Abstract

Abstract: The election of the Student Council President is an important process in building a democratic, responsible, and integrity-based leadership culture in the school environment. In addition, through the main discussion in this study aims to optimize the selection process for candidates for Student Council President at SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai through the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method. The MOORA method is used to normalize values, weight criteria, and calculate optimization values ​​to produce the best alternative ranking. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with school officials, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the MOORA method is able to provide objective and transparent ranking results, where M. Asril Sitorus Pane obtained the highest score of 0.347 (Rank 1), followed by M. Rian with a score of 0.333 (Rank 2). The implementation of this system is expected to be able to provide recommendations for the best candidates regularly and accurately, so that it can support fairer and more accountable decision-making in the next Student Council President election. Abstrak: Pemilihan Ketua OSIS merupakan proses penting dalam membangun budaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis, bertanggung jawab dan berintegritas di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, melalui pokok pembahasan pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan proses seleksi calon Ketua OSIS di SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). Metode MOORA digunakan agar dapat melakukan normalisasi nilai, pembobotan kriteria serta perhitungan nilai optimasi guna menghasilkan peringkat alternatif terbaik. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pihak sekolah serta dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MOORA mampu memberikan hasil peringkat yang objektif dan transparan, yang dimana M. Asril Sitorus Pane memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,347 (Peringkat 1), diikuti oleh M. Rian dengan nilai 0,333 (Peringkat 2). Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi kandidat terbaik secara sistematis dan akurat, sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih adil dan akuntabel dalam pemilihan Ketua OSIS selanjutnya. Abstract

Abstrak: Digital reports are technology-based reporting systems that function to record, process, and present information on students’ learning progress in a structured and real-time manner. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital reports in improving the quality of educational services at the Bright Education tutoring institution in Kisaran. The method used is a descriptive approach by examining the utilization of digital systems in the students’ academic reporting process. The results of the study indicate that the use of digital reports is able to enhance transparency, administrative efficiency, and learning effectiveness. Through this system, data such as attendance, practice scores, evaluation results, and students’ learning progress can be well documented and accessed by various parties, including administrators, tutors, students, and parents. The implementation of the program at Bright Education Tutoring Institution has shown positive results and provided a significant impact on improving the quality of educational services. After the implementation of mentoring programs and the utilization of digital reports, the institution experienced improvements in academic data management, learning administration, and monitoring of student development in a more effective and structured manner. The activities carried out at Bright Education Tutoring Institution have successfully supported the transformation of educational administration toward a more modern, effective, and efficient system, thereby improving the quality of educational services within the tutoring environment. The activities carried out at Bright Education Tutoring successfully supported the transformation of educational administration into a more modern, effective, and efficient system through the implementation of digital reports. This innovation improved service quality, transparency, and students’ learning outcomes sustainably. Kata kunci: tutoring institution; digital report; information System Abstract: Digital report merupakan sistem pelaporan berbasis teknologi yang berfungsi untuk merekam, mengolah, dan menyajikan informasi perkembangan belajar siswa secara terstruktur dan real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan digital report dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan pada lembaga bimbingan belajar Bright Education Kisaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan mengkaji pemanfaatan sistem digital dalam proses pelaporan akademik siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan digital report mampu meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi administrasi, serta efektivitas pembelajaran. Melalui sistem ini, data seperti kehadiran, nilai latihan, hasil evaluasi, dan progres pemahaman siswa dapat terdokumentasi dengan baik dan diakses oleh berbagai pihak, termasuk pengelola, tutor, siswa, dan orang tua. Pelaksanaan program pada mitra Bimbingan Belajar Bright Education menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan. Setelah diterapkannya program pendampingan dan pemanfaatan digital report, mitra mengalami peningkatan dalam pengelolaan data akademik, administrasi pembelajaran, serta monitoring perkembangan siswa secara lebih efektif dan terstruktur. Kegiatan pada mitra Bimbingan Belajar Bright Education berhasil mendukung transformasi administrasi pendidikan menjadi lebih modern, efektif, dan efisien melalui penerapan digital report. Abstract

Advances in information technology in the era of digital transformation are driving businesses to leverage technology to enhance competitiveness and service quality. Adi Glass, a business in the home furnishings sector, still faces challenges in managing customer data and sales transactions, which are currently handled manually, thereby reducing service effectiveness and sales performance. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and evaluate its impact on sales performance and customer satisfaction. The method used is a mixed-methods approach involving interviews, observations, literature review, and questionnaires. The results show that the CRM system is capable of integrating customer and sales data and supports structured promotion management. The evaluation indicates a 30% increase in data management efficiency, a 25% increase in service speed, and a 27% increase in customer satisfaction. The contribution of this research lies in the development of an integrated web-based CRM system with promotional features as a sales improvement strategy for small businesses.
