Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of accounting for inventories at PT. Riau Ban Pekanbaru in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No.14 on Inventory. There are some problems encountered in this study include: accounting treatment of the cost of loading and unloading of goods, PT.Riau Ban does not include costs such as adders unloading acquisition value of inventories and the treatment of proprietary inventory, PT.Riau Ban not acknowledge supplies on the way so that it is not in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No.14. For the problem, the authors obtained data related form of primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data, such invoice, purchase reports, card stock, balance sheet, and income statement. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using descriptive methods. The result showed that the application of inventory accounting applied by PT.Riau Ban tires not in accrdance with the Statement of Financial Accaounting Standards No.14.Keywords: Inventory Accounting

Abstract

Abstract : This research aimed to determine of product quality and price toward the purchase decision bottled water brand Aqua to Economic Education Student of Riau University. The research was conducted at the Economic Education of Riau University. The populations in this study are economic education students generation 2013-2015 numbered 256 people. The samples was taken with proportionate stratified random sampling. The number of the sample was 72 people. The data analysis technique was used multiple regression. The results of this study showed that: 1) Product quality significantly to the influence purchase decisions of bottled water brand Aqua to Economic Education Student of Riau University. 2) Price do not significantly to the influence purchase decisions of bottled water brand Aqua to Economic Education Student of Riau University.Key Words: Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify and analyze the level of customersatisfaction from service dimensions and to figure out attributes needed to be improvedto increase customers satisfaction. This research was conducted at BudimanSupermarkets Padang. The population is all customers of Budiman Supermarkets. Thesamples is 100 customers determined byaccendential sampling technique. Data analysistechnique is used by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer SatisfactionIndex (CSI). The results of Customer Satisfaction Index shows that customers aresatisfied with the services provided by Budiman Supermarket; and the results ofImportance Performance Analysis indicates some attributes need to be improved:Quadrant A consisted of K1, K2, K3, DT, DT2, DT3, BL3; and Quadrant B consisted ofK4, K5, J1.Keywords:Service, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstak: This study aims to investigate the influence of the cooperative members' knowledge and quality of service to the participation of members of the Cooperative Sri Mersing SMK N 1 High Cliff Meranti Islands District. The population in this study were all members of the Cooperative Sri Mersing SMK N 1 High Cliff totaling 71 members. Sampling using the full sample totaled 64 minus 7 board members. Methods of data collection: questionnaire, test and documentation. Methods of data analysis in this study consisted of quantitative descriptive method, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the knowledge of members and the quality of service simultaneously significantly to the participation of members of the cooperative. Analysis of the factors examined in the study showed that the variables are the dominant influence on the participation of members of the Cooperative Sri Mersing SMK N 1 High Cliff Meranti Islands District is the knowledge variable members.Keywords: participation of members, members' knowledge and quality of service

Abstract

Abstract: Marketing is basically building a brand in the minds of consumers. Where in marketing the product there are still problems faced in marketing. This study aims to determine the marketing problems that arise when marketing the product of home industry in Tembilahan amplang crackers. The population in this study is 9 crackers amplang home industry in Tembilahan and the entire population as sampel.Penelitian carried out in January-March 2016. The object of this study is a home owner in Tembilahan amplang cracker industry. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The data used is primary data, questionnaires (questionnaire) filled respondents and secondary data obtained through literature studies conducted on the books and records obtained under the related research. From the results of this study concluded that marketing problems faced by home amplang cracker industry in Tembilahan that of many aspects of procedures or rules applicable rules in the market thus hampering the marketing of 88.89% and from the aspect of marketing channel length can cause large costs incurred by 77.78%. Can be seen there are still problems that are found in the market the production.Keywords: Marketing, Marketing Problems, Home Industry.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the influence of the IndustrialEmployment Practices Work Readiness Skills Competency Class XI student ofAccounting in Vocational Guidance and Counseling Labor Patronage UR Pekanbaru on64 students have completed the criteria Industry Employment Practices in the BusinessWorld or World Industry (DUDI). Data analysis techniques used in this study is asimple linear regression analysis were used to observe the effect of the Industrial WorkPractices Work Readiness Skills Competency Class XI student of Accounting inVocational Guidance and Counseling Labor Patronage UR Pekanbaru. Thequestionnaire results from 54 respondents obtained more than 50% of students statedthat the industry work practices have been very appropriate. As for the Work Readinessindicators obtained their statements that do not conform are indicators of science. Theresults of the simple linear regression analysis obtained by the positive influence of theIndustrial Employment Practices Work Readiness amounted to 21.50%, while 78.50%influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that the results of this study are positiveinfluence between the Industrial Employment Practices Work Readiness significantly.Keywords: Work Practices Industry, Job Readiness

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on faculty performance FKIP Riau University. The population in this research were 222 lecturers. The sample size as many as 69 people by using proportional stratified. Collecting data in this study using techniques of documentation. Performance data obtained from the document Targets Employee Work and work behavior lecturer at the office each department FKIP Riau University lecturers, while the compensation data obtained from the financial part of the rector of Riau University. The results of this study indicate that compensation is positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers FKIP Riau University.Key Words: compensation, performance, salary, allowance

Abstract

Abstract : One type of small business in Indragiri Hulu is tempeh chips. Analysis of the strategies needed to develop small businesses tempeh chips in the village Buluh Rampai Seberida District of Indragiri Hulu in fact small businesses tempeh chips is one of the livelihoods of people in rural Buluh Rampai and should this business is more advanced because it has the advantages of the product . In addition it should be reviewed appropriate development strategy to boost small businesses tempeh chips were analyzed using SWOT matrix . The purpose of this study was to determine alternative effective strategy implemented to develop small businesses tempeh chips. Research was conducted on employers tempeh crisps , as many as eight business units. The results showed that small businesses tempeh chips in the village Buluh Rampai Seberida District of Indragiri Hulu in position V with a concentration strategy through horizontal integration or stability ( no change in revenue ) . alternative strategies that can be applied to develop small businesses tempeh chips in the village Buluh RampaiDistrict of Seberida Indragiri Hulu namely Maintaining tempeh chips as typical food from the public , the use of labor from the surrounding area to increase production , optimize the management of the business to raise capital so that goods produced more maximum , more reintroduce that tempe chips as snack center in Desa Buluh Rampai Seberida District of Indragiri Hulu. Abstract :This research is aimed to determine the influence of teachers creativity toward learning achievement class XI IPS on economic subjects in SMAN 6 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in SMAN 6 Pekanbaru. The populations of this research is class XI IPS Academic Year 2015/2016 which amounted to 132 people. The samples taken with proportionate stratified random sampling method. The number of the sample was 57 people. The data analysis technique was used simple liniear regression. The results of this research indicate that: Teachers creativity influence on achievement learn student class XI IPS on economic subjects in SMAN 6 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Teachers Creativity, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to understand the effect of family income, and education on learning acvhievement IPS seventh grade students of SMPN 4 Dayun District Siak. This research is a quantitative research, with amount of population is 72 students. This research is a census so that no sample and take the whole population as respondents. The method that used to gathering data is quisioner and documentation. Analysis data method uses descriptive analysis, multiple linier regression and classical assumption test. The result of the research shows there is influence simultaneously of family income and family education to the learning achievement with significance value of 0,000. Partially, family income has influence to the learning achievement with significance value of 0,000 and family education has influence to the learning achievement with significance of 0,000. With good family income and good family education, so that will increase learning ahievement.Keywords : Family Income, Family Education, Learning Achievement.
