Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan permasalahan konflik sosial di sekolah dasar serta mengkaji kerangka teoritik school-based mediation (SBM) melalui pendekatan systematic literature review (SLR). Penelitian menggunakan metode PRISMA dengan sumber data dari Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar pada rentang tahun 2015–2025. Sebanyak 30 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik di sekolah dasar didominasi oleh konflik interpersonal, bullying, dan kesalahpahaman komunikasi yang berdampak pada kesehatan mental siswa. Pendekatan manajemen konflik yang berkembang meliputi pendekatan disipliner, restoratif, dan mediasi. School-based mediation terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial-emosional, empati, dan resolusi konflik secara damai. Namun, sebagian besar penelitian masih berfokus pada konteks Barat dan belum terintegrasi dengan nilai sosial budaya lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa pemetaan isu konflik sekolah dasar dan sintesis kerangka teoritik SBM sebagai dasar pengembangan model manajemen konflik berbasis konteks. CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW ON PROBLEM MAPPING AND THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK OF SCHOOL-BASED MEDIATION Abstract This study aims to map social conflict issues in primary schools and examine the theoretical framework of school-based mediation (SBM) through a systematic literature review (SLR). The study employs the PRISMA method using data sources from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar within the 2015–2025 period. A total of 30 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that conflicts in primary schools are predominantly characterized by interpersonal conflicts, bullying, and communication misunderstandings, which impact students’ mental health. Conflict management approaches identified in the literature include disciplinary, restorative, and mediation-based approaches. School-based mediation has been shown to be effective in enhancing social-emotional skills, empathy, and peaceful conflict resolution. However, most existing studies are still focused on Western contexts and lack integration with local socio-cultural values. This study contributes by providing a comprehensive mapping of conflict issues in primary schools and a synthesis of the theoretical framework of SBM as a foundation for developing context-based conflict management models. Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut sekolah untuk menerapkan tata kelola keuangan yang transparan, partisipatif, dan berorientasi karakter. Namun demikian, berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen keuangan di sekolah masih menghadapi tantangan integritas, akuntabilitas, literasi finansial, serta lemahnya budaya tata kelola. Artikel ini bertujuan merumuskan Model Manajemen Keuangan Berbasis Karakter (Character-Based Financial Management/CBFM) melalui kajian literatur nasional dan internasional. Menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur sistematis, artikel ini mengidentifikasi prinsip, struktur, dan relevansi model tersebut dengan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai karakter integritas, tanggung jawab, amanah, kejujuran, dan transparansi merupakan fondasi utama tata kelola keuangan sekolah; (2) Kurikulum Merdeka memperkuat otonomi sekolah, pelibatan pemangku kepentingan, dan budaya reflektif yang mendukung tata kelola yang akuntabel; dan (3) penerapan model CBFM meningkatkan kepercayaan publik, efektivitas penggunaan anggaran, dan mutu pembelajaran. Artikel ini menawarkan model CBFM sebagai pendekatan terpadu yang memadukan nilai karakter Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan budaya sekolah untuk memperkuat tata kelola keuangan yang etis dan berkualitas. A MODEL OF CHARACTER-BASED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT FOR SCHOOLS OF THE KURIKULUM MERDEKA Abstract The implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka requires schools to adopt financial governance that is transparent, participatory, and character-oriented. However, various studies indicate that school financial management practices continue to face challenges related to integrity, accountability, financial literacy, and weak governance culture. This article aims to formulate a Character-Based Financial Management (CBFM) Model through a review of national and international literature. Using a systematic literature review approach, this study identifies the principles, structural components, and relevance of the model to the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka. The results show that (1) character values such as integrity, responsibility, trustworthiness, honesty, and transparency constitute the core foundations of school financial governance; (2) the Kurikulum Merdeka strengthens school autonomy, stakeholder engagement, and reflective culture, all of which support accountable governance; and (3) the application of the CBFM model enhances public trust, budget-use effectiveness, and the quality of learning. This article proposes the CBFM model as an integrated approach that embeds the character values of the Pancasila Student Profile and school culture to reinforce ethical and high-quality financial governance. Abstract

Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) merupakan sekolah berbasis Islam yang berkomitmen melibatkan orangtua dalam program parenting sekolah. Kemitraan orangtua sebagai penentu keberhasilan pendidikan anak, karena sistem sekolah terpadu bermakna antara sekolah dan orangtua bekerjasama sebagai mitra dalam mendidik anak. Namun demikian belum semua SDIT menerapkan program parenting berbasis kemitraan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program parenting di SDIT Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap SDIT Nurul Islah Banda Aceh dan SDIT Bayyinah Tahfizhul Qur’ani Banda Aceh menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui proses observasi, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan parenting di kedua sekolah tersebut dikategorikan menjadi 3 program, yaitu: (a) program tahunan; yang dilakukan dua kali per tahun, di antaranya: pertemuan orangtua di awal tahun ajaran baru dan akhir semester dalam bentuk: sharing class dan seminar/workshop terkait parenting, dll; (b) program mingguan; dilaksanakan setiap akhir pekan, berupa kegiatan: tahsin quran, kajian keislaman, buku penghubung, dsb; serta (c) program insidental; khusus bagi anak yang membutuhkan bantuan orangtua dalam penyelesaian masalah dan konsultasi terkait anak dengan waktu yang tentatif. Kata kunci: Pelaksanaan Program; Parenting Berbasis Kemitraan; Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Abstract Integrated Islamic Elementry School (SDIT) is an Islamic-based school that is commited to involving parents in the school parenting program. Parental patnership is a determinant of the success of children’s education, because the integrated school system means that schools and parents work together as patners in educating children. However, not all SDITs have implemented this patnership-based parenting program. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the parenting program at SDIT Banda Aceh City. The study was conducted at SDIT Nurul Islah Banda Aceh and SDIT Bayyinah Tahfizhul Qur’ani Banda Aceh using qualitative research methods trough observation, interviewa, and literature studies. The results of the data analysis showed that the implementation of parenting in both schools was categorized into 3 programs, namely: (a) Annual program; which is varried out twice a year, including: parent meeting at the beginning of the new school year and the end of the semester in the form of: sharing classes and seminars/workshops related to parenting, etc; (b) Weekly program; carried out every weekend, in the form of activities: tahsin qur’an, islamic studies, connecting books, etc; and (c) Incidental program; specifically for children whi nedd parental assistance in solving problems and consultations related to children with a tentative time.
