Abstract

This study examines the implementation strategy of the Tauhid-Based Integral Curriculum (Kurikulum Integral Berbasis Tauhid/KIBT) using a Deep Learning approach in shaping students’ religious character at SD Integral Luqman Al-Hakim Mataram. The development of religious character faces significant challenges due to the inconsistency between students’ knowledge and the practice of Islamic values in their daily lives. This study employed a qualitative method with a case study approach involving two teacher subjects: lower-grade and upper-grade elementary school teachers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings revealed that the implementation of KIBT through the three principles of Deep Learning—mindful learning, meaningful learning, and joyful learning—was applied to five dimensions of religious character: faith in Allah, honesty, discipline, social awareness, and Qur’an reading skills. In lower grades, the implementation emphasized habit formation through concrete experiences, while in upper grades it focused on internalizing moral awareness through structured reflection, project-based assignments, and the use of digital technology. Supporting factors included a strong tauhid foundation, systematic school programs, a religious school culture, teacher role models, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and school-parent synergy. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor was the uneven understanding of KIBT and Deep Learning among teachers. This study confirms that the integration of KIBT with Deep Learning creates a holistic educational ecosystem that develops religious character through meaningful, mindful, and enjoyable learning experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the four magic words poster media on students' social interactions at SDN 1 Lendang Kunyit. This study uses a quantitative research method of the Pre-Experimental Design type. Pre-Experimental Design is an experimental research design that does not have a control class or adequate control over external variables.  The research design used was a One-Group Pretest-Posttest. This design involved only one group. The group was first given a pretest, followed by treatment using learning media in the form of posters displaying the four magic words. Finally, the group was given a posttest. The sample in this study was determined by the Purposive Sampling technique. The sample in this study was all students of grades IV and V of SDN 1 Lendang Kunyit with a total of 30 students. The data collection process was carried out through questionnaires and observations, then the data obtained were analyzed using the Paired Sample T Test. The results of the analysis showed that the t-count value was greater than the t-table (7.387 > 2.045) and the significance value (p-value) <0.001 was smaller than 0.05. Thus, the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) was accepted. This means that the four magic words poster media had an effect on students' social interactions at SDN 1 Lendang Kunyit. This was also evidenced by an increase in the average score from 76.63 in the pretest to 88.23 in the posttest, indicating an improvement in students' social interactions. All indicators of social interaction, including conversation, cooperation, empathy, and mutual understanding, improved after being given the Four Magic Words poster.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Augmented Reality (AR) media on fifth-grade students’ understanding of geometric solid concepts at SDN 27 Cakranegara. This study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research population consisted of 43 fifth-grade students divided into an experimental class and a control class. Data collection techniques included observation and essay tests administered during the pretest and posttest. Data analysis was conducted through normality testing, homogeneity testing, and hypothesis testing using an independent sample t-test. The findings revealed that the experimental class obtained a higher posttest mean score (68.91) compared to the control class (55.60). The hypothesis test results indicated a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of 2.729 > t table of 2.013, indicating that H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the PBL model assisted by AR media had a significant effect on students’ understanding of geometric solid concepts. The use of AR media also enhanced students’ activeness, enthusiasm, and engagement during the learning process.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the character values of fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Nyiur Tebel, Sukamulia District, East Lombok Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest model. The research subjects consisted of 30 fourth-grade students selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations using a character values questionnaire consisting of 20 valid and reliable statement items. The data were analyzed using descriptive percentage analysis, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the Paired Sample T-Test with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 31. The results showed that the average score of students’ character values increased from 57.20 in the pretest to 63.83 in the posttest. The normality test results indicated that both pretest and posttest data were normally distributed, with significance values of 0.092 and 0.068 (> 0.05), respectively. The hypothesis test using the Paired Sample T-Test revealed a t-value of -6.854 with a significance value of < 0.001, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. Improvements in character values were observed in the indicators of environmental care, responsibility, honesty, discipline, friendliness/communicativeness, curiosity, democracy, and independence. Observation results also showed positive behavioral development among students during the IPAS learning process. In conclusion, learning activities carried out consistently and systematically contributed positively to improving the character values of fourth-grade students at SDN 1 Nyiur Tebel. The findings of this study imply that IPAS learning can be used as an effective strategy to strengthen character education in elementary schools and assist teachers in integrating character values into classroom learning activities.
