Abstract

Introduction Drug abuse in adolescence is in high rate. Many factors that encourage adolescents to commit drug abuse behavior, one of which is attitude towards behavior, which is an individual's good or bad assessment of drug abuse behavior. Method This research was a quantitative study with a descriptive and cross-sectional method. This research was conducted at State and Private Senior High Schools in Jambi City with 380 sample who were determined through the Purposive Sampling Technique. Data collection is done online using Aida form.The analysis used descriptive statistics with the JASP 0.9.0.0 application. Results This study shows the results in the attitude towards behavior category are very negative at 8%, negative 28%, neutral by 30%, positive 26%, and very positive at 8%. Conclusion And Recommendation Jambi City High School adolescents have a neutral attitude towards behavior of drug abuse. By conducting this research, it is hoped that it can become a solution to prevent drug abuse in high school adolescents in Jambi City. Keywords: attitude towards behavior, drug abuse ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Penyalahgunaan narkoba di usia remaja berada pada angka yang tinggi. Banyak faktor yang dapat mendorong remaja memiliki intensi melakukan perilaku penyalahgunaan narkoba, diantaranya attitude towards behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control. Setiap faktor tersebut memiliki peranan masing-masing dalam tinggi atau rendahnya intensi perilaku penyalahgunaan narkoba pada remaja khususnya siswa SMA Kota Jambi. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dan bersifat cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMA Negeri dan SMA Swasta di Kota Jambi dengan jumlah sampel 380 orang yang ditentukan melalui Teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu regresi berganda, uji korelasi, T- Test (Independen Sample) dan F-Test (Anova One Way) menggunakan aplikasi JASP 0.9.0.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil attitude towards behavior, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memberikan kontribusi efektif sebesar 37% terhadap variabel intensi penyalahgunaan narkoba, dengan kontribusi tertinggi diberikan oleh perceivedbehavioral control. Kesimpulan Dan Saran Attitude towards behavior, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memiliki kontribusi dan hubungan dengan Intensi perilaku penyalahgunaan narkoba. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkoba pada remaja SMA Kota Jambi.

Abstract

Introduction This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The measuring instrument used in this research is the Emotional Intelligence Scale and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale. Method The population in this study were employees of PT. Mitra Kerinci A total of 120 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study were 120 employees of PT Mitra Kerinci. Results The validity coefficient of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) obtained corrected item-total correlation values ranging from 0.312 to 0.734, with a reliability coefficient of 0.968. For the validity coefficient of the emotional intelligence scale, the corrected item-total correlation values ranged from 0.333 to 0.769, with a reliability coefficient of 0.976. Hypothesis test results obtained 0.01 with a significant level of 0.000 which means that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior OCB on employees of PT. Mitra Kerinci in South Solok Regency which means the hypothesis is accepted. Conclusions This means that the effective contribution of the Emotional Intelligence variable to Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is 48% and the other 52% is influenced by other factors where other factors include being good at knowing and managing one's own emotions and reading other people's emotions, oneself. -awareness, self-regulation, social skills and more. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Orang tua berperan penting dalam pencegahan kekambuhan bahkan kesembuhan penderita skizofrenia. Orang tua memberikan perilaku serta sikap yang tepat meskipun terdapat permasalahan dan hambatan selama merawat anaknya yang menderita skizofrenia. Salah satu sikap yang diberikan orang tua adalah penerimaan diri. Penerimaan diri orang tua merupakan faktor penting dalam proses penyembuhan penderita skizofrenia. Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi self acceptance orang tua dengan anak skizofrenia di Kecamatan Kumun Debai Kota Sungai penuh. Metode Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Karakteristik partisipan adalah orang tua dengan anak skizofrenia di Kecamatan Kumun Debai kota Sungai Penuh berusia 40-75 tahun. Hasil Koefisien validitas organisasional Citizenship Behavior (OCB) diperoleh nilai corrected item-total correlation berkisaran antara 0,312 sampai dengan 0,734, dengan koefisien reabilitas sebesar 0,968. Untuk koefisien validitas skala kecerdasan emosi diperoleh nilai corrected item-total correlation berkisar antara 0,333 sampai dengan 0,769, dengan koefisien reabilitas sebesar 0,976. Hasil uji hipotesiS diperoleh 0,01 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan PT. Mitra Kerinci Di Kabupaten Solok Selatan yang berarti hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan Hal ini berarti ada sumbangan efektif dari variabel kecerdasan emosional terhadap organization citizenship ehavior (OCB) adalah sebesar 48% dan 52% lagi dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang mana faktor lain itu diantaranya pandai mengetahui dan mengelolah emosi diri sendiri dan membaca emosi orang lain, kesadaran diri, pengaturan diri, keterampilan sosial dan lainnya. Abstract

ABSTRACT The application of the get personal safety skill game is one of the efforts to increase character who cares about basic early sexual education in children, especially in the era of technology that is developing rapidly as it is today. Children at an early age are in a phase that is very vulnerable to sexual crimes due to a lack of education in society, especially for young children. This community service aimed to provide children with personal safety skill knowledge. Activities in this socialization use the method of playing with visual media. This service is carried out for 6 months. Providing information about personal safety skills and strengthening clean and healthy living behaviors through direct practice regarding game get personal to 25 children have been carried out. This community service has been going well through hands-on practice regarding games getting personal. However, parental participation still needs to be increased as a driver for creating awareness about sexual knowledge in that environment. Keywords: Personal Safety Skill, Game, children, sexual protection ABSTRAK Penerapan permainan get personal safety skill merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan karakter yang peduli terhadap edukasi dasar seksual dini pada anak khususnya di era teknologi yang berkembang pesat seperti sekarang ini. Anak-anak pada usia dini berada di fase yang sangat rentan akan kejahatan seksual dikarenakan kurangnya edukasi di masyarakat terutama pada anak-anak usia dini. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan personal safety skill kepada anak. Kegiatan dalam sosialisasi ini menggunakan metode bermain degan media peraga. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 bulan. Telah dilaksanakanya pemberian informasi mengenai personal safety skills serta penguatan perilaku phbs melalui praktik langsung mengenai game get personal pada 25 orang anak-anak. Pengabdian masyarakat ini telah berangsung dengan baik melalui praktik langsung mengenai game get personal, namun demikian partisipasi orang tua masih perlu ditingkatkan sebagai pendorong terwujudnya kesadaran mengenai pengetahuan seksual di lingkungan tersebut. Abstract

ABSTRACT Bullying can take different types: physical, verbal, relational, and cyberbullying, which can result in lower levels of mental health and psychological well-being, psychosomatic symptoms, depression, anxiety, and even suicide attempts. Perpetrators and victims also exhibit higher rates of school truancy and lower academic achievement. For this reason, interventions are needed to prevent bullying, one of which is through psychoeducational activities. The psychoeducation of bullying prevention activities at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi was implemented in two days to students and teachers through different forms of psychoeducation activities. Student participants showed an increase in average scores where the average pretest score of participants was 72.92, while the average posttest score was 92.50. T-test results also showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores of student participants. This shows that this psychoeducation was successful in increasing the knowledge of student participants regarding bullying. Keywords: psychoeducation, prevention, bullying, middle high school student ABSTRAK Perundungan dapat terjadi dalam berbagai bentuk yaitu fisik, verbal, relasional, dan cyberbullying dimana hal ini dapat memberikan dampak rendahnya tingkat kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan psikologis, munculnya gejala psikosomatis, mengalami depresi, kecemasan, dan bahkan percobaan bunuh diri. Pelaku maupun korban juga menunjukkan tingginya tingkat bolos sekolah dan pencapaian prestasi akademik yang lebih rendah. Untuk itu perlu adanya intervensi untuk mencegah terjadinya perundungan, salah satunya melalui kegiatan psikoedukasi. Kegiatan psikoedukasi pencegahan perundungan di SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi dilaksanakan dalam dua hari kepada siswa dan guru melalui bentuk kegiatan psikoedukasi yang berbeda. Peserta siswa menunjukkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata dimana rata-rata nilai pretest peserta adalah 72.92, sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest adalah 92.50. Hasil uji beda juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai pretest dan postest peserta siswa. Ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi ini berhasil untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta siswa terkait perundungan. Kata kunci: psikoedukasi, pencegahan, perundungan, siswa SMP

Abstract

ABSTRACTThalassemia is a red blood cell disorder characterized by reduced or absent synthesis of one or more of the normal globin chains that make up the structure of hemoglobin. Thalassemia β major patients require a lifelong treatment regimen, namely regular blood transfusions, daily chelation therapy and regular medical supervision. Poor adherence to treatment regimens is associated with poor clinical outcomes, increases the risk of complications, risk of death and is implicated in increased healthcare costs. Therefore, families who have children with thalassemia need to have thalassemia health literacy so parents could make right decisions to improve the quality of care and treatment for children. Demographic data found that the majority of parents had a high school education (father 45.83%, mother 41.67%) with the majority of fathers' jobs being laborers (41.67%) and mothers being housewives (79.16%). The majority of families come from low socio-economic levels with the majority's income below the provincial minimum wage. This community service activity is aimed at increasing the health literacy of parents and children with thalassemia (thaler children) as well as related stakeholders regarding optimal thalassemia management services to improve the quality of life of thalassemia children.Keywords: thalassemia, health literacy, quality of life ABSTRAKThalassemia merupakan kelainan sel darah merah yang ditandai dengan berkurangnya atau tidak adanya sintesis dari satu atau lebih rantai globin normal yang menyusun struktur hemoglobin. Pasien Thalassemiaβ mayor membutuhkan kepatuhan seumur hidup terhadap rejimen pengobatan yaitu transfusi darah secara teratur, terapi kelasi setiap hari dan pengawasan medis yang rutin. Kepatuhan yang buruk terhadap rejimen pengobatan dikaitkan dengan luaran klinis yang buruk, meningkatkan risiko komplikasi, risiko kematian dan berimplikasi pada peningkatan biaya perawatan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, literasi kesehatan thalassemia perlu dimiliki oleh keluarga yang memiliki anak dengan thalassemia sehingga dapat mengarahkan orangtua pada pengambilan keputusan guna meningkatkan kualitas pengasuhan dan pengobatan untuk anak. Data demografi menemukan mayoritas orangtua memiliki tingkat pendidikan terakhir SMA (ayah 45,83%, ibu 41,67%) dengan pekerjaan ayah mayoritas adalah buruh (41,67%) dan ibu sebagai ibu rumah tangga (79,16%). Mayoritas keluarga berasal dari tingkat sosial-ekonomi rendah dengan mayoritas penghasilan di bawah UMP. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan orangtua dan anak penyandang thalassemia (anak thalaer) serta stakeholder terkait tentang layanan tata laksana thalassemia yang optimal untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup anak thaler. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction Drug abuse in Indonesia is increasing rapidly every year. Outpatient clients experience problems from various factors that make them prone to relapse. One factor that influences the tendency to relapse relapse is self-efficacy. Objectives To determine the relationship between self-efficacy and relapse tendency in outpatient clients at the National Narcotics Agency of Jambi Province. Method This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The respondents in this study were 33 outpatient clients of BNNP Jambi with purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. Results The results of the hypothesis test between the variables self-efficacy and relapse tendency showed a correlation coefficient value of -0.651 with a significant value of 0.000 (p<0.05). This shows that there is a very strong and significant relationship with the direction of the negative relationship between Self-Efficacy and Relapse Tendency, where the higher the Self Efficacy that the individual has, the lower the chance of Relapse Tendency, and vice versa. Conclusion There is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and relapse tendency in BNNP Jambi outpatient clients, where the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the tendency to relapse, conversely, the lower the self-efficacy, the higher the tendency to relapse. Keywords : Self-efficacy, Relapse Tendency, Outpatient Client ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Penyalahgunaan napza di Indonesia sangat meningkat pesat setiap tahunnya. klien rawat jalan mengalami permasalahan dari berbagai faktor yang membuat mereka kecenderungan relapse. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kecenderungan relapse. Tujuan Untuk mengetahui hubungan self-efficacy dengan kecenderungan relapse pada klien rawat jalan di Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Jambi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah klien rawat jalan BNNP Jambi berjumlah 33 orang dengan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil Hasil uji hipotesis antara variabel self-efficacy dan Kecenderungan relapse menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,651 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat dan signifikan dengan arah hubungan negatif antara Self-Efficacy dan Kecenderungan Relapse, dimana semakin tinggi Self Efficacy yang dimiliki individu, maka semakin rendah peluang munculnya Kecenderungan Relapse, dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan kecenderungan relapse pada klien rawat jalan BNNP Jambi, yang mana semakin tinggi self-efficacy, maka semakin rendah kecenderungan relapse, sebaliknya, semakin rendah self-efficacy, maka kecenderungan relapse semakin tinggi. Abstract

The State of malnutrition and more nutrition in infant and children is due to improper complementary feeding habits and the mother ignorance of the benefits and the correct way of providing complementary feeding so that it affects the mother’s behavior in giving MP-ASI. This research is a descriptive correlation study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers who had children aged 6-24 months at the primary health center Putri Ayu Kota Jambi.The description of mother's knowledge about MP-ASI is in the good category as many as 51 respondents (57%). The nutritional status of infants aged 6-24 months is in the good category of 68 infants (76%). There is a significant relationship between knowledge and nutritional status where the p-value is 0.027 (p <0.05).There is a significant relationship between knowledge and nutritional status where the p-value is 0.027 (p <0.05). It is expected that mothers of toddlers play a more active role in finding information in providing good and correct MP-ASI so that toddlers grow up healthy and develop optimally. ABSTRAK Keadaan kurang gizi dan gizi yang lebih pada bayi dan anak disebabkan karena kebiasaan pemberian MP-ASI yang tidak tepat dan ketidaktahuan ibu tentang manfaat dan cara pemberian MP-ASI yang benar sehingga berpengaruh terhadap perilaku ibu dalam pemberian MP-ASI.Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian descriptive korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 6-24 bulan di Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. Gambaran pengetahuan ibu tentang MP-ASI berada dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 51 responden (57%). Gambaran status gizi pada bayi usia 6-24 bulan berada dalam kategori baik yaitu 68 bayi (76%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan status gizi dimana p-Value sebesar 0,027 (p <0,05).Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan status gizi dimana p-Value sebesar 0,027 (p <0,05). Diharapkan ibu balita berperan lebih aktif dalam mencari informasi dalam pemberian MP-ASI yang baik dan benar agar balita tumbuh sehat dan berkembang secara optimal. Kata Kunci: MP-ASI, Status Gizi

Abstract

Background: Academic integrity is a form of adherence to the principles that exist in academics. Several people have tried to develop instruments but none of the instruments explained the six fundamentals. The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument related to academic integrity by discussing six fundamental academic values as well as conducting content validity and readability tests. Method: The type of research used is research and development with additional information with FGD and Expert review and readibility test. Where the samples collected passed 30 medical students in 7th semester. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Result: Through the results of the FGD, categories divided into 6, 18 sub categories. Furthermore, these results are 39 items. Aiken's V results showed by analysis on three experts, 4 items were found to be invalid. The readability test found that all items could be understood well. The last result got 34 items which 1 items are not eligible fo the instrument. Conclusion: From 34 items are the result with 1 items removed because not eligible and 4 is not valid by Aiken’s V. Abstract

Background: Interprofessional education (IPE) is a joint learning process between two or more students from the health profession to develop collaboration skills and improve the quality of health services. With  IPE, students develop a deeper understanding of various health professions' roles and responsibilities, enhancing their ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. This study aims to develop IPE learning involving five health professions at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Universitas Jambi. Methods: This study uses a research and development design. This study utilized a qualitative approach, specifically through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) at the research and information gathering (define) stage. A total of ten lecturers and five heads of study programs from medical, nursing, pharmacies, psychology, and public health programs were involved in this study. Results: Three themes were derived from the results: Curriculum, Faculty Development, and Institutional Support. Community-based IPE allows students from various health study programs at FKIK UNJA to be involved in these activities. To ensure effective implementation of IPE learning,  it is crucial to conduct training for faculty facilitators and field instructors related to IPE learning and to form a team responsible for developing, delivering, and managing the IPE program. Institutional support for interprofessional education (IPE), namely facilities, infrastructure, and a partnership with primary health centers, is critical for implementing and sustaining community-based IPE. Conclusion: The IPE learning that will be implemented at FKIK UNJA is community-based IPE. Three crucial elements must be prepared to implement IPE: curriculum, faculty development, and institutional support. Keywords: Interprofessional Education; Community-Based Setting

Abstract

Physical distancing and stay-at-home instructions to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 have led various organizations to change their work policy from work from the office to work from home. The specific objective of this study is to examine the link between the readiness of work-home resources in carrying out work from home, work motivation, and work-family conflict. The questionnaire is distributed to lecturers of public higher education institutes in Indonesia through online media by quantitative methods. Data from 131 respondents were then processed using SEM-SmartPLS. The results showed that work-home resource readiness negatively affected work-family conflict and significantly positively affected work motivation. Work motivation has no significant positive impact on work-family conflict. Thus, work motivation cannot mediate the relationship between work-home resource readiness and work-family conflict. Further research regarding work-home resources readiness in another job field would give a different perspective as lecturers have more independent working time than other employees.
