<![CDATA[User service is an important element in the library. Libraries should provide the best services to the users or what is often called as excellent services. The excellent service really needs to be supported by the high performance of the librarian. So the users can feel satisfaction from the service thet get. This study aims to determine the level of the user’s satisfaction to the librarian’s performance in Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi and whether users have experienced unfavourable treatment due to the librarian’s attitude. The method used in this research is quantitative survey research. The data was collected was through filling out the google form questionnaire. The sample of this research is 40 users who are a registered users in Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. The result showed that the average score of user’s satisfaction was 3.48 which mean that the users were satisfied with the librarian’s performance. 70% of respondent stated that the librarian had worked professionally and 30% of respondent stated that they have experienced inappropriate treatment from the librarian in the form of unfriendly, indifferent, and slow in providing service.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk melihat korelasi antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Jawa di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sedangkan tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah melihat korelasi antara pemahaman wawasan atau landasan kependidikan dan pemahaman terhadap peserta didik dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Jawa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pemilihan sampel penelitian. Sekolah yang dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian adalah sekolah yang sudah menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dari kelas 7 hingga kelas 9. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperoleh dua puluh sembilan (29) sekolah sampel di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dari dua puluh sembilan sekolah sampel tersebut dipilih tiga puluh guru muatan lokal bahasa Jawa sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup berdasarkan skala Likert. Sebelum digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian, dilakukan uji validasi instrumen oleh ahli. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier untuk melihat korelasi dari variabel-variabel penelitian. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara pemahaman wawasan atau landasan kependidikan dan pemahaman terhadap peserta didik dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Jawa. Rekomendasi dari penelitian adalah guru harus meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik seperti: pemahaman wawasan atau landasan kependidikan dan pemahaman peserta didik karena memiliki korelasi dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Jawa.Correlation of teacher pedagogical competency with the implementation of java language learning level SMPThis research aims to see the correlation between pedagogic competence of teachers with the implementation of learning Java language in Special Region of Yogyakarta. While the specific purpose of this research is to see the correlation between understanding insights or educational foundations and understanding of learners with the implementation of learning Java language. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with purposive sampling as the technique of selecting research samples. Schools selected as research samples are schools that have implemented the 2013 curriculum from grade 7 to grade 9. Based on this, obtained twenty-nine (29) sample schools in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Of the twenty-nine sample schools were selected thirty teachers of local Javanese content as research respondents. The data were collected using a closed questionnaire based on Likert scale. Before being used to collect the required data in the study, validation of the instrument is performed by the expert. The collected data were analyzed by using linear regression method to see correlation of research variables. The expected result of this research is a positive and significant correlation between understanding insight or educational base and learners' understanding with the implementation of learning Java language. The recommendation of the research is that teachers should improve pedagogical skills such as: understanding of knowledge or educational base and learners' understanding because it has correlation with the implementation of learning Java language.]]>

<![CDATA[Permasalahan pokok yang dikaji pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana mengembangkan video konten pembelajaran MKDK Kurikulum Pembelajaran (Kurpem) dengan melibatkan mahasiswa untuk terlaksananya pembelajaran smart classrooM. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan proses kolaborasi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam merencanakan pembelajaran MKDK Kurpem agar menghasilkan video konten pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian time series design. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Dosen dan mahasiswa berkolaborasi merancang pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif, dan efektif. Penilaian proses pembelajaran MKDK kurpem meliputi tiga tahapan kegiatan yang dinilai, tahapan kegiatan pertama adalah kegiatan pendahuluan, tahapan kegiatan kedua adalah kegiatan inti, dan tahapan kegiatan ketiga adalah kegiatan penutupan. kegiatan pendahuluan berada pada skor sangat baik. Proses pembelajaran MKDK Kurikulum dan Pembelajaran, pada tahapan kegiatan kedua, atau kegiatan inti berada pada skor baik. pada tahapan kegiatan terhakhir, atau kegiatan penutup berada pada skor sangat baik. Collaboration of Student Lecturers in Developing Video Learning Content MKDK Curriculum & Learning To Support Smart Classroom. The main issues studied in this research are: "how to implement the video content learning MKDK Kurpem by involving students for the implementation of smart classroom learning?". This research was conducted with the aim of describing the process of collaboration of lecturers and students in planning the learning of MKDK Kurpem to produce quality learning content video. The method used in this research is quasi-experimental research method with time series design research design. Respondents of this research are students of English Education Study Program. The course of MKDK curriculum and learning (Kurpem) will develop a video learning content to meet the material needs of the smart classroom learning. In order to develop this content video more effectively in its implementation will involve students. Lecturers and students will collaborate together to design an active, creative, and effective learning process in conducting the learning process of MKDK Kurpem which will be published in the form of learning video, so it is expected to be used as a prototype in implementing learning related to MKDK Kurpem material. ]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic purpose challenges to all parties in various human activities, especially education. The implementation of distance learning is one of the right solutions for current teaching and learning activities. Information that continues to grow can be a help or even a loss because of the accumulation of information. The presence of distance learning and the rapid development of information at this time have an impact on students, one of which is learning obstacles. Learning barriers have a negative impact on the development of students' competence and knowledge. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with rating scale analysis including the calculation of the minimum index value, maximum index value, interval, interval distance and percentage score, as well as data analysis assisted by IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Personal information management can be one solution to overcome problems that arise. users are facing. The results of the study revealed that students' personal information management activities were classified as good, but there was a need for improvement and more attention, especially the stages of storing, organizing, and maintaining for the success of the information retrieval process. Personal information management also has a positive relationship and influence on student learning constraints during the Covid-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[Perubahan dunia secara global turut menghadirkan pelbagai alat-alat teknologi yang semakin canggih, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Dibutuhkan peningkatan kualitas guru sebagai penyeimbang kemajuan pendidikan 4.0 ini, salah satunya adalah meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan masih terdapat kondisi ketertinggalan teknologi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan untuk (1) mengetahui intensitas penggunaan perangkat digital dalam pembelajaran, (2) mengetahui program aplikasi komputer yang paling sering digunakan dalam pembelajaran, dan (3) mengetahui penguasaan guru dalam menggunakan program aplikasi komputer untuk pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif survei dengan melibatkan 70 guru sekolah dasar dengan teknik secara acak. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket didampingi pula dengan penjaringan data melalui kegiatan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Intensitas penggunaan perangkat digital menunjukkan angka 53% guru sudah menggunakannya setiap mengajar, 31% berselangan dan 16% tidak pernah menggunakan. (2) Program aplikasi komputer yang sering digunakan adalah melalui media sosial (68%) dan video conference (59%) yang merupakan media paling sering digunakan untuk alternatif komunikasi pembelajaran. (3) Sebanyak 44% guru berada pada tingkat sangat mampu dalam penguasaan menggunakan program aplikasi komputer untuk pembelajaran.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic has transformed conventional learning towards the use of e-Learning. Educational technology is a field of study that labels graduates with the main profile as developers of learning technology, one of which has competence in the sector of e-Learning. As a result, this study aims to look at the realities of the demands of educational technology graduates in the field of e-Learning services in Indonesia, both in terms of relevant institutions and based on the alumni job experience. The author conducts descriptive research using qualitative methods, including interviews with two samples of e-Learning service institutions in Indonesia (PT Menara Indonesia and PT Zeniora Edukasi Teknologi), as well as the distribution of open qualitative questionnaires to three alumni of Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia who are currently working in e-Learning service institutions. Work documents that support the research are also used to conduct documentation studies. The data was analyzed using various methods, including reduction and organization, as well as triangulation and re-checking with investigators. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that educational technology graduates are needed in e-Learning service institutions, both to receive graduates who fulfill the institution's criteria and the linearity of positions gained by educational technology alumni.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of information and communication technology leads to the need for learning concepts and strategies following current conditions. In the higher education system, it is essential that educators must carefully consider the learning strategies of students' learning styles and cognitive loads. This study explores how microlearning strategies are applied to online learning to minimize students' cognitive load. It applies a qualitative approach by involving 45 students in the student mobility program who volunteered to participate in the research process. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis of student learning outcomes. They were then validated by triangulation and analyzed by following an interactive data analysis model on applying microlearning strategies in online learning. The results showed that microlearning is an effective strategy to minimize students' cognitive load in online learning, including intrinsic, extraneous, and germane ones. The implementation of microlearning strategies in online learning eases students to understand the material; students are more flexible in learning because its strategy allows students to decide their readiness to learn. This strategy enables students to manage the unproductive cognitive load and stimulate the germane cognitive load. Hence, their learning outcomes fall into the nearly excellent category.]]>

<![CDATA[Independent Learning Merdeka Campus is designed so that Indonesia has superior Human Resources. MBKM is also designed so that students have the freedom to study in higher education. The MBKM Implementation Mechanism will assist Christian religious universities in implementing the MBKM design from the Ministry of Education and Culture so that a proper and correct MBKM management plan is realized. The MBKM Implementation Mechanism in Study Programs at Christian religious universities can also help Christian religious colleges in preparing MBKM implementation in their respective universities. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya karakter yang ada pada diri peserta didik, khusuhnya pada jenjang SMA/MA di Kota Bandung. Banyaknya permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan penurunan moral dan krisis karakter pada peserta didik harus mendapat perhatian serta ditindaklanjut dengan serius oleh seluruh pihak mulai dari orang tua, masyarakat, sekolah serta stakeholder. Salah satu upaya untuk membangun karakter pada peserta didik adalah dengan mengimplementasikan fullday school pada kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi mengenai implementasi fullday school untuk membangun karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Desain fullday school pada kurikulum 2013 untuk membangun karakter yang di rancang oleh MA Multiteknik Asih Putera di awali dengan perumusan visi, misi dan tujuan pendidikan. Nilai-nilai karakter yang menjadi fokus didasarkan pada visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah. Nilai-nilai karakter ini di kenal dengan sepuluh nilai-nilai karakter masyarakat Asih Putera. Selanjutnya, nilai-nilai karakter tersebut dijabarkan ke dalam silabus dan RPP dan seluruh kegiatan sekolah.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the IMAD Curriculum (`Idaad Almu'allimin wa Ad-duah) at the Daarul Fikri Integrated Islamic Boarding School. This research is a library approach. The Daarul Fikri Integrated Islamic Boarding School, the Qobasat An-nur Foundation, implements a curriculum with the Superior Program for memorizing the Koran with mutqin, Linguistics, IMAD MD 4 (Muallim wa Ad-Duah) Dirosah Islamiyah (DI) curriculum or Islamic Science and equipped with a curriculum service (MIPA, Information Technology) and Living Skills. The typical curriculum of IMAD MD 4 (Muallim wa Ad-Duah) Dirosah Islamiyah (DI) or Islamic Sciences and equipped with an official curriculum (MIPA, Information Technology) and Living Skills. The concept of holistic Islamic education is able to touch the main objects: Ruhiyah, Aqliyah and Jasadiyah. Which aims to bring students who are able to achieve success in this world and the hereafter.]]>
