Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah terhadap kesejahteraan anggota BMT Ta’awun Sumedang. Pembiayaan mudharabah merupakan salah satu produk pembiayaan dalam lembaga keuangan syariah yang didasarkan pada prinsip kerja sama usaha dengan sistem bagi hasil. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pembiayaan syariah sebagai sarana pemberdayaan ekonomi anggota koperasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 59 responden anggota BMT. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t, uji korelasi, dan uji determinasi (R square) dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS for Windows versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah (X) berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan nilai persentase 88,6%, sedangkan kesejahteraan anggota (Y) berada pada kategori baik dengan nilai 85%. Hasil analisis regresi linear menunjukkan persamaan Y = -1.000 + 0,989XY dengan nilai thitung = 12,582 dan ttabel = 2,002 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan anggota. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,587 menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat dan positif, sedangkan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,735 berarti 73,5% kesejahteraan anggota dipengaruhi oleh pembiayaan mudharabah. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota BMT Ta’awun Sumedang.

Abstract

The golden period in human development is important because environmental stimulation and effective educational management are key factors in achieving optimal growth. The main issues discussed in this study are the effectiveness of administration in managing educational programs, the effectiveness of Human Resources (HR), and difficulties in policy implementation. This study aims to analyse school administration strategies that can improve the physical and motor development of children enrolled in TPA Idrisiyyah Daycare. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through interviews with school representatives and teachers, as well as curriculum analysis. Based on the research findings, the school administration has an important role in ensuring that the curriculum is play-based, optimising student learning, and improving the standards of educator human resources. The primary focus of this study is on the relationship between the curriculum and children's needs, as well as the limited number of qualified caregivers. The research findings indicate that innovative and well-structured administration can create a learning environment that supports children's holistic development through teacher training recommendations and collaboration with other learners.

Abstract

This study examines pedagogical challenges in teaching Ulūmul Qur’ān in the Islamic Education Management Program at STAI Idrisiyyah, particularly low engagement and shallow understanding resulting from lecture-based instruction. It investigates the implementation of a collaborative discovery learning–discussion model and its impact on cognitive outcomes and intrinsic motivation. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observation of 12 learning sessions, and document analysis. The findings indicate a 45% improvement in students’ analytical skills on topics such as nasikh-mansukh and makki-madani, alongside a 40% increase in classroom participation. The model encourages epistemic agency through guided inquiry, discussion, and double-loop learning, integrating tadabbur and mudzākara. This hybrid approach contributes to Islamic pedagogy by strengthening analytical competence and collaborative learning in Qur’anic higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of services provided to students and to identify various obstacles encountered in school service management in 2025. In addition, this research examines strategies to overcome challenges in educational service management in order to improve the quality of student services at SMP Tarbiyatul Ummah Cibunigeulis Bungursari, Tasikmalaya City. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The findings indicate that the school’s commitment to providing affordable and high-quality education is reflected in various programs, such as free education, religious activities, extracurricular programs, and financial assistance for students in need. However, the school still faces several challenges, including limited funding, incomplete facilities and infrastructure (such as science laboratories, language laboratories, sports facilities, and traditional arts equipment), as well as issues related to students’ motivation, discipline, and participation. This study specifically highlights the management of educational services in improving the quality of student services during the 2025–2026 period by considering existing limitations. The findings provide a comprehensive and naturalistic understanding of the phenomenon of educational service management and offer practical implications for enhancing student satisfaction and overall educational quality in similar institutional settings.
