Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the moral values aspect in child comics by conducting sociology literature. It uses the qualitative method with the data sources are used by 10 comic Naruto. The results of this research are positive aspects of moral value, such as (1) life passion, (2) courage, (3) affection, (4) solidarity, (5) sacrifice, (6) love the homeland.

Abstract

The reducing of local wisdom value in industrial revolution has been marked with increasing of digitalization activities on human life, in which it is one be worried to affect pola of life characteristics of young generation. The Society 5.0. era can be known with critical-mindset in getting adaptation for the future, such as: analytical, critical, and creativity. Then the qualitative method is used to conduct this research with documentation through literature review and interview as the techniques for collecting data. The cyber-literature based on local wisdom in creating characteristics of the students on society 5.0. should be filled into three abilities, namely: basic-literature, skill, and character. The learning of cyber-literature based on local wisdom in creating characteristics of the students should be taken into effectively, contextual, and innovative, in which they are functioned to create the motivation as well as interest of the students in reading local-literature by looking the aspects of kindness-values that worked to create the characteristics of the students in the brilliant-future. Keywords:  Cyber-Literature, Local Wisdom, Characteristics of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan hasil belajar matematika dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMR) serta untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam memecahkan masalah tentang matematika. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 (dua) siklus Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar pengamatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMR) dan soal tes. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 200212 Padangsidimpuan yang berjumlah 15 siswa perempuan dan 21 siswa laki-laki. Penentuan subjek berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap kelas yang akan diteliti. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata pada saat siklus I sebesar 68,2 dan kemudian pada hasil tes siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 86,1. Tingkat ketuntasan belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 47,2 % kemudian ketuntasan belajar siswa pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 88,9%. Artinya ketuntasan belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II meningkat sebesar 41,7%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik (PMR) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 200212 Padangsidimpuan. Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of post-certification professional teacher training at MTsN 1 Model Padangsidimpuan. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study methods. Data collection used observation, interview and documentation study methods. Next, the data was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, data triangulation techniques were used. The results of this research concluded that there were 61 certified teachers at MTsN 1 Model Padangsidimpuan, consisting of 60 Civil Servants (PNS) and 1 Non-Civil Servant (honorary). Certified teachers at MTsN 1 Model Padangsidimpuan undergo training after they are certified to support professionalism in the implementation of education. The training includes laboratory training, Class Action Research (CAR), Subject Teacher Conference (MGMP), increasing the competence of subject teachers, implementation of the 2013 curriculum, pre-service, integrated information technology, personnel administration, and personality training.
