Abstract

Proses pendaftaran dan seleksi magang di PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Lhokseumawe masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan keterlambatan pengelolaan data, risiko kehilangan berkas, serta sulitnya proses seleksi dan pelaporan. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan proses administrasi magang menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi terkomputerisasi yang mampu mengelola proses pendaftaran dan seleksi magang secara terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pendaftaran dan seleksi magang berbasis website yang terintegrasi di PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Lhokseumawe. Sistem informasi dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dibangun dengan PHP, MySQL, HTML, dan CSS. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem dengan fitur pendaftaran daring, unggah dokumen, pengelolaan data pelamar, seleksi oleh admin, dan penentuan status kelulusan. Pengujian fungsional menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Sistem ini dinyatakan layak digunakan di PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pemahaman awal, mengimplementasikan pelatihan terstruktur, serta mengukur dampak pengenalan teknik animasi dua dimensi terhadap kompetensi multimedia siswa SMK Darul Ihsan Aceh Besar. Metode deskriptif kualitatif diterapkan dengan melibatkan empat puluh partisipan yang mengikuti pelatihan intensif selama lima puluh jam pada Oktober 2022. Materi difokuskan pada penguasaan teknik shape tweening dan motion tweening menggunakan Macromedia Flash 8 melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek pembuatan animasi transformasi geometris. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penguasaan teknis dan kreativitas peserta, dibuktikan melalui keberhasilan menyelesaikan karya animasi sederhana dengan pemahaman memadai terhadap prinsip timing, spacing, dan transformasi objek. Antusiasme tinggi dan respons positif dari peserta mengindikasikan efektivitas pendekatan pembelajaran praktis dalam membangun kompetensi animasi. Program ini memberikan kontribusi empiris terhadap pengembangan pendidikan vokasi multimedia di Aceh Besar sekaligus membuka peluang kolaborasi berkelanjutan antara perguruan tinggi dan institusi kejuruan untuk menjawab tuntutan industri kreatif kontemporer.

Abstract

The research was conducted by researchers at Trienggadeng State Vocational School located on Jl Banda Aceh-Medan KM 152, Kec. Trienggadeng Regency. Pidie Jaya. This research is based on the importance of the network in the ongoing teaching and learning process in the network and computer labs, the network in the lab is currently not managed properly and the distribution of bandwidth is not evenly distributed. To get a good internet connection, it is necessary to distribute bandwidth evenly, which can be done using a proxy router. One of the features for distributing bandwidth evenly in the proxy router can be applied using the simple queue and queue tree methods, knowing network quality can be done using Quality of Service (QoS) measurements. This study aims to determine the analysis of network quality using Qos on proxy routers using the simple queue and queue tree methods. The method used in this study is to use the action research method (action research), the stages of the research are analyzing, data collection, data completeness, making network designs, and taking action. The results obtained for network analysis in a comparative study between simple queue and queue tree networks, the results for the delay obtained by the queue tree are 9 ms, packet loss = 0%, and throughput = 549 k. Whereas the simple queue obtains the value from the QoS measurement by performing calculations with the equation formula to obtain a value of delay = 8 ms, packet loss = 0.15% and throughput = 629 k. Based on the Tiphon standard, it can be concluded that for delay, a queue tree is better with a value above the simple queue with a very good index, the packet loss queue tree is better than the simple queue, the index is very good, the throughput of the simple queue is better compared to the throughput queue tree. This research shows that overall Queue Tree is more optimal for QoS.

Abstract

Digital transformation in governance is driving the urgent need for a more modern and structured archive management system. The Aceh National Road Implementation Center (BPJN), especially the PPK 2.5 Subfield, still relies on conventional methods based on physical documents in managing project report archives, causing various problems such as difficulty tracing documents, risk of damage, and operational inefficiencies. Different from previous e-archive research which is generally applied to academic environments or general public services, this study presents the integration of the RAD method with the design of interfaces based on the needs of multi-role users in the context of managing technical reports of infrastructure projects in government agencies, a context that has not been widely studied in previous studies. This research aims to design an effective web-based e-archive information system equipped with an interactive user interface to increase the productivity of internal employees. The system development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and is built using the CodeIgniter framework with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. Data collection was carried out through field observation and structured interviews, while system validation used the black-box testing method. All 15 functional test scenarios were declared successful. A Likert scale user satisfaction evaluation involving three internal respondents showed a satisfaction rate of 86.7%, which falls into the excellent category.  The evaluation includes five aspects, namely ease of navigation, clarity of view, system response, design consistency, and general satisfaction, which are the basis for calculating the percentage. Given the limited number of respondents, further research is recommended to expand the number of samples and apply standard usability instruments such as the System Usability Scale (SUS) to strengthen the validity of the evaluation results. In addition, this study has not included comparative quantitative data before and after the implementation of the system, such as the measurement of document search time or the rate of archive loss in the manual mechanism compared to the new system, so the amount of efficiency improvement cannot be measured verified. System functionality validation also includes black-box testing, without additional testing such as stress testing, performance testing, or security testing, so the strength of the evidence for efficiency improvement claims is still limited and indicative. The developed system contains the features of uploading documents, searching archives, downloading reports, and managing user access rights. Although initial results show positive indications of system functionality and user satisfaction, the strength of the evidence for claims of improved archive management efficiency is still limited given the lack of comparative quantitative data before and after implementation and the new testing scope including black-box testing. The developed system still shows initial feasibility to be implemented gradually within BPJN Aceh, with a more comprehensive follow-up evaluation.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven the use of web-based applications in various sectors, but this growth has also been accompanied by an increase in cyber security threats, one of which is SQL Injection. SQL Injection is an attack technique that exploits input validation weaknesses in applications to insert malicious SQL commands into the system. This study aims to implement and evaluate a security system against SQL Injection attacks using the Laravel framework. The research method used is an experimental approach, involving the development of a simple Laravel-based CRUD application that is tested before and after the implementation of security features. The security features implemented include Eloquent ORM, parameter binding, input validation using Form Request, authentication, role-based access control, and user activity audit logs. The test results show that all SQL Injection attack attempts, both manual and automated using SQLMap, were successfully blocked by the system. In addition, the application functions optimally without performance issues, proving that the implementation of security does not hinder system operations. In conclusion, Laravel is capable of providing effective protection against SQL Injection when its security features are implemented correctly. This study also recommends strengthening against other types of attacks such as XSS and CSRF, as well as the use of data encryption to enhance overall system security.

Abstract

Abstrak   Sedimentasi banjir mendegradasi lahan sawah di Aceh Utara melalui perubahan pH, peningkatan bulk density, dan penurunan porositas tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas nanokomposit MOF–Biochar sebagai amandemen untuk memulihkan sifat fisika–kimia tanah sawah pascasedimentasi banjir. Sampel tanah diambil pada empat kedalaman (0–10, 10–20, 20–30, 30–40 cm) di Desa Alue Jamok, Kecamatan Baktiya, Aceh Utara, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok satu faktor (kontrol, biochar, MOF, dan nanokomposit MOF–Biochar) dengan tiga ulangan pada skala uji pot. Nanokomposit disintesis melalui in-situ growth solvothermal synthesis dari MIL-101(Fe) dan biochar sekam padi. Empat parameter diukur (pH, EC, bulk density, porositas total) dan dianalisis ANOVA satu arah. Seluruh perlakuan berbeda nyata pada setiap kedalaman (p < 0,05). Nanokomposit MOF–Biochar meningkatkan pH 17,5%, menurunkan EC 58,4%, menurunkan bulk density 25,2%, dan meningkatkan porositas 72,2% dibandingkan kontrol, sekaligus mengoreksi kelemahan biochar tunggal yang meningkatkan salinitas. Nanokomposit ini berpotensi menjadi dasar teknologi pemulihan tanah sawah pascabencana.   Kata kunci: bulk density, nanokomposit MOF–Biochar, remediasi tanah, sedimentasi banjir, tanah sawah   Abstract   Flood-induced sedimentation degrades paddy fields in North Aceh through changes in soil pH, increased bulk density, and reduced porosity. This study evaluated a MOF–Biochar nanocomposite as an amendment to restore the physical–chemical properties of flood-sediment-buried paddy soil. Soil was sampled at four depths (0–10, 10–20, 20–30, 30–40 cm) in Alue Jamok Village, Baktiya, North Aceh, using a single-factor Randomized Block Design (control, biochar, MOF, MOF–Biochar nanocomposite) with three replications at pot scale. The nanocomposite was synthesized via in-situ growth solvothermal synthesis from MIL-101(Fe) and rice husk biochar. Four parameters (pH, EC, bulk density, total porosity) were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. All treatments differed significantly at every depth (p < 0.05). The nanocomposite raised pH by 17.5%, lowered EC by 58.4%, reduced bulk density by 25.2%, and increased porosity by 72.2% versus control, while correcting the salinity increase caused by biochar alone. Abstract

Abstrak   Desa Reuleut Timur, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, secara berulang mengalami banjir akibat luapan Krueng Ajo dan Krueng Pase, dengan ketinggian genangan historis 200–450 cm dan durasi genangan pascabanjir hingga 30 hari; jaringan jalur evakuasi eksisting dinilai tidak memadai oleh sebagian besar warga. Penelitian ini mengkarakterisasi pola genangan pascabanjir dan kondisi jaringan jalur evakuasi berdasarkan data Social Sensing yang dihimpun melalui transect walk GPS dan survei rumah tangga. Sampel ditentukan dengan formula Slovin (n = 170 KK) melalui proportional stratified sampling, dikombinasikan dengan penandaan GPS pada titik genangan dan jalur evakuasi. Ketinggian genangan rerata tercatat 300 cm dan durasi rerata 5,0 hari; sebanyak 76,5% responden menilai jalur evakuasi tidak memadai, dengan hambatan dominan berupa genangan air dalam dan ketiadaan penerangan jalan. The sample (n = 170 households) was determined using the Slovin formula through proportional stratified sampling, combined with GPS marking of inundation points and evacuation routes. The mean inundation depth was 300 cm and the mean duration was 5.0 days; 76.5% of respondents rated evacuation routes as inadequate, with dominant barriers being deep standing water and absent street lighting. Abstract

The increasing number of user reviews on the Google Play Store provides valuable information for app developers in evaluating service quality. However, the increasing number of reviews makes manual analysis less effective. This study aims to develop a near real-time sentiment analysis system for PineDrama app reviews using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method with Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weighting. The system is designed to automatically retrieve the latest reviews using Google Play Scraper, then perform a preprocessing process that includes case folding, cleaning, normalization, stopword removal, and stemming. Next, the data is classified into positive, neutral, and negative sentiments using a trained SVM model. The classification results are stored in a SQLite database and displayed through a Flask-based dashboard that is updated periodically using a scheduler. Based on the test results, the SVM model produces an accuracy of 91.06%, with a precision value of 92.50%, a recall of 91.06%, and an F1-score of 91.50%, indicating that the model has good performance in classifying review sentiments. The developed system also successfully displays analysis results in near real-time, thus helping the process of monitoring user opinions on the PineDrama application more quickly and efficiently.
