Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan pembimbing yang mampu meningkatkan minat dan semangat belajar siswa melalui penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang variatif, pemberian apresiasi, serta pendekatan personal kepada siswa. Selain itu, interaksi yang positif antara guru dan siswa juga terbukti berkontribusi dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, peran aktif guru sangat penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

This article discusses the dialectic of the Malay Proto and Deutero migration as well as the formation of the identity of the Malay community in the archipelago. The background of the research is based on the importance of understanding the process of migration and cultural acculturation that shapes the social structure, language, art, and beliefs in the Indonesian archipelago. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, analyzing the sources of books, journals, and scientific publications related to anthropology, archaeology, linguistics, and the history of human migration. The results of the study show that the Malay Proto laid the foundations of an early culture with simple agrarian patterns and a family-based kinship system, while the Malay Deutero brought metal technology, maritime practices, and a wider trade network. The interaction of the two groups results in complex socio-cultural integration, language acculturation, and the formation of adaptive and plural community identities. In conclusion, Malay identity in the archipelago is the result of a synthesis of migration, interaction, and cultural acculturation that continues to develop into the modern context

Abstract

This study aims to describe Islamic strategies for resolving conflicts between teachers and students at MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. This study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The research informants consist of guidance and counseling teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis employed an interactive model encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was tested through source triangulation and methodological triangulation. The results indicate that conflict resolution strategies are implemented through the Al-Ishlah approach, which includes the stages of tabayyun (clarification), consultation, mediation, and reconciliation. The tabayyun process is conducted to clarify the issue to prevent misunderstandings. Consultation and mediation are carried out by the guidance counselor and homeroom teacher as an effort to find a fair solution for the conflicting parties. Furthermore, the application of the principles of justice, equality, and forgiveness forms the basis of the conflict resolution process, thereby creating harmonious relationships between teachers and students. This strategy has proven to have a positive impact on creating a more conducive and safe learning environment, as well as improving social relationships within the madrasah.
