Inclusive education is one of the priorities that must be considered for the sake of equality in educating the nation. Inclusive education is contained in the form of learning towards a group of people with special needs. Special needs in Indonesia are mostly those who have physical disabilities, one of the blind. This study aims to determine how the stages of learning to read Arabic letters and the Qur'an for the blind. This type of research is library research, with the method of collecting data, searching, analyzing, and synthesizing the latest research. The results of the study stages of learning to read Arabic letters and the Qur'an for the blind are: memorize Arabic Braille numeric codes from Alif أ to Ya ي, memorizing Arabic punctuation, practice fingering Braille hijaiyah letters and Arabic punctuation, IQRA reading practice starting from words to simple sentences, and practice reading the Koran which starts from short letters to long letters.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of mentoring in organic waste management to improve environmentally friendly agricultural productivity in Jayan Village, Canden Jetis, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The mentoring involved training and workshops that taught composting techniques and other organic waste management practices. The results of the study indicate that after the mentoring, there was a significant change in the method of organic waste management, which had previously been poorly managed. The composting techniques introduced were able to improve soil quality and agricultural yields, while also reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers. Additionally, this program successfully increased the community's awareness of the importance of environmentally friendly farming practices. The study concludes that mentoring in organic waste management can enhance agricultural productivity and support environmental sustainability.

This research aims to examine the role of women’s transformational leadership in enhancing educational quality at the International Islamic School. The study examines how female leadership, grounded in transformational principles, fosters both academic excellence and the integration of Islamic values in education. Despite the increasing presence of women in leadership roles, there is limited research on how their leadership styles impact educational outcomes in Islamic institutions. Utilizing a qualitative approach, this case study analyzes interviews, document reviews, and literature-based case studies with Thematic analysis. The findings reveal that women’s transformational leadership has a positive impact on educational quality by fostering a vision of academic and moral development, engaging stakeholders, and overcoming gender barriers. The leadership promotes an inclusive environment, encourages professional growth, and ensures the integration of Islamic values into modern curricula. The study contributes valuable insights into the intersection of leadership, gender, and education in Islamic contexts, offering recommendations for promoting transformational leadership among women in educational institutions. This research highlights the importance of adopting leadership practices that strike a balance between academic rigor and religious principles in faith-based schools.

Metode pembelajaran adalah berbagai cara yang dipergunakan pendidik dalammenyampaikan bahan pelajaran kepada peserta didik, sehingga dengan metode yang tepatdan sesuai, bahan pelajaran dapat diterima dan dikuasai dengan baik oleh peserta didik.Begitu pula dengan Rasulullah SAW. Beliau menyampaikan sebuah pendidikan,pembelajaran atau pengajaran kepada para sahabat juga menggunakan berbagai macamcara atau metode, sehingga para sahabat dapat menerima, memahami dan menguasai apayang disampaikan oleh Rasulullah SAW.Beberapa metode pembelajaran yang dikemukakan dalam makalah ini, merupakanmetode – metode yang digunakan oleh Rasulullah SAW dalam menyampaikan materikepada para sahabat. Metode – metode tersebut terdiri dari metode ceramah, metodediskusi, metode keteladanan, metode tanya jawab, metode demonstrasi, metodeketeladanan, metode pembiasaan,metode mau'izahat dan nasihat, metode kisah, metodeperumpamaan, metode hadiah dan hukuman, metode gradual, metode perbandingan, danmetode menggunakan gambar.Pada dasarnya metode–metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh Rasulullah SAW.Hingga saat ini masih digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan, artinya begitu besar manfaatdari pada metode tersebut digunakan dari pada masa Rasulullah SAW hingga masasekarang ini dan artinya pula sudah ratusan tahun yang lalu metode – metode tersebut telahdigunakan oleh Rasulullah SAW.Learning methods are various ways conducted by educators in delivering learningmaterial to students, so that with the right and appropriate methods, learning materials canbe accepted and mastered well by students. Likewise with the Prophet Muhammad. Heconveyed that education, learning or teaching to friends also used a variety of ways ormethods, so that friends could receive, understand and master what was conveyed by theProphet Muhammad.Some of the learning methods presented in this paper are those used by theProphet Muhammad in delivering material to friends. The methods consist of lectures,discussions, exemplaries, questions and answers, demonstrations, habituations, mischiefsand advices, stories, parables, rewards and punishments, gradualism, comparisons, andusing of images. Basically those methods is still applied in the world of education, meaning thatso much benefit from the method used from the time of the Prophet Muhammad to thepresent and its meaning also hundreds of years ago these methods have been used by theProphet Muhammad.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran aqidah akhlak, efektivitas pembelajaran, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pembelajaran aqidah akhlak di madrasah tsanawiyah sunan kalijaga gunung kidul Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa madrasah tsanawiyah sunan kalijaga gunung kidul Yogyakarta kelas VIII dengan jumlah 15, tekhnik pengumpulan data metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta angket. Metode analisis data adalah untuk menganalisis data yang telah terkumpul untuk lebih lanjut diinterpretasikan dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian adalah proses pembelajaran aqidah akhlak menggunakan kurikulum Kementerian Agama dan Kementerian Diknas, pembelajaran dilaksanakan setiap hari rabu pukul 07.00–08.30, diawali dengan pembukaan membaca basmallah dan lanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi atau inti, kemudian diakhiri dengan evaluasi dan di tutup dengan pembacaan hamdallah. dalam penyampaian materi, guru menggunakan berbagaimacam metode yang variatif sesuai dengan materi yang disampaikan, dan dalam proses pembelajaran siswa dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan tertib. Efektivitas pembelajaran aqidah akhlak terbukti efektif. Dan faktor pendukung dalam pembelajaran ini adalah adanya dukungan yang baik dari kepala sekolah, adanya fasilitas yang memadai, penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang tepat, dan minat siswa yang cukup tinggi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran aqidah akhlak, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dengan orang tua. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of learning aqidah akhlak, the effectiveness of learning, supporting and inhibiting factors in learning aqidah akhlak at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta. This type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, research subjects are teachers and students of the madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta class VIII with a total of 15, data collection techniques are observation methods, interviews and documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis method is to analyze the data that has been collected for further interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study are the process of learning aqidah akhlak using the curriculum of the Ministry of Religion and the Ministry of National Education, learning is carried out every Wednesday at 07.00 - 08.30, starting with opening reading basmallah and continuing. with the delivery of the material or core, then it ends with an evaluation and closes with a reading of the hamdallah. In delivering the material, the teacher uses various methods which vary according to the material presented, and in the learning process students can follow the learning in an orderly manner. The effectiveness of learning aqidah morals is proven to be effective. And the supporting factors in this learning are the existence of good support from the principal, the existence of adequate facilities, the use of appropriate learning methods, and the high interest of students in participating in learning aqidah morals, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of cooperation between the school and parents
