Abstract

Evaluasi Work From Home di era new normal pada pengusaha Wanita (studi pada pengusaha wanita batik tulis tanjung bumi bangkalan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi work from home di era new normal pada pengusaha wanita batik tulis tanjung bumi bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Masyarakat yang menjadi target dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengusaha wanita batik tulis tanjung bumi di desa macajah. Hasil penelitian setelah data di dapatkan berdasarkan data-datang yang ditemukan dan dikumpulkan di lapangan menemukan beberapa kekurangan dan kelebihan dari work from home di desa macajah. Kelebihan dari WFH yaitu 1) kegiatan lebih fleksibel, 2) lebih banyak waktu dengan keluarga, 3) tidak terlalu banyak memakan biaya.

Abstract

Untuk mendapatkan aset, perusahaan harus mengambil risiko yang berasal dari liabilitas. Mengenai liabilitas perusahaan di dalamnya terdapat kewajiban yang salah satunya berasal dari sukuk ijarah. Sukuk ijarah sebagai liabilitas jangka panjang tentunya mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan yang nantinya akan berpengaruh juga terhadap keuntungan yang diperoleh terutama keuntungan atas dari perputaran aset yang diukur menggunakan rasio return on assets (ROA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas terkait dengan pengaruh sukuk ijarah terhadap tingkat return on assets (ROA) pada korporasi di Indonesia tahun 2017-2022. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik inferensial (menggunakan uji hipotesis) terhadap pengaruh sukuk ijarah terhadap return on assets (ROA) pada korporasi menggunakan analisis Regresi data Panel pada Eviews. Untuk pengujian hipotesis secara individual maka diperoleh hasil berupa nilai probabilitas yang lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi (0,0115<0,05), artinya menolak Ho atau variabel sukuk ijarah signifikan terhadap ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in improving the performance of pasukan kuning (municipal sanitation workers) in Jombang Regency. As the frontline of urban cleanliness, pasukan kuning face challenges such as heavy workloads, limited educational backgrounds, and low social recognition. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with officials of the Environmental Agency, field supervisors, and sanitation workers, as well as direct field observations. The findings indicate that transformational leadership is reflected in providing motivation, moral examples, individualized consideration, and work empowerment. These practices result in improved discipline, enhanced intrinsic motivation, small-scale innovations in work methods, and stronger team synergy. However, limitations remain, particularly regarding structural support and institutionalized incentives. The study contributes theoretically to the discourse on public sector human resource management and offers practical recommendations for strengthening training, reward systems, and welfare policies for sanitation workers in Jombang.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of community-based disaster management (CBDM) in Yogyakarta City as a strategy to strengthen community resilience against flood and earthquake risks. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and secondary data analysis drawn from official documents, statistical data, and regional disaster risk assessments. The findings reveal that disaster risks are influenced by population density, weak drainage systems, and low public awareness of mitigation. However, Yogyakarta’s communities possess strong social and cultural capital—such as gotong royong (cooperation), tepo seliro (empathy), and ilmu titen (local observational knowledge)—which can be integrated with modern technology. Lessons from Japan and the Philippines highlight the importance of community participation and institutional support in disaster risk reduction. This study recommends strengthening community institutions, expanding disaster education, and integrating local wisdom into mitigation systems to realize a resilient, community-based disaster management model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem kompensasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja juru parkir di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Jombang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Sampel sebanyak 119 responden diperoleh melalui teknik Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda serta uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, sistem kompensasi dan budaya kerja memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja juru parkir. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja pegawai membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang memperhatikan keseimbangan antara kompensasi yang layak dan penguatan budaya kerja yang positif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis mengenai dinamika faktor organisasi yang memengaruhi kinerja tenaga lapangan serta rekomendasi praktis bagi perumusan kebijakan manajemen SDM sektor pelayanan publik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and work motivation on teacher performance at SMK Plus Umar Zahid, a vocational school integrated with a pesantren-based education system. Using a quantitative correlational design, the research involved 46 teachers selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and tested for validity and reliability, yielding valid items with Cronbach's Alpha values above 0.70. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on teacher performance, while motivation has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence performance, with an R² value of 0.506, indicating that 50.6% of performance variation is explained by discipline and motivation. The findings highlight the dominant role of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in enhancing teacher performance, strengthened by the religious and communal values of the pesantren environment. This study contributes to understanding human resource management in Islamic-based vocational education and provides recommendations for enhancing teacher professionalism through integrated strategies involving motivation, discipline, and organizational support.

Abstract

Digital transformation through the platform economy has blurred the boundary between workers and entrepreneurs. In live streaming commerce, hosts are positioned as independent partners with flexibility but remain structurally subordinated through data-driven control. This study analyzes the position of live streaming hosts from a sociology of work perspective by integrating the ideas of Karl Marx, Max Weber, and Karl Polanyi. The research uses a qualitative normative-critical approach based on interdisciplinary literature and regulatory analysis. The findings show that platform partnerships represent a reorganization of labor relations in digital capitalism, where algorithmic mechanisms regulate visibility, performance, and income. Work flexibility becomes conditional, while economic risks and system penalties are transferred to hosts. As a result, hosts occupy a liminal position between workers and entrepreneurs but are structurally closer to subordinated labor. These conditions highlight the need for policy intervention that considers the social dimensions of digital work and principles of social justice.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) and the work environment on employee job satisfaction at CV Pangan Berkah Sentosa, Jombang Regency. A quantitative explanatory design was employed to test causal relationships among variables. The population consisted of 348 employees, with 186 respondents selected using Slovin’s formula at a 5% margin of error. Data were collected through structured Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression after passing validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The findings indicate that GHRM does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. In contrast, the work environment demonstrates a positive and statistically significant influence. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect job satisfaction; however, the model explains only 8.6% of the variance. These results suggest that in a high-production operational context, tangible workplace conditions play a more dominant role in shaping employee satisfaction than sustainability-oriented HR practices. The study highlights the importance of improving workplace conditions as a strategic approach to enhance employee satisfaction, while emphasizing that GHRM implementation should be more integrative to generate meaningful psychological and organizational impacts.

Abstract

This article analyzes the comparative economic and social performance between Koperasi Merah Putih—a national program for community-based village cooperatives launched in 2025—and Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD), which developed during Indonesia’s New Order era. The study employs a case study approach with a qualitative-comparative method enriched by quantitative projections of economic performance, based on historical data from KUD and projected growth for Koperasi Merah Putih. The theoretical framework draws upon the Cooperative Institutional Theory (Law No. 17/2012), Community-Based Economic Development (CBED), Social Capital Theory (Putnam, 1993), and Institutional Transformation Theory (North, 1990). The findings reveal that Koperasi Merah Putih demonstrates a more adaptive institutional design, broader business diversification, and higher member participation compared to KUD. Economic performance projections indicate significant potential contributions to village economies through multiplier effects across various sectors. Social capital rooted in active participation emerges as a key success factor, while the main challenges involve strengthening management capacity, digitalization, and independent oversight. The study recommends modern management training, implementation of external audits, and longitudinal research to continuously evaluate economic and social impacts.
