research is a Quasi Experimental Design with form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects of this research is 66 students, consists of 34 fourth grade students of Penundan State Elementary School as experimental class and 32 fourth grade students of Banyuputih 02 State Elementary School as control class. Sampling technique uses Porporsionate Stratified Random Sampling. The result showed that the cognitive and affective of learning outcome in the experimental class was higher than the control class (84,85 > 79,06 and 3,47 > 3,40). Biside the difference hypothesis test result using U Mann Whitney test, obtained Asymp.Sig (2 tailed) of 0,018 (< 0,05), so it can be concluded that there are differences Social Studies learning outcomes of fourth grade students among which applied the Scramble model and the conventional model. The effectiveness hypothesis of empirically test result obtained positive value of 8,06, and statistically through One Sample T-Test obtained tcount > ttable (3,040 > 2,03452), so it can be concluded that the Scramble model more effective than the conventional model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey deskriptif. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika, (2) seberapa besar pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri Daerah Binaan II Kecamatan Ajibarang Banyumas yang berjumlah 345 dengan sampel 177 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara Propotionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan wawancara tidak struktur, angket, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana meliputi uji-t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kebiasaan belajar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika yang ditunjukkan dengan t hitung > t tabel (9,134 > 1,973) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, (2) besarnya pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika sejumlah 32,3%. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa 32,3% hasil belajar matematika dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan belajar, sedangkan 67,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. This research is a quantitative study with descriptive survey method. This research aims to find out: (1) the effect of learning habit toward math achievement, (2) How much does learning habit effect the students math achievement. The population of this research was 345 students fifth grade of SD Negeri Binaan II Kecamatan Ajibarang Banyumas and the sample was 177 students. The sampling process was done by applying propotionate stratified random sampling. The method of collecting the data in this research was through unorganized interview, questionnaire, and documentation which were analyzed by using simple regression analysis including t-test and determination coefficient. The result of the research indicates that: (1) learning habit effects the math achievement significantly which is shown by t value > t table (9,134>1,973) and the significance value  0,000< 0,052, (2) the great effect of learning habit toward math achievement is 32,3%. It can be conclude that 32,3% math achievement was affected by learning habit, whereas 67,7% was affected by other factors which are out of this research.

Abstract

Guru merupakan penentu keberhasilan pendidikan melalui kinerjanya dalam memberikan pengajaran. Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu aspek yang menunjang meningkatnya kinerja mengajar guru. Masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh pelaksanaan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di SDN Dabin I Kecamatan Pengadegan, Purbalingga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto, melalui survei dengan menggunakan angket. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SDN Dabin I Kecamatan Pengadegan Purbalingga sebanyak 99 guru, sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 79 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara kedua variabel penelitian memiliki hubungan positif dengan nilai 75,977, hubungan positif tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa semakin meningkat kualitas pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hubungan pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran ditunjukkan dengan persentase sebesar 23,2%. Rekomendasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian adalah hendaknya pada pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, kepala sekolah harus lebih memperhatikan aspek pelaksanaan supervisi, sedangkan dalam hal kinerja mengajar guru, guru harus lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya terutama dalam aspek evaluasi pembelajaran dan tindak lanjut hasil penilaian siswa. Teacher is a critical success through performance in providing teaching. Academic supervision is one of the principal aspects that support the improving teachers’ teaching performance. The problem of this reseach is how influence the implementation of academic supervision towards teacher performance in learning activities in SDN Dabin I Kecamatan Pengadegan Purbalingga. This study is an ex post facto reseacrh, through a survey using questionnaire. Data processing used simple regression analysis. The population was all of  teachers in SDN Dabin I Kecamatan Pengadegan Purbalingga amount to 99 teachers, while the study samples were 79 teachers. The results showed that between two variables of the study have positive correlation with the value 75.977, positive correlation can be interpreted that the more increasing quality of academic supervision, the more increasing the teachers performance in learning activities. The correlation of the effect of academic supervision towards teacher performance in learning indicated with a percentage of 23.2%. Recommendations based on the results of the research implementation of academic supervision, principal must pay more attention to the aspects of supervision implementation, meanwhile in teacher teaching performance, teachers should further improve their performance, especially in aspect of learning evaluation and follow-up the results of student assessment.
