Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka dalam mendukung implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila (PPP) dan nilai-nilai konsep Tri Hita Karana (THK) di SMP Negeri 2 Negara. Modul ajar dirancang untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis proyek (P5), yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter seperti beriman, bertaqwa, berkebhinekaan global, gotong-royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis, dan kreatif. Nilai-nilai THK yaitu Parahyangan (hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan), Pawongan (hubungan manusia dengan manusia), dan Palemahan (hubungan manusia dengan lingkungan), diadaptasi untuk memperkuat karakter siswa dengan dimensi PPP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berbasis studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner kepada guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai THK dalam modul ajar Kurikulum Merdeka telah membantu siswa mengembangkan sikap religius, tolerannsi, gotong royong, mandiri, inovatif, dan memiliki kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Namun, tantangan tetap ditemukan seperti keberagaman karakter siswa, jumlah siswa yang besar, serta keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini menyimpuulkan bahwa kolaborasi antarar nilai-nilai THK dan dimensi PPP dalam Kurikulum Merdeka mampu membentuk karakter siswa yang holistik, meskipun memerlukan pendekatan inovatif untuk menghadapi kendala implementasi.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the 5E Inquiry learning model integrated with the Science, Environment, Technology, and Society (SETS) approach on junior high school students’ science learning outcomes and learning motivation. A quantitative design with a pretest–posttest non-equivalent control group. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students, and the samples were selected through cluster random sampling. Learning outcomes data were collected using an objective test, while learning motivation data were obtained through a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using one-way MANCOVA after meeting the required assumptions. The results revealed a significant simultaneous difference in science learning outcomes and learning motivation between students taught using the 5E Inquiry model with the SETS approach and those taught through conventional instruction. Partially, the 5E Inquiry model with the SETS approach had a significant positive effect on both science learning outcomes and students’ learning motivation. In conclusion, the 5E Inquiry learning model integrated with the SETS approach is effective in improving the quality of science learning at the junior high school level.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using learning media at SD Negeri 1 Sangkaragung shows the challenges in improving the quality of Indonesian language learning, especially related to the effectiveness of the media used. This study aims to analyze the implementation of learning media in improving the quality of Indonesian language learning at the school. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, which involves interviews, observation and documentation as data collection instruments. The research population included Indonesian language teachers, students, as well as the principal and school management. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, consisting of 5 teachers, 30 students, and the principal. The collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis, to identify the main themes that emerged from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that although the learning media used are quite varied, there are challenges in the quality of the media, especially learning videos which are still considered less attractive. In addition, limited facilities and teachers' skills in using learning media also become obstacles. Based on these findings, it is suggested that schools improve facilities and provide training to teachers in order to optimize the use of learning media in improving the quality of Indonesian language learning.
