Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of foreign ownership and government ownership of the Agency Cost. Population of this research is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that has the necessary data (foreign ownership and possession of the governments) 6 consecutive years - participated (2008-2013). Data used is secondary data. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the Government Ownership Foreign Ownership and simultaneously influence the Agency Cost of 0.481. Furthermore, the partial results of the study showed an effect on Agency Foreign Ownership Cost of 0.426409. Government ownership influence the Agency Cost of 0.83905. Abstract

Abstack: Teaching experience is a task to be done by teachers with supporting factors and increase knowledge in the work. Labor discipline is an attitude of respect, honor, obey and comply with applicable regulations without violating the rules that have been defined. Teacher performance is the result of work that has been accomplished by a teacher as an educator to achieve educational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of teaching and discipline of work on teacher performance. The population in this study are all teachers of SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI, using sampling techniques through sampling methods saturated. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. Based on the research showed that the experience of teaching and discipline simultaneously positive and significant impact on teacher performance. It is based on the analysis results, which show the calculation results F test > F table (11.656 > 3.316). Furthermore, by t test to determine whether each of the independent variables affect the dependent variable. The results showed a partial teaching experience no significant effect on the performance of teachers. This is evidenced in which t test < t table (1.691 < 2.042). Further to the work discipline variable indicates that a significant effect on the performance of teachers. This is evidenced in which thitung> t table (4.620> 2.042). The predictive ability of the two variables on the performance of teachers in the study amounted to 43.7% (R Square .437) while the remaining 56.3% is influenced by other factors which are not included in this study.Keywords: teaching experience, work discipline, teacher performance.

Abstract

Abstract: this research aims to investigate the influence of protection benefits and investment benefits against purchasing decisions on insurance education Smart Kidz AXA Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at PT. AXA Financial Indonesia branch Pekanbaru. Sample is determined by saturated technique with a sample of 34 custumers. Data is collected by questionnaire method. The method of data analysis used multiple linear regression . The results obtained F-value (10.356)> F-table (3.33) means simultaneously protection benefits and investment benefits have a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decision on insurance education Smart Kidz AXA Pekanbaru. While partially, protection benefits significantly influence purchasing decisions education and investment benefits do not affect significantly to purchasing decisions on insurance education Smart Kidz. This is proven by the regression coefficient, regression coefficients of variable protection benefits is 0.428 and investment benefits is 0.048. The value of the coefficient of determination is obtained 0.313 means both variables may explain purchasing decisions on insurance education Smart Kidz of 31.3% and the rest of 68.7% explained by other factors not examined.Key words: protection benefits, investment benefits, purchasing decision, insurance

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at SMAN 1 North Tambusai Rokan Hulu Regency with the aim to analyze the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes.The population in this study were 134 students of class X and XI IPS and the sample in this study were 57 respondents using Simple Random Sampling technique based on the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques were conducted through the provision of questionnaires and documentation.Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis.The results showed that the variable of motivation have an effect on student learning result variable.Furthermore, motivation variable influence student learning outcomes of 6,218 with coefficient of determination equal to 81,8%. Suggestions relating to the results of research that is to improve learning outcomes, student teachers should be able to motivate students by providing tasks that are not routine that are independent and not boring.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence the achievement learning accounting services company and learning motivation on achievment learning spreadsheet class X and XI accounting in Kansai SMK Pekan Baru. The population in this research is the accounting skills program students of class X and XI with a total of 66 students, and all students become subjects of research, so this research is the research population. Measurement data using questionnairs and documentation. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression. Research result shows the achievement learning accounting services company and learneing motivation on learning achievement spreadsheet class X and XI accounting in Kansai SMK Pekan Baru. Aqual influence achievement learning accounting services company of 0.523, and learneing motivation of 0,210. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained the value of 0.439.this means that the percentage of contribution of achievment learning accounting service company and learning motivation on learning achievment spreadsheet variable 43,9%.Keyword : Achievement Learning Accounting Services Company, Learning Motivation, Achievement Learning Spreadsheet

Abstract

Abstack: teacher competence is the mastery of knowledge, skills, values and attitudes held by teachers in their profession. Learning achievement is the resulting ability of students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on learning achievement students. The population in this study were students of class VII and VIII of SMPN 13 Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this study using a nonprobability sampling, sample in this study is 89 samples. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis, F test with significance level of 0.05%. Based on the research showed that the experience of teacher competence simultaneously positive and significant impact on learning achievement. It is based on the analysis results, which show the calculation results F test > F table (20,587>3,95). The predictive ability of the variable teacher competence on the learning achievement in the study amounted to 19.1% (R Square .191) while the remaining 80.9% is influenced by other factors which are not included in this study.Keywords: teacher competence, student achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This research in SMA Negeri 1 Benai to know the influence of Family income on student achievement of economic subjects class X academic year 2016/2017 SMA Negeri 1 Benai. The population in this study is all students of grade X SMA Negeri 1 Benai, amounting to 190 students. Sampling in this study was obtained using Area Probability Sample method of 66 students. . Technique of collecting is done through questionnaire technique and using primary and secondary. The data were analyzed by hypothesis using simple linear regression, partial test (t test), Coefficient of Determination (R2), and different test. There are 2 variables that is family income and student achievement.The results showed that family income variable effect student achievement. This means that the independent variables together affect the dependent variable. Furthermore, based on partial test (t test) it can be seen that only family income variable that affect student achievement is shown with significance 0,417 while other variable haven no effect.Keywords : Family Income, Student Achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to (1) To determine what educational factors cause children to drop out of school at the basic education sub-district village numbing Coastal Bintan Bintan regency. (2) To determine what educational non cause dropouts in primary education in villages numbing Coastal District of Bintan Bintan regency. (3) To determine the most widely experienced dropouts in primary education in villages numbing Coastal District of Bintan Bintan regency.The population in this study are all dropouts in 2011-2013. The sampling based on proportional sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire. While data analysis using univariate analysis, validity test and reliability test significant level of 0.05%.Based on the results of the study factors causing dropouts in primary education the most widely experienced didesa numbing Coastal District of Bintan Bintan regency namely education factor consisting of the indicators the inability of students to capture and receive lessons in school, inadequacy of teachers in teaching and educating, unfavorable assessment system, and school or class that has a less favorable outcome highest percentage of respondents who answered statement agreed to by 71.80%.Advice can be given that because of the dropouts in primary education, then the public should be able to change his views with the view advanced to education. Abstract

Abstrack: Student Teams Achievement Division or abbreviated with STAD is learning in which students are placed in study groups of four or five students which is a mix of academic ability is different, so that within each group there are students who are high achievers, medium, and low or variations of sex , racial and ethnic groups or other social groups. The goal of this research is to improve student learning outcomes IPS VII.1 class in SMPN 3 Tanah Putih. The sample in this study were students VII.1 SMP Negeri 3 Tanah Putih academic year 2015/2016, totaling 31 students, consisting of 18 male students and 13 female students. Data obtained using the technique written tests, observation and documentation. While data analysis techniques used are: student learning, the activities of teachers and students' activity. From the results of data analysis that has been done shows STAD cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes in social studies classes in SMPN 3 VII.1 Tanah Putih. From these results it is expected that the school, paying attention STAD cooperative learning model can be used as an alternative in improving student learning outcomes, with more emphasis on the teacher's role in guiding and motivating students in learning groups.
