Abstract

Education is one of the keys someone in improve their life.Education someone able to perform social mobility, like a from those can do the down to the middle group up since schooling ditempuhnya have of that he get job. But, conditions on the ground now cannot be entirely describe the state of society.Research aims to understand what factors melatar such recognition of the importance of educated at Kabupaten Bantul and to know the education level the end of concerning the economic welfare in kabupaten Bantul.This research used the quantitative type. This research used the quantitative kind of stressing the analysis on data-data numerical (figures) mixed with statistika method. To know relations , used statistical tests using the correlation product moment. The result showed that is no link between the level of education ( TP ) for the welfare of (Ks)

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a condition where employees feel satisfied with their work. People who express high satisfaction in their work tend to be more productive. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture, locus of control and job stress on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on 40 respondents at Super Dazzel Yogyakarta Branch.The method used in this research is quantitative with classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, namely between organizational culture variables (X­1), locus of control (X2), and job stress (X3) on job satisfaction (Y), F test ( simultaneous), t-test (partial) in order to determine how much influence locus of control organizational culture and job stress have on employee job satisfaction at Super Dazzel Yogyakrata Branch.Based on the results in this study, in general, organizational culture, locus of control and job stress have a significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Performance is a very important factor for the company. This study aims to test and empirically prove the effect of female gender on the Board of Directors on the financial performance of studies in companies included in the Kompass 100 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2015. This research is a regrosi associative research. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The periodization of the study population was from 2014-2015. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method. The number of samples selected in this study were 83 companies. Data collection is done through documentation. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis. Testing is done through the help of the computer program Eviews version 9.0. Hypothesis testing is done through t test, F test, and determination test. The results showed that Gender had a significant effect on company performance. Tests prove that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely "the proportion of women on the board of directors has a positive relationship with financial performance in the 2014-2015 period".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of beauty influencers, price perceptions and brand image on purchasing decisions for Vaseline hand and body lotion (consumer case study in DIY). This study is a quantitative study, with data processing using SPSS version 25. The population in this study were consumers of Vaseline hand and body lotion aged 20-29 years, women and men in DIY. This study has a sample size of 100 people from the calculation results using the Solvin formula. Sample collection with simple random sampling where samples are taken randomly from the population. The findings in this study indicate that beauty influencers have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price perceptions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While carried out simultaneously with beauty influencers, price perceptions and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions togethe.

Abstract

This study is useful to test and determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance Pamella Dua Yogyakarta. This research uses a method that is quantitative with a nonprobility sample sample. The population of 50 respondents who are all employees of Pamella Dua Yogyakarta. The use of samples in this study amounted to 44 respondents. Using data analysis with multiple linear regression methods. The results of the T test research explain that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Pamella Dua Yogyakarta employees, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Pamella Dua Yogyakarta employees, and work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of Pamella Dua Yogyakarta employees. From the F test where this study obtained the results of F count 28.904> F table 2.83l with significant results of 0.05 indicates that motivation, work environment and work discipline together have an influence on employee performance Pamella Dua Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Teknologi sekarang ini berkembang sesuai kebutuhan manusia. Dari yang mulai simpel maupun yang rumit. Kebutuhan es batu saat ini tumbuh sejajajar dengan junlah tempat usaha atau kuliner dengan konsep outlet minuman atau juga makanan berat.untuk outlet dicontohkan seperti es kepal, es juice, es teh jumbo, dan minuman-minuman lainnya, sedangkan untuk makanan berat dicontohkan seperti halnya bakso, mie ayam, soto dan makanan berat lainnya (Sujatmiko et al., 2022). Dari rata-rata kebutuhan setiap tempat usaha minimal 3 pack atau kalau untuk es batu ikat setara dengan 3 plastik atau dalam rupiah Rp. 15.000,- sedangkan untuk es Kristal dibutuhkan minimal 4 plastik atau setara dengan Rp 50.000,-. Keawetan lebih awet es batu ikat, dikarenakan prosesnya lebih panjang dari pada es batu Kristal. Dengan metode desrkripsi tersebut kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan obyek kompetisi es batu ikat dan es batu Kristal dapat mengahasilkan strategi untuk mempertahankan marketnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which promotion and transfer affect employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable at the Kejaksaan Negeri Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling, with a total of 50 respondents from the office. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data analysis tool used is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.1 software. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Promotion has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. (2) Transfer has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Promotion has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable. (5) Transfer has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance with motivation as a moderating variable.
