Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk membantu permasalahan komunitas mengenai program literasi di Yayasan Rumah Komunitas Kreatif kota Bekasi. Yayasan Rumah Komunitas Kreatif (YRKK) merupakan organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pemberdayaan dan penguatan pembelajaran literasi, numerasi dan budaya; keterampilan dan kreativitas; Science-Technology-Engineering-Art-Mathematics (STEAM), bengkel alam dan toy library; serta pendidikan anak usia dini, parenting dan pendidikan karakter. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di sekolah kurang memiliki literasi digital dan keterampilan mengelola pembelajaran berbasis digital. Anak didik mengalami kesulitan belajar literasi karena adanya hambatan pandemi Covid-19. Program ini menemukan beberapa permasalah di antaranya adalah (1) guru-guru di sekolah mitra binaan kurang memiliki literasi digital dan keterampilan mengelola pembelajaran berbasis digital. (2) Anak didik mengalami kesulitan belajar literasi dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan pemeberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam merancang program pengembangan literasi yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan bagi mitra. Metode pelaksanaannya yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Manfaat literasi digital bagi anak didik PAUD/TK adalah mampu mengaplikasikan penggunaan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi melalui aplikasi Sekolah ENUMA. Selain itu, pengembangan pendidikan berbasis teknologi tersebut memerlukan literasi digital sebagai pemenuhan dasar pendidikan anak sehingga guru jadi lebih mudah mengatur skema pembelajaran mandiri (berbasis digital) untuk meningkatkan perkembangan anak. ABSTRACT This community empowerment has the aim of helping community problems regarding the literacy program at the Yayasan Rumah Komunitas Kreatif in Bekasi city (YRKK). YRKK is an organization engaged in empowering and strengthening literacy, numeracy, and cultural learning; skill and creativity; Science-Technology-Engineering-Art-Mathematics (STEAM), nature workshop and toy library; as well as early childhood education, parenting, and character education. The results show that school teachers need more digital literacy and skills in managing digital-based learning. Students experience difficulties in learning literacy due to the obstacles of the Covid-19 pandemic. This program found several problems, including (1) teachers in fostered partner schools need more digital literacy and skills in managing digital-based learning. (2) Students experience difficulties learning literacy due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This community empowerment activity aims to assist in designing innovative and sustainable literacy development programs for partners. The implementation method is the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The benefits of digital literacy for PAUD (early childhood education)/TK (kindergarten) students are being able to apply technology-based learning through the Sekolah ENUMA application. In addition, the development of technology-based education requires digital literacy as an essential fulfillment of children's education so that it becomes easier for teachers to manage independent (digital-based) learning schemes to improve children's development.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as a supermarket disaster country. Responding to various disasters that have occurred, and even potential disasters, has prompted various parties to take concrete steps as disaster mitigation efforts. Communication plays a crucial role in disaster information flow. Communicators, in this case, the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) and authorized parties, are key to the smooth dissemination of disaster messages/information. However, the community, as the affected party in disasters, also needs to be provided with clear information on how to deal with disaster situations. This article aims to identify and explain the application of learning theories in the context of disaster communication, describe the development of disaster communication research in Indonesia, and discuss the implementation of disaster education concepts in various countries. The method used is a literature review from related ebooks and journals. The results obtained are as follows: First, communication and disaster education are interrelated in order to enhance disaster literacy across all regions. Second, communication plays a primary role in disaster education programs from the government's policy-making perspective, institutions observing disaster issues, and the community (disaster victims). Effective, efficient, and targeted information flow is crucial both in pre-disaster, during a disaster, and post-disaster phases. Third, there is a need to integrate disaster education into the curriculum, both at the school and university levels. This ensures that each individual knows and understands what to do when a disaster occurs, how we perceive disasters, and so on. Additionally, various theoretical approaches can be used to study disaster communication in an educational context, including: Behavioral learning, which focuses on observable behaviors, Cognitive Learning, which views learning as a mental process, Affective learning, which is related to emotions and affection and plays a role in learning, and Social learning, which views disaster learning as a social process where knowledge is collectively built within a specific social environment.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan mengalami perubahan mengikuti era digital 4.0, termasuk dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar yang menerapkan metode berbasis digital, yaitu penggunaan teknologi informasi komunikasi di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan resiliensi guru binaan Yayasan Rumah Komunitas Kreatif (YRKK) dalam menggunakan aplikasi sekolah Enuma pada kegiatan belajar literasinya. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pendidikan berbasis literasi digital membawa suasana belajar menyenangkan di kelas jika elemen dalam komunikasi pendidikan dapat berperan optimal. Komunikasi yang baik antara guru dan siswa dapat membantu perubahan pengetahuan yang diharapkan dan meminimalisir gangguan yang ada. Guru sebagai sentral dalam pendidikan anak usia dini perlu memiliki resiliensi dalam bentuk kemampuan beradaptasi dan keteguhan dalam situasi sulit atau dalam menghadapi tantangan dan gangguan, memiliki daya lenting untuk bangkit dari keterpurukan dan gaya hidup positif.

Abstract

The phenomenon of high interaction among social media users significantly influences the interest in visiting certain destinations. This study aims to measure the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on Instagram social media on the interest in visiting followers of the @rummahgoa account. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving respondents who are followers of the @rummahgoa Instagram account. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online with 100 respondents and analyzed using descriptive statistical tests, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the simple linear regression test show that the E-WOM variable contributes 33% to the variation in visiting interest (Y), while the rest is influenced by other factors such as location, price, and direct experience of visitors. A positive regression coefficient indicates that an increase in E-WOM by one unit will increase visiting interest by 0.321. The results of the t-test show a significant relationship between the two variables with a calculated t value of 6.949 > t table = 1.984 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion, E-WOM on Instagram social media is an effective marketing strategy in increasing visitor interest, especially in the context of culinary destination promotion. This study provides practical insights for business actors to utilize social media as a digital marketing tool, especially by maximizing captivating and interactive content.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi penggabungan Gojek dan Tokopedia melalui komunikasi perusahaan dalam era pandemik Covid-19 pada framing berita media online. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori strategi komunikasi perusahaan dengan memberikan penjelasan-penjelasan konsep terkait merger, fungsi manajemen dan framing berita online dalam menghadapi persaingan digitalisasi pemasaran global. Integrasi komunikasi dalam penggunaan teknologi dan pemasaran sebagai bentuk inovasi dan kreativitas manajemen komunikasi, untuk membentuk citra perusahaan. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivis, menggunakan analisis framing berita dengan deskriptif interpretatif. Hasil penelitian merger merupakan strategi komunikasi perusahaan dalam membangun citra positip perusahaan melalui kolaborasi fungsi manajemen dan produk dengan layanan digital online dalam menghadapi kompetisi pemasaran global. Salah satu faktornya adalah situasi pandemik Covid-19 yang belum dapat teratasi dan menghadapi peraingan digital marketing global. Rekomendasi, merger dapat menjadi model usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) ke dalam Badan usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dengan mengadopsi model merger GoTo dalam meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen dan pemasaran serta membuka peluang kerja dan kompetisi kualitas produk serta peluang industri pedesaan memperluas pasar. Kata Kunci; Strategi, Komunikasi Perusahaan, Merger, Framing

Abstract

The habit of sharing travel experiences on social media is increasingly attached to modern life today, making the theme of User Generated Content (UGC) in tourism never be uninteresting topic to research. Research on UGC in tourism grew 30.31% over the last 10 years. This study uses a bibliometric approach to analyze the database from Scopus with the keyword "User Generated Content" AND Tourism, in the period 2014 – 2023. 504 documents were found from the database and use PRISMA to select, narrowing it down to 321 documents that were used as units of analysis. The application "Biblioshiny R package Bibliometrix" is used for data analysis and visualization. The results showed that the theme with “online”, “findings” and “reviews”, is still a research trend in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application on the Quality of Public Services. Data collection was done using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The population in this study is probabilistic and cannot be determined precisely, but the sample calculation used the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 96 people rounded up to 100 respondents. This research is quantitative, and the data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 24. Based on the analysis results, the variable of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application has a significant partial effect on the Quality of Public Services. This study was able to demonstrate that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police has a 44.9% effect on the Quality of Public Services, while the remaining 55.1% is affected by other unobserved factors not included in this study. These results suggest that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police is an important factor in technological development for improving the quality of mobile-based public services that are easily accessible to the public for receiving services or information related to the police
