Abstract

Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping the character, morality, and intellectual development of the Indonesian nation while serving as an integral component of the national education system. However, the effectiveness of Islamic education implementation largely depends on the synergy between leadership and educational policies applied across institutional levels. This study aims to analyze leadership and Islamic education policies in Indonesia. The main issues examined include the analysis of Islamic education policies, the role of leaders in policy formulation, and the impact of these policies on the practice and management of Islamic education. This research employs a library research design with a descriptive qualitative approach, examining various academic literatures and recent studies from national sources. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques through the stages of data reduction, thematic classification, theoretical interpretation, and deductive conclusion drawing. The results indicate that Islamic education policies in Indonesia focus on improving institutional quality through curriculum enhancement, teacher professionalism, modern governance, and leadership grounded in Islamic values. The integration of religious and general sciences is realized through policies such as the Merdeka Curriculum and Madrasah Reform Policy, which emphasize Islamic character formation. Furthermore, digitalization initiatives—such as EMIS, SIMPATIKA, and the Digital Madrasah program—have enhanced the efficiency and innovation of learning processes. Nevertheless, challenges remain, including managerial disparities and low levels of digital literacy. Therefore, future policies should strengthen transformational leadership, adaptive decentralization, and the integration of Islamic ethics within all educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Quizizz platform in the Islamic Jurisprudence learning process among Madrasah Aliyah students, and to evaluate its impact on students' learning enthusiasm and academic achievement. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study method, where various literature sources such as scientific journals, books, and research reports are analyzed in depth. The results show that the use of Quizizz has a positive impact in creating an interactive, fun, and competitive learning atmosphere, thereby increasing student activity and motivation. In addition, this platform has been proven to help teachers conduct learning evaluations more efficiently and measurably. As a recommendation, the use of digital media such as Quizizz needs to be continuously improved as a strategic innovation to support the understanding of the concept of Islamic Jurisprudence while addressing the challenges of Islamic education in the digital era.

Abstract

Higher education institutions determine Educational Service Quality through the combination of staff responsiveness and classroom management and administrative efficiency. The researchers conducted their study through a quantitative method which used a survey to collect data from 150 active students who completed a questionnaire that was distributed through purposive sampling. The researchers employed multiple linear regression analysis to investigate how different variables interact through their separate and combined effects. The study results show that staff responsiveness and classroom management together with administrative efficiency create a substantial impact on Educational Service Quality. The three independent variables showed a positive impact which reached statistical significance for educational service quality. The research findings demonstrate that higher education service quality improves when staff members become more responsive and classroom management practices become better and administrative systems operate more efficiently. The study contributes to educational management research through its theoretical findings while providing higher educational leaders with practical methods to enhance service quality. The study results will help educational institutions establish their service quality standards because they define reference points for their educational service improvement strategies.
