Abstract

The integration of voice-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) micro-learning represents a promising innovation in elementary students’ reading instruction. This study aims to develop and examine the effectiveness of integrating voice-based AI micro-learning through a hybrid approach in enhancing elementary school students’ reading comprehension. The hybrid approach is employed to combine the strengths of AI and teachers in the learning process, enabling students to learn more effectively and efficiently. In this study, AI delivers instructional materials and provides feedback to students, while teachers monitor students’ progress and deliver appropriate interventions. The findings indicate that the integration of voice-based AI micro-learning through a hybrid approach significantly improves elementary school students’ reading comprehension. The study also reveals that students who engage with voice-based AI micro-learning within a hybrid approach demonstrate higher learning motivation and better reading abilities than those who rely on conventional instructional methods. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective and efficient reading instruction and to support the improvement of educational quality in Indonesia.

Abstract

Employee engagement has become a critical factor in enhancing organizational performance. Engaged employees are believed to be more motivated, productive, and committed, which in turn leads to better organizational outcomes. Understanding the psychological effects of employee engagement is vital for organizations seeking to optimize their human capital and improve overall performance. This study aims to examine the psychological effects of employee engagement on organizational performance. The research explores how factors such as motivation, job satisfaction, and emotional commitment contribute to the relationship between employee engagement and organizational performance. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing surveys to collect data from 350 employees across various industries. The survey measured employee engagement, psychological well-being, job satisfaction, and organizational performance using established scales. Statistical analyses were conducted to identify the correlations and causal relationships between these variables. The findings indicated a strong positive relationship between employee engagement and organizational performance. High levels of employee engagement were linked to increased job satisfaction, lower stress, and higher productivity. Additionally, engagement was found to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and performance outcomes.

Abstract

Quantum computing has the potential to revolutionize industries by solving complex problems that are intractable for classical computers. However, achieving fault tolerance in large-scale quantum systems remains a significant challenge due to the high resource overhead required for error correction. Surface codes, a leading quantum error correction technique, provide robust fault tolerance but demand a large number of physical qubits. This research explores a resource-efficient approach by integrating dynamic error suppression with surface codes to reduce qubit overhead while maintaining fault tolerance in quantum computing architectures. The objective of this study is to investigate how dynamic error suppression can enhance the performance of surface code-based quantum computing architectures by minimizing resource usage and improving system reliability. The research employs computational simulations to model quantum systems under varying error rates, qubit numbers, and dynamic error correction strategies. The results demonstrate that combining dynamic error suppression with surface codes significantly reduces the physical qubit overhead while maintaining or improving fault tolerance. The proposed architecture achieves higher efficiency and robustness in large-scale systems, especially at higher error rates. In conclusion, this study offers a practical solution for scaling quantum computing systems by optimizing resource usage without compromising fault tolerance. These findings have important implications for the development of efficient, fault-tolerant quantum computers suitable for real-world applications.

Abstract

Forensic psychology has become an integral component of modern criminal justice systems, particularly through the use of expert testimony to address complex issues related to mental state, criminal responsibility, competency, and risk assessment. Courts increasingly rely on forensic psychological expertise to inform judicial reasoning, yet the extent and nature of its influence on verdict outcomes remain insufficiently examined. This study aims to analyze the role of forensic psychology in criminal justice by examining how expert psychological testimonies are presented, interpreted, and utilized in judicial verdicts. A qualitative-dominant mixed-method research design was employed, drawing on secondary data from criminal court cases that involved forensic psychological expert testimony. Data were collected through systematic document analysis of court transcripts, expert reports, and written verdicts, supported by descriptive and inferential statistical analysis of verdict patterns. The results indicate that forensic psychological expert testimony significantly influences verdict outcomes, particularly in cases involving criminal responsibility and competency to stand trial. Judicial reliance on expert testimony was strongest when assessments were methodologically rigorous and explicitly referenced in verdict reasoning. The study concludes that forensic psychology functions as a decisive interpretive framework in complex criminal cases rather than as merely supplementary evidence. These findings underscore the importance of methodological rigor, transparency, and ethical accountability in forensic psychological practice to support fair and evidence-based judicial decision-making.
