Abstract

Remaja putri rentan mengalami anemia defisiensi besi dan stres yang berdampak pada kesehatan reproduksi, kesejahteraan psikologis, serta prestasi akademik. Berdasarkan Riskesdas 2018, prevalensi anemia remaja putri di Indonesia mencapai 48,9%. Program Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja (PKPR) telah digulirkan pemerintah, namun implementasinya di sekolah masih belum optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja terkait anemia dan stres melalui edukasi interaktif berbasis multimedia. Sebanyak 40 siswi SMAN 3 Kota Pontianak mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan yang meliputi pre-test, penyuluhan melalui video edukatif, diskusi interaktif, dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan, di mana kategori tinggi meningkat dari 35% (pre-test) menjadi 80% (post-test), sementara kategori rendah turun dari 12,5% menjadi 0%. Uji paired t-test menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna (p < 0,05). Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam diskusi dan kuis interaktif, serta mengapresiasi buku saku digital yang diberikan. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan literasi kesehatan remaja, khususnya dalam isu anemia dan stres, sekaligus menguatkan implementasi PKPR di sekolah. Disarankan agar kegiatan serupa menjadi program rutin sekolah dengan dukungan UKS, guru, tenaga kesehatan, dan perguruan tinggi untuk keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

Background: Mental health problems have become an unresolved health problem in society, both globally and nationally. Hallucinations are a condition in which a client experiences changes in sensory perception caused by stimuli that are not actually there. The application of scheduled activities to clients with hallucinations is quite efficient in helping to control the onset of hallucinations by reducing the client's free time filled with various activities. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of scheduled activity therapy nursing actions to reduce the level of hallucinations of Schizophrenia clients in the K ward of the West Kalimantan Provincial Mental Hospital. Method: The method in this scientific paper is focused on a descriptive case study of clients with hallucination disorders, with a focus on the study of the application of scheduled activities. Data collection using interviews, physical examinations, observations and presented in the form of descriptive case analysis reports. Results: The results obtained from this study were that clients who received scheduled activity therapy experienced a decrease in the level of hallucinations. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the application of scheduled activity therapy has proven effective in reducing the symptoms of hallucinations experienced by Schizophrenia clients in the K ward of the West Kalimantan Provincial Mental Hospital
