Abstract

This study aims to see how influential the variables are, service quality, product quality, price and location on customer satisfaction mediated by the purchase decision, to see which variables are the most dominant with customer satisfaction variables in the slaughter of vansha chicken. This study uses a quantitative method, a sample of 95 respondents by calculating the sample using the slovin formula and the population of this study is customers of the slaughter of vansha chicken meat which is taken within 3 months, the method used in this study is SEM using the PLS test tool. The results of the research on the hypothesis test were that service quality (X1) and product quality (X2) had positive and significant results and while the price variables (X3) and location (X4) had negative and significant results. And for the mediation test of the variables of service quality, product quality, price and location to customer satisfaction mediated by the purchase decision is declared partial mediation.

Abstract

PT. Excellent Four Brothers Group is a company that provides Tourism Bus rental services in Lamongan Regency. This study aims to determine the factors that affect service quality, price, and facilities on consumer satisfaction on Excellent Group Lamongan tourism buses. The technique used is probolity sampling, which is a simple random number of 100 respondents using the slovin formula, the method in this study uses a quantitative method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires and data from the management of PT. Excellent Four Brothers. The test tools used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, t-test and F test. From the results of data processing, a calculated value for service quality (X1) was obtained of 3.920 > 1.984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, price (X2) of 3.128 > 1.984 with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05, and facility (X3) of 3.309 > 1.984 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the quality of service, price, and facilities have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. From the F test, a Fcal value of 13.777 > Ftable 2.70 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the quality of service, price, and facilities simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance both partially, simultaneously and the most dominant variables. The method of collecting data through a questionnaire, using the Likert scale. The results of the study show that Work Competence and Discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, Competence, Motivation, and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The most dominant variable of work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of recruitment, job placement and job training on the performance of employees of the Lamongan Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of recruitment, job placement and job training on employee performance, whether recruitment, job placement and job training have an influence on employee performance partially simultaneously and which variables are the most dominant affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method. The population and sample in this study amounted to 48 people, the data analysis methods used were: validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, determination coefficient, t-test and F test. The results of (1) the t-test (Partial) have been found that the variables of recruitment, job placement, and job training have an effect and significant on the performance of employees of the Lamongan Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. (2) The results of the F (Simultaneous) test have a simultaneous effect and significance on the performance of the Employees of the Lamongan Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.

Abstract

The existence of this study aims to determine the influence of brand image, product quality, and promotion on the purchase decision of enis glow skincare in Tumenggungan Village, Lamongan. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a sample of 92 respondents. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The results of this study show that brand image does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions with a t-value of 1.789 < a table of 1.986. Product quality has a significant influence with a t-value of 4.202 > t table 1.986 and promotion has a significant influence with a t-value of 4.417 > t table 1.986.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of facilities, quality, and price on consumer satisfaction at welijo cafe and freshmarket. This study used a sample of 97 respondents. The hypothesis test used in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, determination coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. The data that has been collected is analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the facility variable (X1), the quality variable (X2), and the price variable (X3) had a positive influence on consumer satisfaction (Y). With the result of (X1) t count (3,054) > t table (1,985), (X2) t count (3,846) > t table (1,985), (X3) t count (2,603) > t table (1,985). The results of the F test were obtained with an F value calculated > F table (68,342 > 2.70). The test results show that facilities, quality, and price partially affect consumer satisfaction at welijo cafe and freshmarket, the results of simultaneous testing of facilities, quality, and price affect consumer satisfaction at welijo cafe and freshmarket. And the dominant variable that affects consumer satisfaction is quality.

Abstract

Liquid Caffe is one of the businesses in the food and beverage sector, which focuses on attracting consumers to buy products sold at Liquid Caffe Kedungpring. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out the marketing of Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps which affect consumer buying interest at Liquid Caffe Kedungpring. This study aims to determine the influence of Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps marketing on consumer buying interest both partially and simultaneously and the most dominant factor among the three variables that affect consumer buying interest. The population of this study is Liquid Caffe Kedungpring consumers, with a sample of 143 respondents. This study uses quantitative methods, including multiple linear regression analysis methods with the assistance of the SPSS program. From the results of the t-test of the Instagram marketing variable (X1), a significance value of 0.464 > 0.05 was obtained, the Facebook marketing variable (X2) obtained a significance value of 0.187 > 0.05 and the Google Maps marketing variable (X3) obtained a significance value of 0.126 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the R Square value is 0.35 which means that all variables (X1, X2 and X3) simultaneously affect buying interest (Y) by 35%. The results of the study show that Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps marketing do not have a partial effect on consumers' buying interest in Liquid Caffe, because most of the consumers who have buying interest in Liquid Caffe come from word of mouth. The marketing carried out through social media is only as a support, not the main marketing for now.

Abstract

Convection business is a very popular type of business in Indonesia. The popularity of convection business is mainly due to two things. First, because the products produced by the convection industry, namely clothing, are one of the basic human needs, the market for the convection business will always exist. Convection market share. Secondly, the convection business has become popular because the entry barrier to starting this business is not too big. This research method uses a type of quantitative research with data taken from CV employees. Star Nine Lamongan with a total of 60 people. This study uses multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test, ujit and f test.This study found that there is a significant influence between work experience, supervision, and work discipline on employee performance both simultaneously and partially, with work experience as the most dominant variable.

Abstract

Production employees at PT Mustika Dharmajaya have good job satisfaction which is reflected in their satisfaction with their fellow colleagues. All production employees who work at PT Mustika Dharmajaya have a harmonious relationship between their colleagues (such as helping each other when doing their work, having good communication when working, etc.) so that they respect and respect each other to all their colleagues. Production employees at PT Mustika Dharmajaya also have a good organizational commitment because there are many production employees who are loyal to work at PT Mustika Dharmajaya. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of work stress and OCB (Organizational Citizeship Behavior) on Turnover Intention. The analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with a statistical test analysis tool. The formulation of this research problem is whether Work Stress and OCB have a partial effect on Turnover Intention in employees of PT. Mustika Dharma Jaya Lamongan, Does Work Stress and OCB Simultaneously Affect Turnover Intention in Employees of PT. Mustika Dharma Jaya Lamongan, Of the two variables (Work stress and OCB) which variable has a dominant effect on turnover intention in employees of PT. Mustika Dharma Jaya Lamongan. The results of this study are from the results of the t-test for the variable Organizaton Citizenship Bihavior (X2) on Turnover Intention, the results of the significance level were obtained which were 0.177 < 0.10 and tcount of 1.370 and ttable of 1.67412. From this data, the value of tcalcul> ttable (1,370> 1,67412) was obtained. Therefore, it can be concluded that partially the variable Organization Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. It can be seen from the results in table 5.22 that it can be concluded that the value of F is calculated as 683.377 while F of the table ɑ = 10% or 0.01 the result of F of the table is 2.30 which means that F calculates 683.377 > F table 2.30, with a significance of 0.000 < 0.1, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is a significant influence between the variable Work Stress (X1), OCB (X2), to Turnover Intention (Y) in Employees of PT. Mustika Dharma Jaya Lamongan.

Abstract

One of the plans made by management is profit planning. A tool that is often used to find out financial performance is financial statements. This research aims to assess the company's performance, determine the level of liquidity ratio, solvency, activity and profitability as well as the financial condition of PT. Inti Karya Jaya Perkasa for three years. The method used in this study is quantitative Descriptive. The data collection techniques carried out by the author are documentation and literature review. The data of this research is sourced from the financial statements of PT. The essence of Jaya Perkasa's work. The growth of the company's profits is the main indicator that is important to assess the company's future prospects. The company's financial statements are effective as a profit planning tool. The role of the profitability ratio is very important, judging from the results of the profitability ratio analysis, the Net profit margin ratio analysis, the company's net profit is in good condition. The financial statements of PT. Inti Karya Jaya Perkasa has an effect on profit planning.
