Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran storytelling dan digital storytelling dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar melalui pendekatan kajian literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis dua belas artikel jurnal yang relevan dan diterbitkan dalam rentang tahun 2021–2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumentasi dengan menyeleksi, mengidentifikasi, dan mensintesis artikel yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan berbicara, storytelling, dan digital storytelling dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa storytelling secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa, terutama pada aspek kelancaran, kepercayaan diri, kemampuan mengemukakan ide, dan keberanian berbicara di depan kelas. Selain itu, digital storytelling yang memadukan teks, gambar, audio, dan video memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif dan menyenangkan, sekaligus mendukung motivasi, partisipasi, berpikir kritis, dan literasi digital siswa. Secara keseluruhan, storytelling dan digital storytelling terbukti efektif serta relevan sebagai strategi pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara siswa sekolah dasar sesuai tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca di tingkat awal pendidikan dasar merupakan elemen penting yang mendukung seluruh kegiatan belajar siswa secara berkelanjutan. Tanpa kemampuan membaca yang cukup pada usia dini, para siswa akan menemui tantangan besar saat mengikuti pelajaran di berbagai mata pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi seberapa efektif model pembelajaran PAKEM (Pembelajaran Aktif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan) dalam mengatasi dua masalah utama di kelas dua sekolah dasar, yaitu kesulitan siswa dalam menggabungkan suku kata menjadi kata lengkap dan kurangnya keberanian siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam diskusi kelompok akibat sifat pemalu dan metode pembelajaran yang masih terfokus pada guru. Rancangan penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei, serta instrumen observasi dan kuesioner berbasis Skala Likert yang diberikan kepada tiga responden, yakni wali kelas dua, guru Bahasa Inggris, dan pengajar kelas dua lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PAKEM secara rutin menggunakan media kartu kata, pohon literasi, permainan bahasa, serta beragam metode bernyanyi dan bercerita dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dasar siswa. Strategi penugasan peran terstruktur dalam kelompok serta penciptaan lingkungan kelas yang emosional aman terbukti mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa yang pemalu dalam diskusi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dasar empiris bagi para guru sekolah dasar dalam merancang pendekatan pembelajaran membaca yang kreatif, efektif, dan berorientasi kepada siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk pengaruh bahasa asing terhadap penggunaan bahasa Indonesia, faktor penyebab kemunculannya, dampaknya bagi generasi muda, serta strategi pemertahanan bahasa Indonesia di era digital. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari 15 artikel ilmiah nasional yang terbit pada rentang 2019-2025 melalui penelusuran Google Scholar dan SINTA, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi melalui tahap identifikasi, reduksi, kategorisasi, sintesis tema, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh bahasa asing tampak pada campur kode, alih kode, kosakata serapan, praktik bilingualisme, dan pergeseran preferensi bahasa dalam komunikasi digital. Faktor yang paling kuat adalah intensitas penggunaan media sosial, akses terhadap konten global, lingkungan pendidikan, tuntutan kompetensi internasional, serta prestise sosial bahasa asing. Dampaknya bersifat ambivalen: bahasa asing memperluas kompetensi komunikasi dan literasi global, tetapi penggunaan yang tidak terkendali dapat melemahkan ketepatan berbahasa Indonesia, menggeser pilihan kosakata, dan menurunkan kesadaran kaidah bahasa. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguasaan bahasa asing perlu ditempatkan sebagai kompetensi tambahan, sedangkan bahasa Indonesia tetap diposisikan sebagai bahasa identitas, bahasa akademik, dan bahasa publik. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada penyusunan sintesis literatur yang memetakan hubungan antara bahasa asing, media digital, generasi muda, dan pemertahanan bahasa Indonesia secara lebih sistematis.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of school principal leadership in School-Based Management (SBM) at SDN 18 Sesetan, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the key informant Dra. Anik Poedjiastoeti, M.Pd. (Principal of SDN 18 Sesetan), field observations, and document analysis. Findings reveal that SDN 18 Sesetan possesses a primary strength in its human resources, with all 12 teachers certified and capable of integrating technology into instruction. The principal demonstrates participative and transformational leadership styles, evidenced by effective collaboration between teachers and the school committee. SBM implementation is effective in human resource management and community relations, yet faces serious challenges in infrastructure management due to limited operational funding. The study recommends funding diversification, mid-term infrastructure development planning, and strengthened partnerships with the local education office and private sector.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the paradoxical phenomenon between the quality of internal school governance and the reality of infrastructure limitations at SD No 3 Sading. A descriptive qualitative approach using the case study method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, and School-Based Management (SBM) assessment instruments. The results show that, quantitatively, SBM implementation is in the "Good" category with a score of 81/100, supported by very strong administrative compliance. However, qualitatively, a significant disconnection was found in the form of physical infrastructure damage and high teacher workloads due to dual administrative roles. The study concludes that the sustainability of school quality relies heavily on leadership resilience and community social capital, which function as a substitute mechanism for the lack of sectoral financial support from the government. Synchronization between managerial achievement and physical assistance priorities is an urgent necessity for future educational policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in improving school quality through the role of stakeholders at SD No. 3 Legian. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the school principal, direct observation, and documentation studies, and subsequently analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results indicate that the implementation of SBM at SD No. 3 Legian was carried out by involving internal stakeholders, including the principal, teachers, staff, and students, as well as external stakeholders, including parents, the school committee, the Department of Education, the surrounding community, universities, and local business actors. Collaborative activities were realized through programs such as market day, environmental care, arts performances, Teacher Working Groups (KKG), and various social activities. Challenges encountered included limited operational funds, parents' time constraints due to work obligations, and limited community awareness, which were addressed through open communication and the utilization of digital technology. Stakeholder support was proven to have a positive influence on the improvement of academic quality, non-academic quality, and public trust in the school. Transparency and accountability in school management fostered a sustainable cycle of participation, resulting in continuous improvement of educational quality at SD No. 3 Legian. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of stakeholders in improving the quality of schools through the implementation of School-Based Management (MBS) at SDN 1 Sanur, South Denpasar. The method used was qualitative descriptive through direct interviews with SDN 1 Sanur teachers and field observations. The results of the study show that the implementation of SBM at SDN 1 Sanur has gone quite well, especially in the aspects of educator management and technology-based learning. The five main stakeholder groups, namely school principals, teachers, students, parents, and the government, have carried out their respective roles in a synergistic manner. The SWOT analysis identifies key strengths in the form of strategic location, teacher competence, and participatory leadership; weaknesses in the limitations of technological infrastructure; opportunities from the Independent Curriculum policy and the development of information technology; as well as threats in the form of competition between schools and the demands of rapid digital adaptation. The evaluation of management effectiveness and efficiency shows that schools have been able to utilize resources optimally even though there is still room for improvement in learning innovations and digital-based administrative management. Strategic recommendations are prepared based on a SWOT matrix approach to encourage continuous improvement in the quality of education.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) through the SWOT approach at SD No. 2 Werdi Bhuwana. This research was motivated by the need to evaluate the effectiveness of school management in improving educational quality amid various internal and external challenges. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of SBM, identify the internal and external factors influencing its implementation, and formulate school development strategies based on SWOT analysis. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and were analyzed using SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to SBM implementation. The findings indicate that the implementation of SBM at SD No. 2 Werdi Bhuwana achieved a score of 84.01 and was categorized as good. This is reflected in curriculum management based on the Merdeka Curriculum, regular program evaluation, and stakeholder involvement in supporting school activities. The school’s main strengths include competent teachers, strong internal coordination, and a conducive learning environment. However, several challenges remain, such as limited use of learning technology, inadequate supporting facilities, and low parental involvement. Based on the SWOT analysis, school development strategies are directed toward strengthening collaboration with external stakeholders, optimizing the use of learning technology, improving supporting facilities, and enhancing communication with parents to support sustainable educational quality improvement.
