Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, determine the effect of incentives on employee performance, and determine the effect of motivation and incentives together on employee performance. The research methodology used is quantitative, real research figures and how discussions with statistical tests. The population used in this study were employees working at PT. Acosta Group and the sample used in this study was 74 respondents with questionnaire data collection. Partial results on employee performance in done by motivation (X1) proven to have a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) with a large influence of t count (4.195) greater than the t table value (1.667) and sig, t for the motivation variable (0.000) smaller with alpha (0.05), the effect of partial motivation to improve employee performance at PT. Acosta Group. The value is the perception carried out by the incentive variable (X2) is stated positively and has an influence on performance (Y) by the influence of t count (2.944) greater than the t table value (1.667) and sig, t for the incentive variable (0.004) smaller with alpha (0.05), the effect of partial incentives on improving employee performance at PT. Acosta. Motivation and Incentive variables simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance of F count (18,086) which is greater than the F table value (3.13) with a determination coefficient of 0.338, meaning that 33.8% of the performance variable can be explained by motivation and incentive variables, while the remaining 66.2% can be explained by other variables, with the same value as the study variables.

Abstract

Teaching Christian Education is often perceived as a routine transfer of knowledge, which can lead to suboptimal educational quality. In the era of Society 5.0, the challenge for educators is to inspire students to know Jesus as their Savior. In the context of the Industrial Revolution 5.0, Religious Education teachers must also respond to advancements in technology and artificial intelligence. This study aims to identify the pedagogical elements of spirituality found in the Gospel of Matthew. The methodology employed in this research is descriptive qualitative through literature study. The findings indicate that the application of pedagogical spirituality, such as prioritizing the kingdom of God, building a relationship with God through prayer, and following the example of Jesus, can enhance the quality of teaching. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating spiritual values into education to develop students' holistic character, preparing them to face the challenges of the modern era.

Abstract

The era of disruption, marked by the acceleration of digital technology and globalization, has significantly transformed the way humans interact and build social relationships. While digital technology, including social media, facilitates fast and broad communication, it also presents risks such as rising individualism and social alienation. This study aims to analyze the meaning and urgency of true friendship as reflected in Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 and to evaluate its relevance in addressing social challenges in the digital disruption era. The research employed a qualitative method using an exegetical approach and literature review. The findings reveal that although digital technology enhances virtual connectivity, it cannot replace the need for emotional closeness and meaningful interpersonal engagement. Quality friendship provides essential emotional and spiritual support in navigating modern life pressures. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for Christian communities to build relationships grounded in love, loyalty, and honesty. By balancing the use of digital technology with meaningful face-to-face interactions and placing God at the center of relationships, individuals can live a more holistic and harmonious life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen pada Universitas Amir Hamzah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan normatif (legal research) untuk data sekunder dan pendekatan empiris untuk memperoleh data primer melalui penelitian lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen tetap yayasan Universitas Tengku Amir Hamzah fakultas hukum dan Bisnis, berjumlah 38 dosen dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik Quesioner dengan menggunakan metode Likert Summated Rating. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan deskripsi data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t (uji parsial), uji F (uji simultan), dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja dosen pada Universitas Amir Hamzah. Gambaran hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat digambarkan bahwa faktor faktor selain variabel X1 dan X2 yang mempengaruhi kinerja dosen. Koefisien Lingkungan kerja dianggap konstan, sedangkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior juga memiliki pengaruh yang konstan terhadap Kinerja Dosen. Hal ini terlihat bahwa sumbangsih variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Lingkungan Kerja, terhadap kinerja dosen pada Universtas Amir Hamzah sangat dominan dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Pemahaman   perencanaan keuangan  rumah  tangga ternyata  masih banyak  ibu-ibu  rumah  tangga yang  belum  memahami  tentang  perencanaan  keuangan  rumah  tangga, perencanaan   keuangan   hanya   sebagai   pencatatan   keuangan   belum sampai  pada  tataran  praktis  penggunaan  teknologi  dalam  pemrosesan data   sebagai   bahan   baku   informasi   keuangan   pada   rumah   tangga. Merencanakan  keuangan  family  secara  Islam  tidak  hanya memiliki  tujuan  buat  memenuhi  kebutuhan  secara  global,  namun  juga kebutuhan   di   akhirat   dan   tentu   pula   membuat   cara   hidup   pada berkeluarga    yang    lebih    baik.  Metode    yang    digunakan    dalam melaksanakan   kegiatan   ini   adalah   dengan   melakukan   diskusi   dan koordinasi  terlebih  dahulu  kepada  Kepala  Desa Percut  dan  ibu-ibu PKK  Desa Percut  yang  termasuk  didalamnya  terkait dengan pelaksanaan dan sasaran masyarakat wilayah setempat.Temuan dalam  kegiatan  pengabdian  pemahaman  perencanaan  keuangan  rumah tangga  adalah  banyak  ibu-ibu  rumah  tangga khusunya ibu-ibu kader PKK yang  belum  memahami tentang  perencanaan  keuangan  rumah  tangga,  perencanaan  keuangan hanya  sebagai  pencatatan  keuangan  belum  sampai  pada  tataran  praktis penggunaan   teknologi   dalam   pemrosesan   data   sebagai   bahan   baku informasi   keuangan   pada   rumah   tangga. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah para peserta dapat memahami dengan baik materi yang disampaikan dan dalam simulasi sebagian besar mampu membuat sendiri perencanaan keuangan keluarga.

Abstract

The purpose and object of this paper is a relationship between the existence of the Kaliklatak plantation, as a European plantation, and its impact on the people of Onderafdeeling Kaliklatak during the colonial period 1900-1942. The method used in this study is a historical method to reconstruct the history of plantations and their impact on community development in Onderafdeeling Kaliklatak. The data collection technique used refers to the first stage in the historical method, namely the heuristic process, searching for and collecting historical sources. Data analysis techniques relate to the second, third and fourth stages in the historical method which include source criticism, interpretation and historiography. Based on research results and conclusions, then the opening of coffee and rubber plantations during the colonial era in Onderafdeeling Kaliklatak is very much related to the natural condition of this area and also to changes in colonial politics, open the door. The first company to expand was NV Maatschappij owned by van E. Moormann&Co, producing the main crop of Robusta coffee which is in high demand worldwide. The relevance of opening large plantations to the people of Onderafdeeling Kaliklatak can be seen in several ways. First, there is a change in the position of local elites as landlords close to the colonial. Second, helping to create "improvement" of community infrastructure facilities and infrastructure around the Kaliklatak plantation. Third, encourage the development of economic activities and have an extraordinary impact on the surrounding community. Fourth, the large number of connecting road builders for the purpose of transporting coffee and rubber products has a broad and profound impact on traditional community patterns, not only for the people around the plantations but also for aspects of life in Banyuwangi. The creation of assimilation was due to a change in the orientation of their thoughts because their areas began to open up from the influence of the outside world.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work-life balance has on work engagement for women in dealing with the world of education in the digital era. Technological developments in the digital era in today's world of education encourage them to develop their ability to operate digital systems both in communicating, teaching and learning and using applications to support the tri dharma task of higher education. The demands of work duties and responsibilities are a challenge for lecturers to do many things in daily life in a balanced way. Especially as a female lecturer who is also responsible for taking care of household activities. In addition, lecturers as human resources in universities are also a source of lessons to be responsible for the development and quality of universities as their organizations. This requires lecturers to be heavily involved in the administration and activities set by the institution. The involvement of lecturers makes the higher education system run smoothly and creates a satisfactory quality of higher education. With a balance between work and life, it is hoped that female lecturers can be more involved in all matters so that the tasks and responsibilities of the organization can be achieved. Measurements were carried out on 200 respondents using the Urtretch Work Engagement Scale and the work life balance scale. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of work life balance on work engagement on female lecturers, which is 87.1%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Current Ratio, Return On Asset, dan Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, artinya peneliti akan mengkuantifikasi semua data yang diperoleh. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari uji parsial dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh hasil: Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai probabilitas (0,798 > 0,05). Return On Aset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai probabilitas (0,002 < 0,05). Debt To Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan nilai probabilitas (0,508 > 0,05). Secara simultan CR, ROA, dan DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dengan nilai probabilitas (0,007 < 0,05). Nilai Adjusted R-squared sebesar 25,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen diatas, sedangkan sisanya 74,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Current Ratio dan Debt To Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Return On Asset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Current Ratio, Return On Asset, serta Debt To Equity Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham.
