Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan eksposur produk UMKM Bir Pletok melalui promosi budaya berbasis interaksi langsung. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam forum ASEAN Future Sustainable Leaders (AFSL) di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) dengan melibatkan peserta dari berbagai negara. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui storytelling, penyajian produk, serta interaksi langsung antara peserta dan penyaji. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama kegiatan, peserta menunjukkan reaksi positif terhadap promosi Bir Pletok. Peserta tidak hanya memperoleh informasi, tetapi juga merasakan langsung karakteristik dan nilai budaya Bir Pletok. Selain itu, kegiatan ini turut mendukung pemberdayaan UMKM melalui peningkatan eksposur produk. Namun, evaluasi masih terbatas secara kualitatif dan keterlibatan mitra belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan selanjutnya perlu dilengkapi dengan evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur dan keterlibatan mitra secara langsung.

Abstract

This community service project aimed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business management at Hijab Syamil MSME through operational management and e-business training. A quantitative approach with pre-test and post-test design was employed to measure participants’ knowledge improvement. The training covered production SOP development, inventory management, digital financial recording, social media optimization, and e-commerce platform utilization. The results indicated a significant increase in operational management knowledge (70%), digital bookkeeping skills (77%), social media usage (70%), and e-commerce understanding (80%). The impact was evident in more organized production processes, a 60% increase in social media engagement, and the activation of online store sales. These findings demonstrate that operational management and e-business training can strengthen MSMEs’ competitiveness in the digital era and support business sustainability.
