Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio, pengaruh profitabilitas yang diukur dengan ROE, dan pengaruh kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan DividenPayout Ratio (DPR) terhadap kebijakan hutang yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2017. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian inimenggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang, sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Abstract

Currently, MSME products continue to grow and develop, in fact some types of products are developing very rapidly in line with market demand trends. The textile industry is one of the contributors to the highest amount of waste or rubbish in the world. One of the wastes produced by the textile industry is liquid waste in the form of residual dyes/synthetic dye liquid from the fabric dyeing process which contains several dangerous chemical substances. As time goes by and technology continues to develop, synthetic dyes for textiles have been discovered. Synthetic dyes produce dangerous waste which can cause environmental pollution, such as contaminating the surrounding soil, sediment and surface water. Ecoprint products do have their own uniqueness and appeal. The application of the eco friendly concept, aka environmentally friendly products and their sustainable nature, is attractive to those who support a sustainable and environmentally friendly lifestyle. If many years ago an environmentally friendly lifestyle was popular abroad, now in Indonesia there are also many similar campaigns. This creates very open business opportunities for ecoprint products, both at home and abroad. Entrepreneurial training, especially in the field of ecoprint business management in the RW 08 area, Krapyak Subdistrict, West Semarang District, is a consideration for the Semarang College of Economics Community Service Team to carry out ecoprint product business management training activities so that it can help entrepreneurs, especially mothers and teenagers who have developed businesses. which he has initiated. Activities are expected to be carried out in a sustainable manner so as to have a positive impact on economic development.

Abstract

Desa merupakan organisasi pemerintahan resmi pada tingkatan paling rendah. Setiap desa mempunyai potensi yang berbeda-beda untuk dapat dikembangkan demi kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Keunikan dari sumber daya dari masing-masing desa ini yang menjadikan satu desa lebih berfokus pada pengembangan yang dilakukan. Dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan pemerintah desa kepada masyarakat sudah terdapat rambu-rambu atau aturan dalam setiap pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan namun tidak tertulis, sehingga prosedur pelayanan yang berjalan hanya berdasarkan kebiasaan dan ketentuan yang selama ini sudah ada. Permasalahan yang lain juga terdapat perangkat desa pada pemerintah desa yang kurang memahami administrasi dan tupoksi (tugas pokok dan fungsinya) dalam menjalankan kewajibannya. SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) belum ada di kedua desa tersebut baik dalam jobdesk dari masing-masing perangkat, prosedur pelayanan informasi maupun prosedur yang lain. Sehingga hal ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari tim pendamping pelaksanaan Pengabdian Dana Desa dalam memberikan pemahaman, penjelasan serta pendampingan pembuatan SOP. Pengelolaan dana desa perlu dilakukan penyesuaian dengan aturan terbaru pemerintah dan juga disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Beberapa kegiatan mungkin perlu untuk diprioritaskan terlebih dahulu dari pada kegiatan yang lainnya, sehingga perlu dilakukan peninjuan kembali dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi kebutuhan masyarakat desa saat ini. Dalam Pengabdian ini digunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab sebagai menyampaikan materi. Output yang di dapatkan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat antara lain tersusunnya Standar Operasional Prosedur Pengelolaan surat masuk dan Keluar, Standar Operasional Prosedur Pelayanan Informasi Publik, Standar Operasional Prosedur Musrenbangder, Standar Operasional Prosedur Jobdesk, Penyusunan prioritas penggunaan dana desa.

Abstract

Menurut Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemenkominfo), pada tahun 2022 ada sekitar 64 juta unit usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di seluruh Indonesia. Namun, jumlah UMKM digital yang mampu berbisnis secara online baru sekitar 19 juta unit usaha atau 29%. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pelatihan digital dan tidak adanya mentor bisnis.  Di Indonesia, UMKM saat ini dianggap sebagai cara yang efektif dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Kondisi UMKM sendiri masih terbatas dalam hal kapabilitas inovasi dan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan peningkatan pemahaman kapabilitas inovasi dan teknologi informasi bagi pelaku UMKM. Materi disampaikan kepada peserta pelaku UMKM di wilayah kelurahan Krapyak, Semarang Barat dengan metode penyuluhan. Pemahaman sebelum penyampaian materi sebesar 34% dan sesudah penyampaian sebesar 91%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelaku usaha UMKM tersebut menjadi lebih paham terkait kapabilitas inovasi dan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman pentingnya konsep tersebut, sehingga memberikan dampak bagi peningkatan pengembangan bisnis usaha pelaku UMKM di Krapyak Semarang Barat.

Abstract

Koperasi, sebagai sebuah entitas hukum yang dibentuk oleh para anggotanya dengan prinsip kekeluargaan, memerlukan manajemen yang kompeten dan sistem internal yang terstruktur untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuannya dengan lancar dan efisien. Salah satu contohnya adalah Koperasi Memayu Jogo Tonggo Kopeng, yang menghadapi tantangan karena kelemahan dalam sistem pengendalian internal, mengganggu kelancaran operasionalnya. Beberapa masalah yang muncul meliputi kurangnya pengawasan terhadap pinjaman yang sudah jatuh tempo, ketidakjelasan dalam menetapkan batas kredit bagi anggota, dan kekurangan organisasi dalam administrasi dan pencatatan transaksi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penerapan sistem pengendalian internal yang kuat. Tim Pengabdian dari STIE SEMARANG bertugas untuk memberikan pelatihan di Koperasi Memayu Jogo Tonggo Kopeng. Pelatihan dihadiri oleh 19 orang yang terdiri dari ketua pengurus, pengurus harian, tenaga administrasi dan anggota Koperasi Memayu Jogo Tonggo Kopeng. Hasil dari pelatihan terlihat kemampuan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya sistem pengendalian internal. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari hasil post-test yang dikerjakan oleh peserta, yaitu sebanyak 84% peserta mendapat hasil nilai Baik Sekali. Tim PKM melalui pelatihan ini berharap dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas koperasi tersebut untuk ke depannya.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership and compensation on team member performance through work motivation at CV Multi Komunika Semarang. Team member performance results from the quality and quantity a team member achieves in carrying out his duties according to his responsibilities. The population in this study was 62 employees of CV Multi Komunika Semarang. The sample determination used a saturated sampling technique or census. The independent variables (Independent) in this study are transformational leadership (X1) and compensation (X2), the dependent variable is team member performance (Y), and work motivation (Z) is an intervening variable. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a data analysis method using a path analysis test with the SPSS application. This study shows that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on team member motivation and performance, and compensation has a positive and significant impact on team member motivation and performance. Motivation mediates the effect of transformational leadership and compensation on team member performance at CV Multi Komunika Semarang. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.847. This means that the variables of transformational leadership, compensation, and work motivation have a role of 84.7% together to explain or describe team member performance variables. At the same time, the remaining 15.3% (100% - 84.7%) is explained by other variables that affect team member performance. Through managers/leaders, the company must strive to continue to apply a transformational leadership style and develop work motivation and empowerment for employees because this influences the performance that the company's employees will achieve. The compensation provided by the company is based on team member expectations and is given relatively. Work motivation should be maintained so employees are careful, team member performance increases, and the company can achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Kompensasi Finansial, dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PDAM Kabupaten Batang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai di Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Sendang Kamulyan Kabupaten Batang yaitu sebanyak 246 Pegawai dan Metode Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 pegawai, kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis data secara kuantitatif. Data-data telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Variabel penelitian Kinerja Pegawai (Y), variabel Pelatihan Kerja (X1), Kompensasi Finansial X2), dan Pengembangan Karir (X3). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa Pelatihan Kerja (X1), Kompensasi Finansial X2), dan Pengembangan Karir (X3) secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Angka Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,964, kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh tiga variabel independen dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 3,6 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah PDAM Sendang Kamulyan Kabupaten Batang diharapkan dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai dengan meningkatkan Pelatihan Kerja, Kompensasi Finansial dan Pengembangan Karir.

Abstract

This community service program aims to empower women creative economy actors in Semarang City to increase financial independen. The program is implemented through a participatory approach with the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, including idenfification of needs, thematic training, intensive mentoring, and joint evaluation. The program targets 25 women micro-entrepreneurs engaged in processes food, handicrafts, and local fashion. The training focuses on increasing managerial capacity and digital marketing skills, such as the use of social media, creating marketplace accounts, financial records, and product packaging. In addition to the technical impact, this activity also fosters self-confidence and a more mature entrepreneurial mindset. Evaluation is carried out through pre-test, post-test and in-depth interviews. This training is able to build networks between pasticipants and show that the active involvement of women in community-based empowerment activities can increase economic independence in a sustainable manner while strengthening the role of women as drivers of the creative economy at the grassroots level.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of raw material costs, labor costs, and overhead costs on sales in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are secondary data derived from company financial reports over a three-year period. The results show that raw material costs and labor costs do not have a significant effect on sales, whereas overhead costs have a significant and positive impact. The regression model shows an Adjusted R Square value of 0.936, indicating that 93.6% of the variation in sales can be explained by the three independent variables. The study concludes that effective management of overhead costs can contribute to increased sales performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain and evaluate the impact that pricing perception, electronic word-of-mouth, and brand image have on the inclination to buy on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform (study of students in Semarang City). Students in Semarang were the population under study in this study. Students from different Semarang-based institutions and universities make up this demographic. Since the dependent variable in this study is purchasing interest, the population that will be examined in this research consists of Semarang students who have made purchases online from August to September of 2023 using the e-commerce platform Tokopedia. Anyone who occurs to use the Tokopedia application for transactions involving purchases and sales is included in the sample from this population. The findings of this study indicate that interest in making purchases on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform is significantly, favorably, and strongly influenced by the brand image variable (X1). The brand image that was acquired from Tokopedia is fairly positive, but there are a few indicators that should be taken into account. These include the benefits (benefits) associated with the usefulness of the product and the brand attitude (brand attitude), which is the consumer's attitude regarding their overall assessment of the brand. When taken as a whole, brand image can persuade customers—in this example, Semarang City students—to make purchases. The findings of the research indicate that purchasing choice variables are significantly, strongly, and favorably influenced by the electronic word-of-mouth variable (X2). Electronic word-of-mouth about interest in purchases is fairly strong; nevertheless, there are a few areas that need to be addressed going forward, including the frequency of both positive and negative evaluations, as well as the accuracy and completeness of the information. In general, electronic word of mouth can stimulate buyers—in this example, Semarang City students—to make purchases. The same is true of how people perceive prices.
