Abstract

Sebuah perguruan tinggi harus memiliki perencanaan berjangka dalam merumuskan strategi pendidikan agar mampu bersaing dan bertahan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah dokumen Rencana Strategis untuk mengukur langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan stake holder agar mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis dokumen renstra salah satu Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Swasta di Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau yaitu STAI Hubbulwathan Duri. Metode yang digunakan adalah field research dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara kepada pimpinan STAI Hubbulwathan Duri, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul direduksi, didisplay dan diinterpretasi. Abstract

Discussion about the integration between science and religion is no longer a new topic, but nowadays it is being raised again. Many researchers believe that both of them are independent entities, but many researchers also argue that there is potential for combining the two. This study aimed to investigate the knowledge and skills as well as the perception of teachers on how to integrate science and religion. This qualitative study was conducted in Bengkalis Regency. Thirty-one in-service teachers from four different junior high schools were recruited as the participants of this study. The data were collected by administering open ended questionnaires and interviews to the participants. To analyze the data, the researcher used the three stages in qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data verification, and data display. The findings reported that teachers’ competence on the integration of science and religion is quite good and comprehensive because they were able to explain the importance of this integration and how to implement the combination of the two in their own area of teaching subjects, even develop the teaching materials as the implication for the practice in junior high school contexts. However, the findings also indicated the drawbacks of some teachers who found the difficulties in applying the science-religion integration in the subjects due to several reasons. In conclusion, combining science and religion is not an impossible action as long as teachers have a strong belief, wide knowledge, and a harmonious view between the two, also the ability to apply it. Therefore, equipping teachers with knowledge and skills through particular training is really crucial.

Abstract

This study aims to compile the work steps of the Islamization of science based on the Islamization model formulated by Isma'il Raji Al Faruqi. This qualitative approach research uses literature study method. This study identifies unhealthy symptoms in the aspects of scientific jurisprudence among Muslims who have not shown symptoms of recovery even in the 21st century. The results of the analysis then prompted the prioritization of the work plan for the Islamization of science in accordance with the ideas of Isma'il Raji Al Faruqi. The work plan begins with strengthening the five principle of unity and focuses on Islamization with a scientific integration model in the five fields of science, namely religious studies, educational management, research methodology, politics, and economics. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun langkah-langkah kerja Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan berdasarkan model Islamisasi yang dirumuskan oleh Isma’il Raji Al Faruqi. Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi gejala tidak sehat dalam aspek fikrah keilmuan di kalangan umat Islam yang belum menunjukkan gejala kepulihan bahkan hingga abad 21 ini. Hasil analisis tersebut kemudian mendorong penetapan prioritas rencana kerja Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan sesuai dengan gagasan Isma’il Raji Al Faruqi. Rencana kerja tersebut dimulai dengan penguatan prinsip panca kesatuan dan fokus melakukan Islamisasi dengan model integrasi keilmuan pada lima bidang ilmu pengetahuan yakni studi agama, manajemen pendidikan, metodologi penelitian, politik, dan ekonomi.

Abstract

Besides receiving education and teaching about the virtues of halal food according to the Melayu tradition, Riau community should also get an understanding of the virtues of halal food based on the Islamic law. This study aims to analyze the concept of the Riau Malay community in maintaining halal food, and what is the manners eat traditions of Melayu society closely related to eating etiquette in Islam. This research was a field study that collects data based on interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the food of the Melayu community has met the elements of halal and thoyyib as stipulated in culinary fiqh in Islamic law. The motive of the Melayu community to eat with halal and thoyyib criteria’s food is more due to habits and traditions that have been taught from generation to generation through the advice and teachings of the elders. This study also revealed that the type of food that is legalized is more than the type of food that is forbidden. Although the Malay community has been taught about the concept of halal food and thoyyib, but the teaching did not contain systematic content and had not yet reached a comprehensive level of understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the skills of grave pilgrimage with correct procedures for PTKI and PTU students in Riau. This study also compares the performance of grave pilgrimage between PTKI students and PTU students. To find these objectives, this study used a qualitative experimental method. The data collected in this study is the predicate of grave pilgrimage skills performed by students. The data were then analyzed using the framework analysis method which includes the stages of socialization of grave pilgrimage procedures; observation of implementation by students as research subjects, data interpretation and comparison of grave pilgrimage performance between PTKI students and PTU students. The results showed that 50% of the research subjects achieved the predicate of skillful and the other 50% achieved the predicate of very skillful in the performance of grave pilgrimage. The Independent Sample t-Test comparison test of students' grave pilgrimage performance score data shows that there is indeed a significant difference in grave pilgrimage performance between students from PTKI and students from PTU. Future research should examine the effect of the implementation of grave pilgrimage on the tendency of students to remember the afterlife, remember death, the attitude of zuhud students against the glitter of the world and its impact in preventing students from speaking foul words

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemikiran pendidikan adab-adab dalam ibadah menurut Imam Al Ghazali. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini menerapkan metode studi literatur. Kajian ini menganalisis pemikiran adab-adab dalam ibadah menurut Imam Al Ghazali. Hasil analisis tersebut kemudian disusun untuk men-takhrij pemikiran pendidikan adab-adab dalam ibadah menurut Imam Al Ghazali yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam pendidikan Islam masa kini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman adab-adab ibadah di perguruan tinggi. Rumusan pemikiran pendidikan adab-adab ibadah yang dihasilkan di antaranya adab muslim secara umum; adab belajar dan mengajar; adab berbeda pendapat; adab dalam shalat; adab shaum; adab sedekah; adab ukhuwah; dan adab amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar. Muatan pembahasan yang diturunkan dari tujuan kriteria lulusan yang hendak dicapai kemudian dilengkapi dengan rencana pembelajaran yang sistematis; model dan metode pembelajaran yang aplikatif; penguatan peran dosen sebagai teladan dan sistem evaluasi berdasarkan penguasaan adab dan ilmu secara komprehensif.

Abstract

The development of teaching materials is a critical area in educational research, especially amidst increasing demands for innovation, digital integration, and learner-centered approaches. Despite growing interest, a comprehensive mapping of trends and theoretical frameworks in teaching materials research remains limited. This study employed a hybrid approach combining a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis to explore scholarly patterns from 2020 to 2025. A total of 913 Scopus-indexed journal articles were selected based on predefined inclusion criteria. The PRISMA framework guided the SLR process, while VOSviewer was used to visualize keyword co-occurrence, citation networks, and author collaborations. Findings reveal that teaching materials research is increasingly robust, with notable growth from 2020 to 2024. The majority of studies focus on digital and multimedia resources, while areas such as contextual and tailored materials remain underrepresented. Six dominant material types were identified: text-based, digital, multimedia, contextual/authentic, problem-based/case-based, and customized. Indonesia emerged as a leading contributor in publication volume. This study highlights the strong alignment of teaching materials research with constructivist, andragogical, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) frameworks. The dominance of learner-centered and technology-enhanced materials underscores a paradigm shift in instructional design. Future research should expand into underexplored domains, integrate inclusivity principles, and evaluate instructional impact across diverse learning contexts.

Abstract

The Muslim family sphere must maintain the manners of mahrams. Neglect of mahram manners is the doorway to adultery. This topic was chosen because of the rampant adultery in the family sphere, both those that are revealed to the public, and those that are not published. This research method is media content analysis using explorative techniques. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively. This research analyzes the content of some neglect of mahram manners that trigger adultery in the film ''Ipar adalah Maut''. Some of the mahram manners that are violated include the toleration of brothers-in-law going together in one vehicle. Then, the sister-in-law who lives in the same house, remains at home, when only the brother-in-law (husband of the older sister) is at home.The older sister (wife's) testamentary that while traveling out of town the sister-in-law should serve the brother-in-law became a carelessness that was misused, leading to adultery. In order to prevent adultery in the family sphere, the following mahram manners must be observed. The manners of mahrams include not being alone together; not traveling or traveling tete a tete; and keeping aurat. The results of this study serve as a fundamental guide for each family member in obeying the manners of mahrams so as not to be trapped in the trap of adultery in the family sphere. The strength of this research is the ability to explore the distinctive perspectives of the movie “Ipar is Death” to be used as an agitational medium to warn about the dangers of ignoring mahram manners.
