Abstract

Religious moderation in education has been considered to have an important role in shaping attitudes of tolerance and inclusiveness in a multicultural society. Solutions in maintaining social harmony and preventing conflicts due to extremism and intolerance have been found through a moderate understanding of religion. Education has been utilized as the main means to instill the values of religious moderation through curriculum, learning methods, and extracurricular activities designed to encourage interfaith interaction. A qualitative approach with a desk study method has been used in this research, with analysis conducted on various secondary sources such as books, scientific journals, and government policy documents. From the results of the research, it was found that appreciation of diversity is more prevalent among students who have been given an understanding of religious moderation, and higher levels of tolerance are also exhibited by them. However, some challenges remain, especially in the digital era, when the spread of inaccurate information is increasing and has the potential to trigger intolerance. Therefore, strengthening digital literacy is considered a necessary step so that information can be sorted out more critically. With the effective implementation of religious moderation-based education, national unity can be strengthened, and diversity can be used as a strength in building a more harmonious and civilized social life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic education management, identify implementation challenges, and formulate an AI-based integrative model aligned with the values of Islamic education. This research employed a library research approach, with data collected through a comprehensive review of scholarly literature published in reputable academic journals. The data were analyzed using content analysis to identify patterns, concepts, and interrelationships among the research variables. The findings reveal that the transformation of Islamic education management is not merely technological in nature, but also requires the integration of AI-based systems with spiritual values, ethics, and humanism. AI contributes to enhancing efficiency, improving decision-making effectiveness, and advancing the quality of educational services through systematic data utilization. However, its implementation continues to face several challenges, including limited human resources, inadequate digital infrastructure, and resistance within organizational culture. This study proposes an integrative model that connects technology, management functions, and Islamic educational values within a unified system. Theoretically, this research enriches the discourse on technology-based Islamic education management. Practically, the findings may serve as a reference for educational administrators in designing digital transformation strategies. Nevertheless, this study is limited by its conceptual approach; therefore, further empirical research is required to examine and validate the proposed model.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of teacher wellbeing from the perspective of educational human resource management, analyze the role of human resource management in improving teacher wellbeing, and identify human resource management factors that influence teacher wellbeing in educational institutions. This study employed a qualitative approach using library research methods. Data were collected through documentation techniques from reputable international journals, indexed national journals, academic books, and other scientific sources relevant to teacher wellbeing and educational human resource management. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis through the stages of data reduction, classification, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that teacher wellbeing is influenced by several human resource management factors, including school leadership, organizational support, professional development, school work culture, and workload management. Supportive human resource management practices were found to enhance teachers’ work motivation, professional engagement, job satisfaction, and instructional quality. Conversely, human resource management practices that neglect teacher wellbeing may increase work stress and burnout among teachers. This study concludes that teacher wellbeing is an integral part of educational human resource management strategies in improving learning quality and educational outcomes sustainably.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rise of radicalism and intolerance in various parts of the world, which emphasizes the importance of education to promote religious moderation. Religious moderation curriculum is a solution to building a more inclusive and tolerant global society. This study aims to identify the application of religious moderation curriculum in various global contexts and evaluate its impact on forming moderate attitudes, interfaith dialogue, and social peace. This research uses a qualitative method with a systematic literature study. Data were collected from various appropriate and relevant articles to identify effective policies, approaches, and implementation strategies, as well as the development of a religious moderation curriculum. The results show that implementing the religious moderation curriculum has successfully encouraged tolerance, strengthened interfaith dialogue, and suppressed the potential for radicalism. However, some challenges are still faced, such as resistance from conservative groups and difficulties adapting the curriculum to be relevant to the local context without losing the essence of the universal values of moderation. The conclusion of this study underscores that religious moderation curricula have great potential to support global peace and promote harmonious diversity if implemented appropriately.
