Abstract

Background: The rapid development of science and technology has brought changes to human resources in organizations. These changes result in every employee being required to improve their performance. Increasing employee performance can be done through empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing which is supported by digital intelligence.Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out how empowering leadership and interorganizational knowledge sharing influence employee performance with digital intelligence as a moderating variable.Methods: This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach which aims to test the formulated hypothesis. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula with certain criteria and obtaining a sample of 100. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS).Results: The research results show that empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, digital intelligence does not moderate the relationship between empowering leadership and employee performance. And digital intelligence is able to moderate the relationship between inter-organizational knowledge sharing and employee performance.Conclusion: Empowering leadership and inter-organizational knowledge sharing play a role in improving employee performance. Digital intelligence does not moderate the relationship between empowering leadership and employee performance. And digital intelligence moderates the relationship between inter-organizational knowledge sharing and employee performance.Suggestion: It is recommended for researchers who want to conduct research on the same issue to add other variables, for example bleisure.

Abstract

Background: Competition in the culinary business world is getting tighter due to the increasing number of competitors, especially in the Purwodadi area, so companies are required to improve marketing by keeping up with changing times.Purpose: The aim of this research is to find out how to increase Purchase Intention at the famous restaurants in Grobogan through Physical Evidence and Brand Positioning with the Moderating Role of Social Media Orientation.Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 130 customers using the accidental sampling method. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression.Results: The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted. Physical Evidence can Positively and Significantly Increase Purchase Intention, Brand Positioning can Positively and Significantly Increase Purchase Intention, Social Media Orientation can Positively and Significantly Moderate the Relationship between Physical Evidence regarding Purchase Intention, Social Media Orientation can Positively and Significantly Moderate the Relationship between Brand Positioning Regarding Purchase Intention.Conclusion: Social Media Orientation can Positively and Significantly Moderate the Relationship between Physical Evidence and Brand Positioning Regarding Purchase Intention in famous restaurant in Grobogan.Suggestion: This research serves as a foundational study, and future research must be further developed regarding the development of methods and confirming the relationship between variables, especially understanding correctly regarding the moderating variables in the research to be carried out. It is also recommended to add other variables

Abstract

Background & Purpose: In an organization, Human Resources management is a series of organizational activities directed at attracting, developing and retaining an effective workforce. If Human Resource Management uses good concepts, it will also have an influence on the running of an organization. Likewise, if the Human Resources management concept is not good, it will have a negative impact on the organization. According to Ajabar (2020) Human Resource Management is an activity that is attempted to trigger, improve, motivate and maintain good performance in the organization. HR are humans who are employed in an agency as movers, thinkers and planners to achieve organizational goals (Sulistyowati, 2021). Human Resources According to Edison Emron, et al (2020) is management that focuses on maximizing the abilities of its employees or members through various strategic steps in order to improve employee or employee performance towards optimizing organizational goals Education in Indonesia plays a very important role in nation development, especially human resource development. Education always experiences changes, developments and improvements in accordance with developments in all areas of life. Educational productivity in schools can be seen from outstanding educational output and the educational process in the form of an educational atmosphere. Education plays a very important role in increasing national productivity by producing quality human resources (HR). Productivity is important to make an organization or individual more efficient, effective and of high quality.Method: The number of samples in this study was 8 people within 1 month consisting of 5 teachers and 3 staff at SD Negeri 3 Getasrejo, Grobogan Regency.Results: The role of leadership style applied by the principal of SD Negeri 3 Getasrejo starting from wisdom, responsibility, decision making, solving problems and motivation for 8 predetermined sources. In the role of leadership style, there are 2 stages of the role to increase the resulting productivity, namely the first stage through the principal's approach, guiding and communicating effectively, maintaining loyalty, decision making, solving problems, and the type of leadership that must be applied by the principal at this time.Conclusion & Suggestion: Leadership can be identified by approaching superiors and subordinates through wisdom, communicating effectively, maintaining loyalty, being responsible, decision making processes, and providing motivation and there are several factors to increase work productivity, namely there is motivation from superiors to subordinates, responsibility in completing work, enjoying work, and being able to explore the potential of subordinates and there are 3 ideal typical leadership styles

Abstract

Background & Purpose: This study emphasizes that employee performance is a crucialelement for organizational success, particularly in the transportation sector, which presentsunique work challenges. At P.O. Haryanto Kudus, employee performance is influenced bywork facilities, job satisfaction, and extrinsic rewards. Given the limited simultaneous studyof these three factors in the transportation industry, this study was conducted to analyzetheir influence and provide practical recommendations for improving human resourcequality.Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a positivistic approach to analyze theinfluence of work facilities, job satisfaction, and extrinsic rewards on employeeperformance at P.O. Haryanto Kudus. Primary data were collected through a Likert-basedquestionnaire distributed to 67 respondents, who were determined using a simple randomsampling technique from a population of 200 employees. Data analysis was carried outusing Partial Least Square (PLS).Results: The results of the study indicate that providing work facilities plays a significantrole in improving employee performance at P.O. Haryanto Kudus Branch. Adequatefacilities, particularly work tools and equipment, have been shown to boost employeeproductivity, work ethic, and effectiveness in carrying out their duties. This finding alignswith previous research that emphasized the importance of facilities as a strategic factor insupporting employee morale and performance. Therefore, company management needs toconsistently identify and fulfill work facility needs as an effort to optimize employeeperformance and achieve organizational goals.Conclusion & Suggestion: This study concludes that work facilities and job satisfactionhave a significant positive effect on employee performance at P.O. Haryanto Kudus, whileextrinsic rewards have no significant effect. This demonstrates the importance of providingadequate facilities and increasing job satisfaction as key strategies in boosting productivity,while the reward system needs to be evaluated to be more performance-based.Theoretically, these findings support the Work Environment Theory, the Two-FactorTheory, and the Reinforcement Theory, but further research is needed in other sectors withbroader variables
