Abstract

The organization is a complex unit that seeks to allocate resources fully for the achievement of objectives. Both the resources relating to facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources. If an organization is able to achieve its stated goals, it can be said that the organization is effective. One of the goals of the organization is to achieve employee effectiveness and efficiency. Every organization needs to pay attention to the issue of work effectiveness where work effectiveness is the ability of employees to carry out work to bring the results that have been determined previously. For the Director, effectiveness is the key to organizational success. Effectiveness is not just doing the job right but how to focus resources and efforts for it. Efficiency is the use of minimum resources to achieve optimum results. Efficiency assumes that the correct goals have been determined and tries to find the best ways to achieve these goals. Efficiency can only be evaluated by relative judgments, comparing input and output received. An organization, both government and private organizations formed to achieve goals, needs factors that can be in the form of human resources, materials and tools to support activities. Of these three factors, human factors are the most dominant factors. In the effort to achieve organizational goals, humans are very important factors. Because humans are the main actors of the organization, it needs special attention compared to others. As the most important factor, people with the ability to carry out their duties will influence the success or failure of the organization in achieving its objectives.

Abstract

The texts concerning God’s hardening of Pharaoh's heart (in Ex. 9:12, and related texts) have introduced a very complex question and tension within the Christian community, namely the very difficult theological dilemma concerning the character of God and Pharaoh's free will as a human being. On the one hand, some people have fallen into interpretations that exalt the sovereignty of God and ignore the free will of man, while on the other hand some exalt the free will of man but ignore the sovereignty of God. The most appalling consequence is that some people leave Christ and Christianity because of this unresolved text issue. However, an in-depth exegetical study of the issue proves both God's sovereignty over Pharaoh and his responsibility for his own free will.

Abstract

Research on the Implementation of the Qualifications of God's Servants According to Acts 6:3 In the Pentecostal Church of Surabaya City Secretariat, wanted to find out the whereabouts of God's servants in the study according to Acts 6:3, especially in the scope of the Pentecostal Church Surabaya City Tabernacle. Specifically chapter 6:3, explains the essence of the solution to the problem, namely the selection of 7 servants of God. Obviously Dr. Luke reveals the criteria of God's servant who can be the solution to the problems that occur. At present, most Churches of God are more concerned with the physical buildings, facilities and infrastructure of the Church rather than thinking about how to get God's servants who can answer the needs of the congregation and the challenges of the times. What is even more concerning is that many of the Churches of God are procuring servants of God who only look at the side that can increase the image and popularity of the Church. So often the Church is.

Abstract

This paper is about The Millennial Kingdom in Revelation 20: 1-10. By using the exegetical method which has nine steps of analysis (context, literary, structural, grammatical, lexical, historical/conceptual, theological and exegetical), the writer examines the meaning of the phrase inductively. The conclusions obtained are several things, which can be generally described that the phrase thousand years is about the existence of the kingdom of God on earth in the future, literally for a thousand years, where Christ as king was accompanied by his twelve disciples as judges. At that time, the condition of the earth was peaceful because there was no apostasy from Satan.

Abstract

God acts to choose a person or group and within a larger community, for a purpose or future of His own choosing. The main OT word for this word is bak-har (bak-har), which means to choose someone or something carefully, after carefully considering other possibilities. This word includes the mind, is very fond of the chosen thing, and sometimes receives pleasure from it. In the LXX and the NT the verb which corresponds to ba-khar is eklegomai. In ancient Greek this language was usually used in an active sense, and the biblical writers used it in a form meaning to choose for himself. (Hareomai) Haireomai, used of God's election in 2 Thess 2:13, and in Deut. 26:18 LXX, with the same meaning. The Hebrew verb (yada), meaning to know which is used for various ways of knowing, at least in the mind, containing and expressing love such as sexual relations, or confession on the part of one who believes in God is used in Gen. 18:19; Hos 13:5 concerning the election of God means knowing God in love. Likewise, the Greek word proginosko meaning “to know beforehand” is translated “He chose” in Romans 8:29.Election is a fully sovereign act of God; Allah is in no way obligated to choose anyone because everyone has lost his position before Allah. Even after Christ's death, God was still under no obligation to carry out salvation. Except that He had to keep the agreement He had made with Christ regarding the salvation of mankind. So, God's election is a fully sovereign act because there is no coercion from anyone.

Abstract

Considering the influence of teaching in God's churches as well as writings on salvation are still contradictory, the writer must immediately write this paper with enthusiasm and joy. Anxiety occurs when among believers themselves still adhere to two to three understandings of salvation. First, there are those who argue that salvation is entirely from God and there is no human contribution in doing it. Because humans are sinners and do not have any reason for doing salvation. Second, there are those who argue that salvation is done by humans, God is only the provider. And the result is that many think that man will lose his salvation if he is not sincere in working for his salvation. Third, there are those who argue that salvation in Philippians 2:12 is a collaboration between God and man. God works and man must also work. Some of the focus problems above can produce good and bad qualities. Because there are some people who claim to believe but do not work out their salvation, but live as they please because they believe that the sins of the past, present and future sins of the Lord Jesus have been completed. Philippians 2:12 will consistently explore the true meaning, whether it is really God who works one hundred percent without human contribution or humans who have to work on salvation and God is the only provider.
