Abstract

Abstrak Pensiun merupakan hal yang berat bagi sebagian orang dikarenakan waktu yang biasanya dipakai bekerja menjadi kosong. Maka dari itu biasanya pensiunan mendirikan usaha untuk mengisi waktu kosongnya, masalahnya pensiunan sering mengalami kendala di keuangan. Sejalan dengan permasalahan tersebut bank BJB membuat produk yaitu Kredit Purna Bhakti (KPB) untuk membantu pensiunan mengatasi masalahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur penyaluran KPB agar pensiunan tidak salah ketika mengajukan kredit. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan studi kepustakaan, observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa dalam prosedur penyaluran kredit KPB dimulai dari mengisi formulir dan melengkapi persyaratannya yang selanjutnya diproses pihak bank dan menghasilkan keputusan disetujui/ditolaknya pengajuan kredit. Adapun hambatan yang terjadi yaitu kurangya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai prosedur KPB dan penanggung tidak dapat hadir.   Kata Kunci: Kredit Purna Bhakti, Prosedur, Penyaluran     Abstract Retirement is a difficult thing for some people because the time that is usually used for work becomes empty. Therefore, usually retired civil servants set up businesses to fill their free time, the problem of retirees often experiences financial constraints. In line with these problems, bank bjb created a product, namely Purna Bhakti Credit (KPB) to help retirees overcome problems. This study aims to determine the KPB provision procedure so that retirees do not make mistakes when applying for credit. The method used by the author is the Descriptive Method. For data collection, the author uses Literature Study and Field Work Practice which includes observation and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the KPB provision procedure starts from filling out the form and completing the requirements which are then processed by the bank and produce a decision to approve/reject the credit application. The obstacles that occur are the lack of public knowledge about the KPB procedure and the guarantor cannot be present.   Keywords: Credit Purna Bhakti, Procedure, Distribution

Abstract

The waste problem in Kosar Village, Cipeundeuy Subdistrict, Subang Regency, does not stem solely from inadequate infrastructure, but also from the way residents perceive and manage waste, particularly the habit of mixing kitchen waste with plastic wrappers and cans in a single disposal container. This study aims to examine the extent to which residents of Kosar Village understand the differences between organic and inorganic waste, as well as to identify the factors underlying their relatively simple waste management practices. The researchers conducted direct field observations, interviewed community leaders and environmental cadres, and reviewed supporting documents from the village office. The findings indicate that residents' understanding of waste classification is relatively adequate; however, this understanding is rarely followed by consistent action. Waste sorting is still considered inconvenient and has not yet become part of residents' daily habits. This condition is largely influenced by limited environmental education, the lack of adequate waste-sorting facilities, and long-standing practices of burning or indiscriminately disposing of waste. This study concludes by proposing several practical measures, including continuous and tiered environmental education and strengthening the role of environmental cadres, which are expected to encourage changes in residents' habits toward more organized and sustainable waste management.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya persoalan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prabu Kurniya Jaya Kabupaten Subang yang antara lain terlihat dari belum konsistennya pencapaian target mitra, rendahnya inisiatif sebagian karyawan, dan meningkatnya ketidakhadiran tanpa keterangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi motivasi kerja, kondisi kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepada 53 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi Pearson, regresi linear sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi kerja berada pada kategori tinggi. Kebutuhan fisik memperoleh skor 673, kebutuhan keselamatan dan kesehatan 638, kebutuhan sosial 664, dan kebutuhan penghargaan 642. Kinerja karyawan juga berada pada kategori tinggi, dengan skor kualitas 456, kuantitas 432, ketepatan waktu 451, efektivitas 450, kemandirian 426, dan komitmen kerja 473. Korelasi motivasi kerja dan kinerja sebesar 0,473 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Persamaan regresi adalah Y = 34,219 + 0,335X. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,224 menunjukkan kontribusi motivasi kerja sebesar 22,4%. Uji t menghasilkan t hitung 3,839 dengan signifikansi 0,000, sehingga motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, PT. Prabu Kurniya Jaya, Kabupaten Subang.   Abstract This study was motivated by employee performance problems at PT. Prabu Kurniya Jaya, Subang Regency, reflected in inconsistent achievement of partner targets, limited employee initiative, and increasing unauthorized absences. The study aimed to determine the level of work motivation, employee performance, and the effect of work motivation on employee performance. A quantitative approach with descriptive and associative methods was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires from 53 employees and analyzed using validity, reliability, Pearson correlation, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test with SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that work motivation was in the high category. Physical needs obtained a score of 673, safety and health needs 638, social needs 664, and esteem needs 642. Employee performance was also in the high category, with quality 456, quantity 432, timeliness 451, effectiveness 450, independence 426, and work commitment 473. The correlation between work motivation and employee performance was 0.473 with a significance value of 0.000. The regression equation was Y = 34.219 + 0.335X. The coefficient of determination was 0.224, indicating that work motivation contributed 22.4% to employee performance. The t-test produced a t-value of 3.839 with a significance value of 0.000, indicating that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Performance, PT.
